Wish I could give your a$$es zero stars because you deserve it. We just went to this shoddy/jenky a$$ park last week and let me tell you... you should think twice before you bring your kids to this "perfectly safe" place. The bounce houses had HOLES in them. My daughter jumped and blasted her ankle because she landed on an uninflated portion of the bounce house without knowing it BEFORE her jump and is now still injured and of course there is no recourse...not even a full refund. The snarky, uninformed Gen Z manager told me that it was "perfectly safe", after she and her other clown cohorts stood there and looked me square in the face and admitted there were holes in the bounce house. They are very rude and they didn't let me jump and they said my friend looks like he eats glue sticks. One girl came up and repeatedly blowed a whistle in me and my friends face and said we were guilty by association because one of my friends jumped over a fence that you were aloud to. They were very mean to us as well. read more

It was fun, first time going and there were a lot of preschoolers jumping everywhere and one of them jumped in front of me while I was doing a flip so I almost hit them. But overall it was fun. read more

My 5 year old loves visiting this indoor trampoline park. It was wonderful for a day like today where the air quality is not good and we need to stay active indoors. Lots of trampolines and related activities for your little ones. I prefer this trampoline park to Urban Air for smaller children as the layout is a bit more open and easier for a parent to watch from afar. Staff is amiable and they help with supervision and safety. There are several benches set around the trampolines for parents/caregivers to sit. A snack bar has a variety of standard concession stand items for purchase and, unfortunately, no outside food is permitted. For 2 hours of jump time, we only paid $15 which I find very reasonable! We will definitely be back!! read more

Fun for toddlers on any weekday in the morning! (I haven't been there when school is out during the week yet). It's awesome to let my 2-3 year old just run and jump freely. There are basically no big kids at this time, so they can climb on anything. I only don't give it 5 stars because those foam pits are gross. Ha! They are in bad shape, torn up, phone numbers torn into them, and I cringe when my toddler jumps into them. I don't know how they could possibly be better though, and I'm sure they're fine. read more

When I took my daughter to flying squirrel for a birthday party I didn't expect to also have such a great time! There were a ton of activities! A dodgeball court, a gladiator area where you could knock each other off of stools, a surfing area, a basketball court, foam pits, swings, and the list goes on! There was an entire bounce house section as well which was completely unexpected! The party room was equipped with picnic tables as well as a drink fridge and cubbies for our belongings. There were massage chairs for the parents to sit in while watching there kids jump. This facility was great for all ages. My daughter who is 18 months old has an absolute blast! My kids love it and have a blast - we have been here several times The cons : very busy Saturday evening and one kid working register / check in . So it took 15 minutes for us to check in ... because of only 2 people in front of us Another thing - the workers say NOTHING when kids run across while another kid is tumbling - this baffles me . My boys (5 & 7) have always enjoyed jumping here. We love the new additions at Flying Squirrel-especially the surf board and obstacle courses. My 7 year old spends most of his time at the dodgeball court and my youngest loves to jump into the ball pit on the far end of the building. There are tons of trampolines and endless options for entertainment here. It's a great place to blow off some steam, especially in the colder months. They even have a big screen and massage chairs for the adults, and a snack bar. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and there's usually a deal on Groupon or Local Flavor as well. They are one of the only places I know of that allows you to wear your own socks, but they have the best jump socks in my opinion. You'll want to have your own pair for sure. read more

We had an excellent visit to Flying Squirrel yesterday for Toddler Time. We pre-registered and pre-bought our tickets online and that was super easy. Check-in when we arrived was even easier and so quick because we'd done things online ahead. The ladies checked us in, got us socks and we were jumping less than 5 mintuees after arrival. They had lots of staff roaming all the different spots to make sure people were using areas properly and safely, i loved they had Bluey going on the big screen and great music to jump to. I seriously wish I had this place at home, they make my trampoline park at home look lame. Highly recommend. read more

Such a fun time for our entire group. We had 16 people ages 4-69. Not all jumped but the ones that did, had a great time! Getting the party room was worth it to have a space for the adults to sit and talk and the kids to take a rest. They could use signs in the massage chairs- some worked, some didn't- and staff that take charge. If you work there (no matter your age) be in charge. Don't be a wet noodle. read more

RUDE STAFF: We ordered pizza from Goodfellas as we've done every time when we went to this facility. When the pizza delivery driver arrived the one worker started shouting to me that no outside food is allowed and when I questioned why she said they would charge me $50 to eat it inside. I refused and we ate the pizza anyway. Then the rest of the staff gave our table dirty looks and didn't say anything to us when we left, even though we overheard them tell every other party to have a good night when they left. This was our first time taking our son, he's almost two and had a blast! The girls at the front were sweet and welcoming, minimal presence of staff on the floor though. My only complaint was a young gentleman working there that attempted to tell us our son had to walk across an obstacle, not crawl... he's 21 months old, there was no one else near us, we weren't holding up a line.. We've been to trampoline park s before, but this is first time our kids said they were "bored." I guess that's neither here nor there, but the facility is a bit disappointing. Half the ceiling lights were off/ broken for some reason. None of the rules were enforced, from what I saw. Kids hanging off the basketball rim, etc. Lazy selection at the "cafe." My little ones love toddler time. And I love that they can get their energy out and I can get some work done. I recently booked a birthday party for one of my older kids and it was a total blast. All the kids loved it. And the moms loved that their kids came home tired. I will definitely do this again in the future as it made for a super fun day and a lot less stress for me. We've come to this park several times but I I think it recently went under new management. We've noticed the difference. Also I thought the pricing for the birthday parties were very reasonable.
