I had a really disappointing experience at Urban Air. From the moment we got there, one employee…read morekept following us around and constantly yelling at us over the smallest things. Instead of just explaining rules normally, she was extremely rude and aggressive. At one point we went up into the jungle gym area and she actually yelled at us, "Next time hide better, get out of the jungle gym," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It felt like we were being singled out and harassed the entire time we were there. She kept watching us and shouting at us for everything we did, even when we weren't doing anything wrong. We came to have fun, but instead the experience was stressful and uncomfortable because of how we were treated. Staff should be there to help guests and enforce rules respectfully, not follow people around and yell at them. I would not recommend this location if this is how customers are treated.

I was shocked at the lack of employees for how many people were at skyzone. There was 1 employee on the floor for all the trampolines the entire time we were there. When we were here years ago, there was an employee stationed at each section. I have no idea what happened?! There was 1 employee working the front desk and 1 behind the concession stand. None appeared to be above high school age. There appeared to be several birthday parties going on but honestly I have no clue where the employees were. The place was absolutely filthy. Visible garbage everywhere. Probably bc there was a lack of employees to clean up? Even though my kid absolutely had a great time, We will most likely not be back. They need to make an attempt to clean and hire more employees to actually manage this place effectively.

I say attempted because we put our order in at the counter and 30 minutes later we didn't have food. We cancelled our order because by then we had missed a large chunk of the party. I'm sure an 8 year old me would've loved this but old person me was happy to leave.

Received only automated emails promising follow-up, but no one ever reached out.Spring 2026: Visited the North Fayette location in person after the initial 6-month contract ended (membership began September 2025). Staff explicitly stated the membership would automatically cancel. It did not, and billing continued.May 2026: Called the location and spoke with Assistant Manager Ella. She claimed the local venue cannot cancel memberships and instructed me to use the same broken online form again.Lack of Accountability and SupportWhen questioned about a refund for the unauthorized charges outside the original agreement, the assistant manager essentially said "good luck." Furthermore, management claimed they did not have a phone number for their own corporate office, telling me to "Google it" while warning that reaching corporate was "not promising."Charging customers outside of a signed membership agreement and refusing to provide a clear cancellation method is completely unacceptable. Avoid this establishment unless you want your bank account held hostage by a business that refuses to stop billing you.
