5 Stars isn't enough! I am SO glad I found The Clean Station on Yelp! Jonus responded immediately with a quote online, showed up days later, and literally saved us from buying a new sectional. Communcaiton and services were both spot on (which both seem to be a lost art these days). I am in the service industry and run my own small business, so I can be somewhat difficult to impress but Jonus killed it! My sofa is SO clean that my husband doesn't want to risk getting it dirty, so he's put a sheet on it. Guess I now know why our grandparents had slip covers. I don't know what to say here. I scheduled a carpet cleaning through Yelp with this business for about a week out, they said they had me on the schedule. Come today when the service is scheduled, we attempt to contact them and they said they never put me on the schedule and didn't try at all to fit me in today. I can't wait until Monday for this service and now all other companies are booked. Do not rely on this company if you need services done on time. I suspect if basic scheduling is a problem, the rest of their services are lackluster also. read more

I had The Clean Station clean my carpet and clean out my dryer vent. They were fast to respond and were absolutely fantastic to work with. Pics attached showed how strong their vacuum was, the amount of hair and dirt it picked up compared to a normal vacuum was insane. Left the carpet looking and smelling better than it had in years and cleaned the dryer too. First let me say I can only attest to the mattress cleaning side of things...for now....I'm FOR SURE having him out again to clean my hardwoods, tile, couch, literally everything. Second, use this company!!! The company is owned by Jonus. The sweetest hard worker you will ever meet. After numerous reschedules on my end (thank you for being so patient), I finally had him out to clean my mattress and he killed it. He greeted me with a smile and had me cracking up the entire time. Once he got that monster of a machine inside my 3rd floor apartment, he went right to work setting up and starting the cleaning process. I personally loved that he kept me involved in the process and at the end, asked if I was happy with it. Seriously guys! If you have an issue, tell him. He's so kind and wants you to be happy with the service. I personally had no issues. He showed me a before and after. Gross that I had been sleeping on that. So clean and no more stains. Do note that if you're in apartment, the price may be a bit higher. The machine he has to use is 300 pounds and the setting up process is quite the production. Plus it's a small business, he needs to make it worth his time. If you ask me, he's worth every penny. Now if you need me, I will be curled up for the rest of my days on my newly cleaned mattress. read more
