The entire process took about a month due to rainy weather. My entire yard was trashed for that month. His workers were messy and used my flower pots as a trash, my outdoor furniture wasn't moved aside for projects and was covered with dust and dirt. They left their lunch in opened trash bags for my dogs to discover. My side trees were cut down 6ft without consultation and some of the cuts were not clean, but ripped off. I was constantly picking up screws, nails, paint chips and somehow they got paint in the dogs water bowl. Sloppy work, they dripped white paint on a black rug, and got paint on my back windows. They removed a piece of outside wood exposing the attic and did not cover it up until days later, after I had to notice it and call Bob. I'm not sure if this was a new crew or what, but there was no "care" taken in their work. I constantly had to call Bob for these problems, which was pretty lame because that was why I was paying him. Overall the repairs I needed done were done but I will not use this company for future house projects.

Like any project there are challenges as you go, and Nick just took care of them one-by-one quickly and competently. Nick was very thorough he made sure the scope the work included necessary stuff that other tradesmen may have ignored. So when the job was done it was fully complete, solid, up to code and realistically priced. Nick is now my go-to for any work I need done to the house. Highly Recommended!

As a retired Certified Kitchen Designer, I did a complete design with shop drawings where required, so they had no work to do with that. I wanted frameless cabinets and was told their cabinet maker was well experienced with frameless. Turns out he had no idea how to build a frameless cabinet. Sammy Khatib told me he would become a Brookhaven/Woodmode cabinet dealer, then told me he did become one. It was a lie. I was told installation would start mid-January. Nothing. Then told mid-February. Nothing. End of February. Nothing. Finally beginning of March. When that didn't happen, I said I want out and I want my money back. They have my deposit since Nov. 4, 2024 and it is now July 2025. You'd be wise to go elsewhere.

If you are considering working with Jairo Maldenado's JM Flooring, just be aware that he is a one-man business and they make mistakes and won't come back out to fix them. Then he will totally ghost you. So they do shoddy work and won't fix mistakes and you'll never hear back from them again.

Ils essaient de vous faire faire vos réparations vous-même pour sauver les coûts. Pratiquement impossible de parler avec la personne qui s'occupe de ton projet. Ils ont des parts dans Mg2 et la compagnie d'excavation, alors ils en profitent au max. Quand ils vous parlent, ils vous parlent de haut comme si vous ne connaissiez rien. La construction, ça a été bof. le service après construction -1000000 / 10 Mg2 c'est la même affaire, je voulais déplacer mon panneau électrique avant la construction. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas finalement, quand c'était trop tard, ils l'ont fait pour un extra. Pas suivi les plans électriques, Lumière extérieure manquante, Switch mal positionné, Gradateurs manquants, Thermostat manquant, Electricité pas selon le code électrique à certains endroits (je suis électricien) La compagnie d'excavation, je ne sais pas. Mais a chaque jour je passais voir l'avancement et l'opérateur de pelle était sur son cellulaire pendant que je payais son temps double et que son helper était assis. bref, je suis en tabarnak et toutes les fois qu'arrive une nouvelle surprise ça me rappelle que c'est un cauchemar comme première maison
