In helping a friend to recieve a Death Certificate I came into contact with this incompetent…read moreorganization. Originally we ordered three copies. We called them three weeks later after not receiving the certificates and they said that they had not sent it yet, but would send it that day. A week later we had not received the certificate and called again. They said they had sent it three weeks prior, contridicting what they said before, but then also said they had then ready and would send it that day (which didnt make sense that itd be ready so quickly as before they said it took days to prepare.) They promised to send an additional one as well, which they never did. We needed the certificate asap and so finally arranged for a courier and was later told that they had moved offices and not updated their website. We ended up having to send a second courier. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Just attended a funeral there for my husband's grandma. The staff are really nice and professional…read more When we go there, everything was set up. The chapel is quiet and feels tranquil. The staff gave my 3 year old a bear. That part was pretty funny... he didn't want one at first and after the mass.. another staff approached and tried to give him a bear. At the burial sight, a canopy and chairs were set up. After the farewell, they closed up the burial site, added the grass back on and moved the flowers. The whole process was seamless Apparently, grandma already had her burial plan all set up so the funeral home followed it to the dot.

Jesse Webb was our funeral director and handled every detail with much empathy and kindness. Even with Covid restrictions we managed to have my son's memorial and it was handled with detail, class, and warmth. Jesse was great at explaining things, got back to me immediately if I had any questions but mostly he was very empathetic and kind. I needed that during my darkest hours. I highly recommend Burkview for the great clean space, ample parking, straight forwardness, no up-selling, attention to every detail but mostly for the empathy and compassion I received from Jesse at Burkview.

Our Funderal Advisor recommended us to contact Permel Engraving to get some ideas about creating a Plaque for our loved ones to be placed in their Niche. Robin, the Designer/Technician at Permel is extremely helpful and friendly. He patiently explained to us about different materials, designs, and they way it will look etc. His professionalism towards the whole process, made us feel at ease at this difficult time. No only did they do a good job of the final product, they even accomplished the task in a shorter time then they had previously promised!! Thank you Robin and your team for such a great service! Had the technician Mark at our home to inspect a freezer issue with our Liebherr refrigerator…read more Mark provided multiple potential issues that could be the fault and provided options prior to proceeding with the repair, all of which were sensitive to the potential costs involved. As it happens, Mark was able to make the repair quickly and for the least amount of cost. I could not have anticipated a better experience and I'm very grateful that there remains real professionalism in the world today. It's hard to find. 0/5- terrible work, absurd delays and no accountability- AVOID Totem!…read more After five weeks, nearly $1,000 spent, and countless hours wasted, our appliance is still completely broken. Initially, they charged a $167 diagnostic fee and a $663 parts prepayment, promising a 10-day fix. Instead, they sat on my money for over a week before ordering the parts. When I called to check in, staff were incredibly rude and blamed me for the delay. Four weeks later, a technician finally installed the parts and left without testing them. I paid another $143--bringing the total to $973--but the machine failed immediately. The technician visited a week later (for the third time) and admitted he didn't know how to fix it. Management has completely ignored my requests to speak with them. They eventually promised a refund (minus the diagnostic fee) but have provided no written confirmation or money. Totem defaulted on every promise. Save your resources and avoid them entirely.
