My mother hired them to come to her home to conduct mold testing through out the house. When Eradicator arrived they crossed paths with the mold specialist my mothers home owners insurance had sent. (the insurance's mold specialist was leaving as he was enter) The eradicator technician seemed very annoyed and irritated by this, he rushed through a visual inspection of the areas of concern in the house, had poor attitude and only kept asking what the insurance mold specialist said without assessing the space for himself. The eradicator tech was in the house for no more than 5 minutes. I asked him what else would be needed, as I myself had not made the appointment it was my mother who was at work so I was standing in for the appointment. He told me he would write up a quote and would be emailing it to my mother, he verified her contact information with me and left, but not before collected his $150 for the "mold inspection" which he repeatedly reminded me about the entire five minutes he was in the home. When I called my mother and informed her of the situation she told me that she had made a contract for them to come and do testing through out the house, which they did not. My mother called Eradicator to complain and they informed her that I had refused to allow them to do any testing, which was an out right LIE!!!!!!

I expect to pass the retest with flying colors.
