As consumers, we pay attention to how business owners treat people, especially other women. No one is required to be perfect, but respect, humility, and accountability should be the minimum standard. Speaking as though other women are beneath you or "not on your level" reflects a mindset that I do not wish to support with my time or money. There are too many businesses led by people who uplift others to spend my support on one that appears comfortable tearing them down. The standard should be better than this.

The front desk manager did a fantastic job of explaining how it would go. 60mins of body sculpting with the wood tools and cupping then 30mins of infrared sauna (in a different room). The massage therapist was wonderful. I asked her to relieve the tension in my neck before she started the thigh body sculpt. I nearly melted on the table when she used the hot stones on my back it felt so great. The body sculpting was awesome, left no bruising and I could see a difference when I got home. Please wear a mask! I was greeted by the same person who did my massage and facial in the room. I believe this was to reduce the exposure to different clientele, masseuse, and aesthetician during COVID-19. Aromatherapy Facial (1 hour): No extraction is included this facial. I feel like the same 4 products were used 3-4X in this 1-hour facial. How do I know? One of the products was quite irritating to my face.... a very slow burn every time it was applied. I would not do this again. Ultimate/Petite Retreat Signature Massage (1.5 hours): It seems 1.5 hours was equally spread out with 3 sections - back, legs, then upper. Some parts were decent without much pressure. I've experienced better body massages, but I give credit that I was about to fall asleep at the end. It was halfway of this massage when the hot stones were placed. There are 2-3 different essential oils used for aromatherapy. Extra $30 for CBD incorporation. Per its website, "Hemp CBD targets pain, reduces inflammation, reduces soreness from a deep tissue massage, and promotes calmness." Would I come back? It is not a must come back massage parlor for me.
