I had a very disappointing experience living at Altitude Apartments. Within five days of moving in, I began seeing cockroaches and mice in my apartment. I reported the problem to the leasing office, and I was placed on a pest control schedule that I was told would last six weeks. During that time, we repeatedly had to empty our cabinets and move furniture to prepare for treatments. Unfortunately, after only a couple of visits, the pest control technician stopped coming. When I asked the leasing office why the treatments had stopped, I was told the technician believed the treatment was not working because we were using other products to kill the cockroaches. I later spoke with other residents who said they had been given the same explanation. Because the infestation continued, I contacted the Malden Board of Health. An inspector came to inspect the apartment, but I left feeling that the underlying issues in the building were not going to be resolved. Based on my experience, management was friendly during the leasing process, but I found them much less responsive after I moved in and reported ongoing problems. If pest control, cleanliness, and maintenance are important to you, I recommend carefully considering these issues before choosing to live here. read more

I'm warning anyone thinking about moving here -- the rat problem is real. The entire building smells like curry all the time, and the so-called "amenities" are a complete joke. You're paying a high price for an old, poorly maintained apartment. Downtown is not close at all, and Route 1 is always packed with traffic. Packages get stolen even when they're dropped inside the building, which is unbelievable. The management are rude, specially Lori and Claudia . They are unhelpful, and constantly looks annoyed. They never answer calls or emails, and dealing with them is always frustrating. Save yourself the stress -- look elsewhere. read more

I loved the layout of the apartment and I was very excited to move in. Got towed my first night here because management issues multiple stickers for the same spot. I paid extra for a spot and was here almost 3 months before I actually got one. There are 40 guest spaces for this entire complex, so you never have parking for people who visit. Mice have been an issue since the first week I was here. They are based in the bedroom and all night I hear them gnawing and scratching in my bedroom. I submit multiple maintenance requests about it, and the pest control person has come in a few times but it never gets fixed and the mice run every where, but originate from the bedroom. The complex is nice and quiet, but I don't sleep well because I hate mice and I can hear them all night long- squeaking, scratching, gnawing, rustling around. I can't wait to leave so I can sleep again. And finally, there are a lot of amenities here. And I understand that there are also a lot of people here, but the rules and regulations for said amenities kind of take all the fun out of using them. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed to death since management slips in charges everywhere. Even when you pay for parking, they will try to double charge after a few months. Renter beware. They are nice men but there are not enough of them to fulfill the maintenance requests. You will wait a long time for someone to address your issue unless it is an emergency. Management is a whole other story. If you have a rent dispute with them, they will take you to court before they will seriously listen to your side of the dispute. Do not rent here. The management and leasing office are frequently rude and verbally abusive via email and in person. The maintenance team will gaslight you and tell you that their 20 year old AC is fine and it's your LED lights putting off too much heat is why it's 80 degrees with the AC on 24/7. Do you like roaches and mice? Move here! It's infested to the brim with both. My apartment was sprayed 8 times and I had to call the board of health for them to do anything to really fix it but the roaches and mice are still here and I've given up. They need to pest tent the buildings. The water mains break all the time leaving tenants without water for days. The underground garage flooded completely. Do you enjoy privacy and agency over your home? Don't move here! The maintenance came to redo my bathroom ceiling without notice, while I wasn't home, and I had not requested the maintenance or been told about it. Don't believe the generic canned response that Altitude gives to reviews stating that they care about residents and quickly address issues. The office is run by incompetent and uncaring people. Avoid at all costs. I've lived here for 2 years and here are just some of the highlights of my time here: -If you try to go to the office to speak with management about a problem, they will ignore you and threaten to call the police. The property manger and assistant property manager are notorious for this. -Security (back when there actually was security) laughed at a woman who reported a suspicious man walking around harassing people. -Broken electrical outlets. -The buildings frequently smell like a combination of urine, food, and trash -Fire alarms are triggered once every couple of weeks, and they are LOUD -Water is regularly turned off due to pipe/water main failures. -Apartments frequently have no hot water. -Elevator inspections are over a year out of date. -Elevators are dirty. -Trash rooms are also dirty. -The office fails to communicate maintenance requests. -Mice. -Roaches. -Disability parking spaces are often COVERED in ice during the winter. -The package room frequently loses packages, and when they have the package, staff will often not bother looking for it. -Constant construction. -Staff is at best rude, and at worst abusive. They will hang up on you when you call, refuse to speak with you when you walk into the office. -Management sends out aggressive emails threatening to assess fees for unpaid bills that were issued the same day. -Management does not send out regular updates about utility outages, construction, and other inconveniences. -Staff members have cars with unlawful custom exhausts so loud that they echo throughout the property (management explicitly states that they do not care and will do nothing about it). -Management threatens punishment for decorating windows INSIDE the apartment. -Buildings are supposed to be keycard locked, but often are not locked because the system is broken. -Property is supposed to be gated, but the gate is literally always open. -Security is now non-existent, despite this being listed as an amenity. -Towing is merciless. For example, if you need to get a rental car and park it in the space that you pay for every month, it WILL be towed. Borrowing a friend's car? CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: stay away at all cost! I lived here only a year, at first I intended to stay more but the apartments were not habitable.They are flooded with mice and roaches. Below are the pictures of some of the mice caught in traps. Their pest control team is on site only two days and whatever they do won't get rid of the mice. Of the buildings two elevators one was available and the other one always smelled like dog piss. Not to mention the roaches and the inconveniences of how we had to empty all our kitchen cabinets, closets and bathrooms for spraying. On top of that, they shut down water too many times especially in winter and once again inconveniencing us. They raised the rent $200 in a year! And that was the last straw for me and I left. After suffering from encountering mice all the time, I left the apartment in a perfect condition, I was expecting to receive my $500 deposit back. The property manager sent me a vague invoice and claimed they changed the carpet and that I owe money to them! I wrote and called to talk to her multiple times but she won't answer my calls. There is a terrible mice problem in the building I live (#250). They just won't fix the hole in my apartment through which mice are coming in. I have been contacting the office 3 weeks in a row but they give lame reasons saying the person fixing these holes doesn't work for them directly, you will be put on the list, etc. I have work request opened for fixing this on October 17th now it's more than a month but no response. As a landlord it's their responsibility to provide proper pest control but it looks like they want to take no responsibility on this issue. Moreover the property manager has stopped responding to my emails, since I'm emailing her repeatedly about this. My partner lives here so I'm over often and the management here is awful. They are incredibly disrespectful and act like they can't be bothered to help him with very easy tasks. Nicole in the leasing office is incredibly rude and doesn't respond to emails. She lost all of his paperwork when he moved in. She acted like she would help him, but once he became a resident she has done nothing to help him. He had many winged ants and wet gnats when he moved in and management/maintenance only brought fly traps. That does not stop the problem. He had to purchase materials to stop the infestation himself. The bathroom vent does not work, which is a clear violation of the 2015 IECC Section R403.6 Mechanical Ventilation building code. The screen door is broken and I've noticed thar for many other apartments as well. His apartment was supposedly one of the "newly renovated" ones, but it seems like it was done quickly, poorly, and incorrectly. I would never live here and he will not be renewing his lease. I definitely see a lot of people hate this apartment, and whilst I don't necessarily hate it, I don't see much to like about it. But there is some positives, so I'll give it a 3. Here's my personal negatives (I'm the son of my parents so I don't know about money): - There is a serious problem with rodents and infestation. I thought it was only happening to my family because we are pretty messy, but no, it's happening in many other apartments! - More stuff needs to be modernized, as it seems like half of this equipment originates back from the late 2000s or early 2010s. Fans crackle, the lights don't work, and it's pretty cramped. Only two rooms? Really? - I have some safety concerns. Are the fire extinguishers checked regularly? Why is there only one smoke alarm in each apartment if there are many rooms? What about the outlets, are they safe? - And of course, the infamous "incident" that happened earlier this year where someone GOT MURDERED. (I wasn't living in that apartment but I don't think someone should worry about their safety in these apartments) However, I don't want to pretend it's all bad. - I like the accommodation and extensiveness of each room, despite it being in a cramped apartment. - The people in the apartments are surprisingly nice, as we meet each other ip and down, and I never feel that threatened or worried. - I just LOVE the lake, parks, gym, and other small areas outside the apartment that are avaible. Trust me, you do not want to know half the stuff I get up to out there. It's like having a bigger backyard. So yeah, I feel this apartment is ok. Overall, Altitude is a comfortable and reasonably priced complex if you have a car or don't mind waiting for buses which come right onto the complex. The balconies, the free heat, and the apartment lay-outs are some of the best. The landscaping and grounds are well maintained and scenic. The amenities are a nice plus if you don't mind the rigid rules for using them. I lived there for 8 years until this past January, 2023. I was on the 8th floor and never had problems with vermin. However, I had a major problem with the chronic water shut-offs, never knowing when there'd be an "emergency" water shut-off with a sudden 30 minute warning in my email, These would occur at at least once every 4-6 weeks. You'd get in the shower or try to draw water for meals and the faucet would be dry. The water could be off anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours, randomly timed. Tenants who moved in after 2021 are responsible for their own monthly water bills which is particularly insulting. Fortunately, I was grandfathered in. There are pay laundry machines on each floor that may or may not be working at any given time. Their repair is sporadic and responsibility is assumed by a separate company apart from building management. The maintenance crew is excellent, friendly, attentive, and responsive. Keith, Chuck, Sal, Gerardo, Jerry, and Bruno are the public face of the community, not the management who are holed up in their offices. Frankly, I think management is in over their heads and don't have time for building any personal community relations except for emails with lists of rules and don'ts. The management crew are nice people, but they're mostly impersonal with residents due to their overwhelming responsibilities. Community events that bring tenants together socially are very rare and at inconvenient times during the work week. There is no community communication option on the Altitude portal to reach out to other residents either. Altitude, formerly known as Granada Highlands was built in 1976 and consists of 13 buildings, several high-rises of 8 floors and 12 apartments on each, and several 3 story "Garden" apartments. Outside parking is $20 a month and inflexibly enforced with towing. Having guests is discouraged with only one lot assigned for them which can often be full with distant walking to the right building. Overnight parking requires a tag, and the guest's car must be moved by 8am the next day. So, you need to determine your priorities for renting here. It's an attractive complex on the outside with spacious interiors and lay-outs, but it has its limitations. With 13 buildings for a limited management to keep running with a few thousand tenants and once you move in, the maintenance crew is your go-to hub for responding to your concerns.. read more

I'll echo the comments of others here to start. In summary - it's just totally unpleasant. They DO clean daily and the maintenance staff you'll encounter on a daily basis are friendly and do want to be helpful. That's what at least leaves Altitude Apartments with One Star. My family has been there since it was Grenada in the 80's and 90's and I'm happay to be the last to call this mess of a community home. Another post commented that the good reviews must be fake or the person got some benefit. Probably true. Management has a notorious reputation for "getting even" with residents who dare to challenge or complain either in terms of not offering lease renewals, withholding security deposits by fabricating problems or giving poor recommendations to other landlords. To say that the management is awful would be giving them too much credit for exhibiting ANY sense of duty of care for their customers - the residents. And that's seemingly what's forgotten - the resident are their customers. Sleeve and contempt oozes from everyone in that management office. Let's begin with the next daily interaction "security." Whether it's at the gate or in the mailroom "laziness" is Standard Operating Procedure. You'll occasionally find one or two who'll actually manage to muster up enough ambition to get out of their chair at the main gate while assisting or handing out a visitor pass; and Id give the mailroom staff the benefit of the doubt of being overwhelmed with package deliveries (which must be done because the building themselves lack any true effort at security and your packages delivered to the building mailroom will likely be stolen anyway) if they weren't simply lazy and liars. Working from home I've often had work items sent via fedex and UPS, receive delivery confirmations and be told by the mailroom folks that they'll say delivered but the package won't actually be delivered until the next day. I've checked w UPS, FedEx and USPS and this is simply not true. It seems that this excuse is the attendants passing the buck to the next shift to deal with. Until they are firmly told its not true that they'll put that little bit of extra effort into finding the package, and SURPRISE it's there. This has been consistent between the two security providers that have worked at Altitude since I've been there. Again, the result of poor management by Altitude and the provider. Add to that "Security" has no Supervisor available to escalate issues with and the complexes "emergency" number just goes to voicemail any after-hours issues and you're on your own. Luckily few "guards are alone as they often have their buddies around joking and smoking/vaping in the guard house. I'll also address parking as an example of Altitude's disdain for its customers. Last year they implemented a parking fee for each vehicle. For rents that average $2k monthly inside a gated community where there is NO other option for "free" parking in the vicinity the idea of charging for every vehicle is an abhorrent money-grab. Assigning spaces per driving adult or even bedroom should be expected, and perhaps even charging for space beyond the normal 2 adults per-room formula could be reasonable, what they've done is just plain petty. Have a guest or rental car overnight? You'll have to be one of the lucky 50 to get a pass for the night or face ZERO parking in the areas outside the main gate (all by permit only). Additionally the ONLY thing that can be called "efficient" when it comes to Altitude is the tow-truck service who is regularly visible patrolling the grounds for their next easy pay-day; which of course if there's a problem there Altitude has a totally hands-off philosophy. An obvious sign that someone in the management office receives a kickback for being a great customer. Saying you live in Altitude is sure to bring a laughable moment by many who have been in the Greater Boston area for some time and references to it's predecessor "Granada's" glory days before it's own decline and subsequent rock-bottom reputation as Altitude. Whether it's the mice and ant infestations which are the norm rather than exception, not-so infrequent shut down of water because of maintenance (ie all systems are interconnected so if someone needs a shower fixed or dishwasher replaced the entire building looses water during the repair), suspicious vehicles and exchanges between cars pulling around the back doors of buildings and residents running out quick, taking days to fix fire alarms, lackluster and uninspired security, or the mailroom, Altitude will certainly offer some form of regret, unpleasantness or aggravation on a daily basis. read more

I have met many other tenants that too have horrible rodent issues, privacy issues, cockroaches, plumbing problems, constant gaslighting & harassment. Needless to say something needs to be done. After posting my first review I went the legal route-getting Board of Health involved and documenting my problems- I recommend everyone else do this too. I had a severe black mold problem in my unit, along with the rodents, causing me to be unable to breathe properly, and breaking out with rashes when I was at home. The apartment Failed to do any corrections about the mold per the Board of Health order. My only option was to Vacate my lease. I gave the management a legal notice of my vacate. I would not be living there while they are illegally keeping the property uninhabitable and filthy. Following this they sent me a bill, and then they sent it to collections. If you have had a similar experience to me , Please message me. A lawsuit will be coming. This was good community however after later 2021 and early 2022 they have gone worst and crossed all limits I wish i can give 0 star - Careless management They shut off the water many times due to repair work without any advance notices. Sometimes they send email at 7am that there will be no water for whole day. Be ready to have so many buckets to fill water in. They dont care about residents and dont feel shame to let you be without shower in morning. Dishwashers are very old not working and never repaired. - Smoke - Be ready for passive smoke They call is non smoking however you will smell people smoking in lobby, parking, balcony all around. Not just cigars but weeds and all fancy stuff. Seen people drinking in pool side.. Good place for Bro's to have fun here.. not for families or good citizens.. And finally when you leave the apartment even in the best possible clean condition, you may end up seeing big bills towards the maintenance issues they have not addressed for so many years. I am a single mom and have two kids both who absolutely love living here and get to brag to their friends about the pool, movie theater tennis court pool tables and a state of the art Gym and also a dog park! Basketball hoops and a park for the kids and in the summer they have grills outside near the amenities and they supply the coal and you can have your family bbq right in park they also have a huge pond with koi fish and ducks and beautiful waterfall and landscape is always on point it always looks amazing and they have landscapers once a week on top of all that they have a laundry room on every floor and trash room! Sometimes the washers or dryer isn't workin and they aren't perfect when it comes tp maintenance but all my friends that live in similar complexes and the horror stories I hear we are def taken care of but posting these pics of the mice WHAT BUILDING THATS THIS OLD AND THIS MANY APARTMENTS DONT HAVE MICE! Come on ITS AN APARTMENT BUILDING TRY LIVING AND HAVING RATS AND CockroachS and the place filthy with no staff!! Get a cat and then you won't have another mouse in your house!!! EDIT 3/28/2021: I wanted to add a few things to my originally review that is below. I was recently locked inside an elevator for about 30 minutes and had to call the fire department to get me out, following a week after another woman was stranded in the elevator. These elevators have STILL not been fixed. Today is the second day that my groceries have been stolen during a contactless delivery of groceries. We had to call the board of health to get the mouse situation handled. It was handled in our apartment but I was walking and nearly stepped on another mouse in the hallway. We were told that maintenance took so long because they were scared of our dogs. In case people weren't aware of the sound dogs make, it's a bark. A little more background on the discrimination portion I mentioned previously: I live with my girlfriend (we are gay), and after meeting us for the first time and fixing our AC unit, maintenance never responded to another request from us until we threatened to call the board of health. Our neighbor also experienced that they would refuse to allow immigrants or those on Visas be on a lease, despite having the requirement that all residents be on the lease. A few other things I remembered recently: maintenance threw out our bicycle because it was on the grass (we were about to bring it up to our apartment but had our hands full at the time). Our dogs got electrocuted walking on the grass outside of our apartment so badly they fell to the ground screeching. We (the entire community) received an email suggesting that we use compost as an alternative to pouring vegetable oil down the drain, so we invested in a compost collecting company. Maintenance threw away our buckets during time of pickup three times and we were told it was against our lease to use contactless compost pickup. Our windows had so much condensation on them during the winter they started to grow mold. Maintenance has constantly approached me while walking my ESA dogs talking to them and trying to pet them when I am clearly trying to get my dogs to ignore them and focus on their training. Extremely disrespectful. Overall my rating remains the same, but I would love to give negative stars and get this sh*thole shutdown. Management is HORRIFIC. It took three months to fix the leak in our ceiling, our toilet that wouldn't flush, and our closet that collapsed because it was not screwed into studs. We were told that we couldn't walk our dogs near the leasing office for no good reason, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, you aren't allowed to have decorations, and the parking situation is a disaster. Management and maintenance is anything but responsive. They are discriminatory! They also lost our ESA paperwork and harassed us for new information. There are roaches and mice inside the units, and rats outside. There is no communication, no organization, and no respect. I wish I could give negative stars, this place is despicable. The next mouse I catch is ending up in the management office. These building do not follow sanitation laws as stated in the lease. I'm already discussing actions with a lawyer and I'll be knocking on residence door on who wants in! I wasn't 100% sure what rating to give. It was between a 2 or a 3. Probably a 2.5 but that's not an option so I went with a 3 as I like my apartment itself. I think it is one of the more up to date ones and it is pretty nice. Poorly/cheaply renovated but I knew that when I saw it and it didn't bother me. It is a good size unit as well which I like. I haven't lived here super long but I do have a lot of gripes already. I agree with a lot of the other reviews although I have not seen any cockroaches thank god but as far as the other issues about the staff, I completely agree. While I wouldn't throw up any specific names on Yelp, I have had several issues with people. They have awful customer service skills. As others have said they are often not friendly, lack follow up and simple can't handle everything they have to do. I have a few inklings as to where their issue with staff lies. Every time I have tried to contact someone, from the very beginning of trying to schedule a showing-no matter who it has been- I have to call several times. I guess that should have been a red flag but I needed to find something quickly. I also never got a tour of the amenities when I came to see the apartments. But, I shouldn't have to call 4-5 times about one issue/question when I was promised to be called back or was told an issue was going to be fixed. Every employee just seems to have excuses as to why they didn't call back. There is no accountability from management that is evident. When I called to try to talk to a manager about no one calling me back I was told "She does not accept calls without an appointment. You have to schedule a time to talk to her." That sounds like a manager who doesn't care about her residents right there. I have an issue now. Not 3 days from now. I also had called in the winter when I did not have hot water to shower. I was told by whichever girl took my maintenance request that "I was not guaranteed hot water." Thank you so much for your caring hospitality. And maintenance requests take too long. I honestly think they forget about the issues reported. Its frustrating. I have seen "big wigs" walking around the property talking. Seems like they only care what the tenants are doing wrong or what rules they need to add or change instead focusing on their employees and coaching them to make it a nicer place for us to live. And I say this because after I see them here we get multiple emails on how we have to change things or what we aren't allowed to do. They should be cross training their employees so only one person doesn't do leasing or so only one person can rent out storage units. Etc. Management should be following up on their employees. Not counting how many plants or chairs are on the balconies. And I know they were doing this because I heard them talking. Then we get an email about it. Yet I can't get a damn email saying I have a package to save my life. I also think the company should have some community events because it is a big community and it would be nice to know more of my neighbors. I haven't decided if I am going to renew my lease or not. I like my apartment a lot but if I have an issue it takes way too long to get rectified not to mention it's too frustrating to keep having to call about the same thing. And most of all, I hate all of the rules. If we aren't hurting anyone than just let us be! read more

The staff is very nice and friendly. However, that does not make up for the fact that I have lived here for 9 months and am counting down the days till we can get out of our lease. We have had mice, bedbugs twice, and roaches. They sent us an email not even 24 hours in advance saying that we needed to clear out the kitchen, bathroom, and hall closet completely so they could come in and spray for roaches. In only 700 square feet we were scrambling to find places for all the misplaced items. one of the elevators has been broken for two months and we have no timeline of when it will be fixed. Also, one thing that bothers me is they have had to shut off our water countless times but they do not send an email telling you the water is back on. So you just have to give it a few hours then try and try and try until it's back on. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. read more

Place is very beautiful rooms are great the view is amazing. Once you are interested and just moved in they are very attentive however after that they will not be as responsive. This has been my experience I have placed maintenance orders and they have not responded in the past COUPLE OF MONTHS. I emailed to the property manager Kelley Settipane and I have been ignored. I emailed the receptionist Kimberly Larke I have been ignored. When it came to an issue of rent when I took off autopay and I was still charged property manager Kelley Settipane has failed to respond to my emails in order to assist me. Lived there for three years before moving out the last month. Good place to live, hence two starts however, the management SUCKS. Spotted rats in the apartment and submitted maintenance request twice, called the management twice and after two months, I gave up and handled the situation by myself. No one showed up before my moving day. This was the final nail to the coffin; decided not to renew the lease. This wasn't the only incident when maintenance requests were ignored. Exterminator came back today and plugged some more holes. This issue has been going on since we moved in. We moved into the a "renovated" apartment we shouldn't be dealing with these kind of things. We pay rent to feel comfortable at home and having to constantly keep an eye out of "activity" Is the complete opposite. We also have traps laying around and that's definitely not safe for our one year old. read more

Horrible Place to live, Rude Staff/ Management The management is pathetic [specially the manager]. She is very RUDE, feels superior above clients and arrogant. We had a BIG MOLD issue in the apartment [Building 240] and instead to help she started to BLAME us. They did some rubber paint and the MOLD stills come up every 2-3 months. Later they even ignore our request completely. It is only once they receive a legal NOTICE for Order to Correct form the City of Malden, Public Health Department http://www.cityofmalden.org/department/board-health to fix the water leakage, they had responded. This is the worst society I ever lived in past 10 years . It's dirty , no maintainence ever , and water shut off is common every week . They charge you little less rents coz half of there complex are vacant and people run out as soon as they can . They trap you in bad lease terms and whack your money here and there from deposit .. the management is terribly rude and manner less .. Never ever I want to deal with them . PATHETIC .. I never write reviews this bad ever to spoil someone business but these people deserves this to stole people's hard earned money by catchy hidden terms . If you want to live in a roach infested, mold-ridden, mice friendly home, where your car can get towed without notice, then this is the place for you! They are unresponsive to extreme sanitary issues (i.e., mold so bad where mushrooms are growing in the hallway, a cockroach infested laundry/garbage room, heat not working for a whole week in the coldest week of the winter) despite many calls and follow-ups. Then, they take it upon themselves to have a 2016 car towed because of an ever so slightly expired inspection sticker. Why give a warning when you can have your resident miss an important meeting and have to pay even more to get their car back? Don't let them fool you with the amenities. The pool is unheated and about 3 feet deep, the pool tables are old and the sticks have no cues, the movie room has a regular size TV with decent chairs, the gym has a sauna that doesn't work, and limited subpar machines. Save yourself the trouble. Learn from me. Do not rent here. Do not even consider. Walk away before it is too late. PS - all the 5 star reviews are fake. Trust me. read more

Overall Good Place to stay, but if the people in leasing office especially Lori, if she is not there then would have been minimum 4 star rating. These days (past 3-4 months) maintenance has been very slow and no responses on work requests. Main concern & complaints are on Leasing office, they are very rude, busy, no time for appointments. They speak as if we are slaves and show racism towards people which is not acceptable. Even few of colleagues wanted to stay here leasing office so busy that they say there are no houses available where as in my building there are 3 houses which I am aware of. If Property Owners/Management are serious & concerned about people staying here I would request them to explore options like voting or put complaint box for 1 month or conduct open house on weekend with all tenants where you can hear from people and do much better. If you do any I challenge that most of concerns would be on Mrs. Lori. Hope to see some change. read more

I'm writing a positive review because my experience living here for the past 3 years has been positive. Sure it's an older complex and things happen, but the maintenance crew here have been wonderful! My heat wasn't working today, one of the coldest days so far this year and I filed a work order. It was repaired within 3 hours. While the maintenance staff member was waiting for a needed part, he fixed a few other items that needed to be done. I can't say enough about how friendly they are. I think that with most situations, if something isn't working properly, follow the procedures and it will be taken care of. Depending upon the critical nature of the repair, the most important repairs need to be handled first. The staff at the property management office have always been friendly and professional. I am always friendly with them and the maintenance staff. Sometimes we all need to remember that we all have jobs to do with varying degrees of pressure, but being nice makes for a better experience for everyone. The one thing that does bother me is the cleanliness of other people who live here. Everyone should show some respect for other tenants and not leave trash improperly disposed. I've found fast food trash in elevators and trash in the parking lot. This is an unnecessary, there are plenty of trash disposal containers outside the building and trash rooms on each floor. I can only imagine the condition of their apartments if these people are so careless in public areas. read more
