website promise that is note upheld at this location

I paid over $300 expecting a hosted, stress-free celebration for my son's 6th birthday. What I got was zero communication, no organization, and a host who did the bare minimum. Despite the website promising that party hosts will guide the kids, lead activities, and handle setup/cleanup, none of that happened. The primary reason I chose Sky Zone was based on your advertised promises, both on your main parties page and in this location's FAQs, which clearly states: "Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!" The main Sky Zone site (https://www.skyzone.com/parties/) also claims: - A dedicated party host will "work directly with you to create the perfect celebration," - That host will "guide guests through the park and keep the action moving so there's never a dull moment," - And staff will "set up, clean up and supervise the event" so parents can "relax and watch all the fun unfold." None of these promises were delivered. After check-in (and already past our scheduled start time), no one told us what to do. I had to walk to the front desk and was told, "You could've just started already," even though our party host hadn't even shown up. During the party room hour, the host simply dropped off pizza, refilled drinks, and dimmed the lights--that's it. I had to lead the birthday song, serve the cupcakes, organize presents, and request the cart myself. There was no music, no energy, and it was awkward and disappointing. If you're looking for a place that *actually* offers someone that will be a party host for KIDS. This place is not it. They will take your extra money, then ghost you when you're looking for a resolution. I held off on writing this review to give them a chance to make things right via email. They didn't. The experience was misleading, overpriced, and disappointing.

Never been to SUCH a friendly Skyzone! The friendliest, for sure. They are so warm, welcoming and caring. They have the coolest exhibits. It's much different exhibit wise in where we come from in California. They have added ones at this location. Which appears as a hip large barn dome from the exterior. Interior wise: Love the free hold rock climb wall and the soft blocks below to cradle their fall. The soft blocks are a great touch I noticed 3 different play exhibits they are in! So fun. I'm dating myself but it reminds me of when I was a kid and we had the fun bounce ball pits everywhere at play places like McDonalds. But this aesthetic is more clean and sleek. This is our second trip here. Obviously for the price the Elite Pass is a no brainer. For $27.99 unlimited every day all day for 30 days less than a dollar a day for kid entertainment. Can't even get a happy meal for that. Skyzone is the new kid mall. Love, love, love this location. We are going to max out our pass.

I was asked to review this business as a Relay Creator. Upon entering the establishment my family and I were greeted by the warm and friendly staff. Everything was very clean for a place that hosts children. We loved the basketball hoops, rock climbing wall, dodgeball arena, foam pit & ninja course. The snack bar had all of the things. The coin operated games were a nice touch as well. We look forward to stopping back here again.

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Sky Zone Trampoline Park is pink cotton candy. My partner and I wanted to check out the "Ninja Warrior Course" at the trampoline park so we bought tickets online, and we went after work on a week night. It was hopping. While most of the adults kept an eye on kids, we ran around to explore all the park had to offer. In retrospect, I wish we had filled out the liability waivers at home because you can do them online. Also, 60 minutes is enough! After about 40 minutes of jumping and playing, we were exhausted. (We had paid for 90 minutes) This location has plenty of parking, and if you're an adult, be prepared to hang with the kids while playing.

They don't mandate or enforce people wearing masks and no cleaning is being done. Highly disappointing.

It's been such a great place for them to burn energy, build confidence, and just enjoy being kids. The staff at the Bridgeville location are always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They keep things running smoothly and make the experience enjoyable every time we visit. It's honestly hard to find any negatives with our local Altitude. Occasionally it can feel a little warm inside, but that's understandable with so much activity going on. We truly love Altitude and are so thankful to have it in our community. The hostess was excellent at assisting with bringing up our food items and making sure everyone had what they needed. Really appreciated her effort and how easy it was to have the party there. Well worth the money to avoid having an event at my home. The kids were all thrilled and we will certainly pass this along to others. Well done!

The system to check in was confusing, there's little parental supervision so children are everywhere, and it's loud which I expected. We attempted to get food. I say attempted because we put our order in at the counter and 30 minutes later we didn't have food. We cancelled our order because by then we had missed a large chunk of the party. I'm sure an 8 year old me would've loved this but old person me was happy to leave.

A Nightmare Loop of Unauthorized BillingThis company operates a deceptive billing system designed…read moreto trap customers in a continuous payment cycle. After multiple failed attempts across several channels, it is clear that Urban Air makes it intentionally difficult, if not impossible, to cancel a membership.Timeline of Cancellation AttemptsJanuary 2026: Submitted two separate cancellation requests via the online "Contact Us" form for the North Fayette location. Received only automated emails promising follow-up, but no one ever reached out.Spring 2026: Visited the North Fayette location in person after the initial 6-month contract ended (membership began September 2025). Staff explicitly stated the membership would automatically cancel. It did not, and billing continued.May 2026: Called the location and spoke with Assistant Manager Ella. She claimed the local venue cannot cancel memberships and instructed me to use the same broken online form again.Lack of Accountability and SupportWhen questioned about a refund for the unauthorized charges outside the original agreement, the assistant manager essentially said "good luck." Furthermore, management claimed they did not have a phone number for their own corporate office, telling me to "Google it" while warning that reaching corporate was "not promising."Charging customers outside of a signed membership agreement and refusing to provide a clear cancellation method is completely unacceptable. Avoid this establishment unless you want your bank account held hostage by a business that refuses to stop billing you.

I love that you can view the kids jumping from the upstairs area, making it pretty easy to keep an eye on your older kiddos if you're having food or playing in the toddler area. Although you cannot bring your own food they have a snack menu including pizza, dipping dots and more. It's fairly empty today (Sunday) which was a bit surprising but good for our group. Clean and spacious, definitely recommend.

We rented the private room, which came with jump passes for an hour of jumping, and an hour to the party room. We were supposed to have 15 minutes to get everything ready before jumping, but we didn't get that due to being told our room wasn't ready. We never got the extra 15 minutes we lost back, and were told they could jump 15 minutes more, but would still have to be out of the room on the set time. So while everyone was completely rushing for everything in the party, and trying to load up and get out, there were 3 employees waiting and staring at us to start cleaning out the room. We also weren't greeted or instructed to areas but the host we were supposed to have. On top of being already expensive for a room and time lost, they don't allow for external meals, except for desserts. So either you pay a fortune for pizza (that is brought EXTERNALLY from Fat Angelo's) or you simply don't get food for a literal birthday party. They did provide an ice cream cake and decorations, but when asked for the party girls name, we were expecting the cake to at least have her name written on it. We won't be having anymore parties here, and if I could take it back and get a refund for better venue, I would. Leaving 2 stars, just because the kids had fun jumping.
