We had Michael Parr of Priority Electric, LLC in Monroe GA to do some electrical work for us on a newly purchased but older constructed house in Monroe GA, on August 27th 2025. We needed an update to the main panel and several outlets converted to GFCI as well as a few other concerning items that had been discovered by the home inspector. Michael was personable and very knowledgeable and willingly answered all of our questions and concerns! He walked us through our plan before he started the work, to show us what he would be doing and after finishing up he walked us through the house again to show and explain to us the items that had been completed. He and his partner were respectful and thorough, and we plan on using Michael's services again to have a few other optional updates done in the near future. Priority Electric was highly recommended to me from a friend. Our initial issue was a non working fridge outlet. Michael was quick to respond. He came to immediately diagnose the issue and give adequate resolutions. Once the issue was addressed they came back to add a sub panel and update to an all home surge protection. They worked seamlessly with such confidence. Though, it was an expensive project I believe that it was definitely needed and the outcome is amazing. We have not had any breaker issues since. Michael and his assistant came out to replace a can light in the kitchen and a breaker for my refrigerator. He and his assistant did an outstanding job. They were both very friendly and finished the job in about 15 minutes. He was very reasonable for his charges and he lives close to me.
