Was excited to bring our kids here as they've loved other trampoline parts but had never been to this one. I obviously don't expect it to be squeaky clean as there's a bunch of kids running around but it was filthy, to include bandaids and pieces of trash on the sides of the trampolines. It ended up costing around 120 for two adults and a 3, and 1 year old, and of course we had to buy their socks.. couldn't use our own grip socks even though they didn't have any size available for our three year old at the time..(?) also found out they didn't have a toddler area which was kinda disappointing but that doesn't affect my rating since that was never something that was guaranteed. Just kinda lame that i had to pay $26 for a baby that didn't participate. I've also never seen so many unsupervised kids 4 and under at a trampoline park just pushing kids they don't even know with no parents in sight and the workers just standing there not engaged at all or aware of what's happening. As we entered the trampoline area after paying and getting our socks there was about 5 workers just standing around talking blocking off the walkway and didn't even flinch when we said excuse me to get through. Just 2 stars. Limited value. Management attentive but staff standing around talking. At one point they were hardly able to stand and had to lay on various objects. Must be exhausting work! Sadly, pics of most of these antics were lost before posting. This changed about half way through our visit. I think Mgmt spoke up, or someone arrived for a shift that does not tolerate it. Check in process is laborious. $30 for our little one to play for 2 hours. $3 for approved socks. $3 each for us to "Spectate". 30% of facility devoted to an aerial course that is not operational (based on reviews, never operational). It's advertised though! Charging parents to watch their kids play (especially when the staff isn't) is lame! There has to be a better way to capture revenue. May or may not be back. Big lines with waiting time considered long when having multiple kids in a group for check in, price is ridiculous - I still can't believe they charge for any spectator to watch their own kids even tho NOT PLAYING (since they don't have monitors enough to ensure the safety of the kids). My 6 years old was bitten on the arm by another kid, and this same one pushed and shoved a toddler in our group yesterday, and when reported they didn't do nothing to ensure the safety of others kids... while the mother literally tried to hide in a different area. Legitimately one of the most horrendously mismanaged businesses I have ever seen. It's understaffed and run entirely by employees in their late teens. Which wouldn't be a problem but they're also completely incompetent and have crappy attitudes. This is CLEARLY a case where someone with no business acumen opened a business and just checked out without establishing proper protocols, communication, or training. We tried going three different days and couldn't get in the doors. So after waiting and and hoping to get in, we have to tell our nephews that they can't go. Good luck explaining that to kids who don't understand "Sorry, this place is a mismanaged train wreck." They're just sad and disappointed. No one ever answers the phone and they don't return phone calls. The communication is completely lacking. People are lined up for 45+ minutes outside with no explanation or status updates from employees. The check-in "process" is nonexistent. You have a couple of people trying to check in 50 people while half a dozen other employees stand around, not doing anything. The "manager," who is just as inexperienced as the rest of the staff, just watches instead of jumping in to help. Having a "membership" doesn't count for anything except for a price discount. Which is rendered useless since you can't actually get in to jump. You can't just open your doors and not train your employees or hire experienced managers. You don't just take people's money and time and stop trying to improve your processes. You can't ignore your customers and members. That is NOT how a business is managed. This is irresponsible and pathetic. It's a joke. This place will inevitably shut down. read more

I have to admit we where disappointed with this Altitudes with the one We have been in the past(Sanford) the bounce areas and ninja course were fun..but the Main attraction the skywalk is only open Friday- Sunday from 12-4...this is disappointing due to they charge you and extra $5 to use on top of your time here....so I'm sure that on weekend and times that this place is busy you get to do it 1 or 2 times....before your time runs out...not sure if it's not open due to staffing or other issues...there are other bounce places in the Central Florida area we can go to bounce,but when your main attraction is always closed it's not worth the money and the drive here...Good luck.. read more

The location is nice and they keep it clean. However, there was an incident where the man in green knocked over a little kid, laughed, and walked away not ensuring of the kid's wellbeing. The man was approached to ask him to be careful so it doesn't happen again. Instead of apologizing the two standing started shouting and insulting the man trying to make them aware to be careful. Management was called and they apologized to the couple with the little kid but Management didn't even go back talk to them after the couple with the little kid told them the issue. Im my opinión management should have done more to keep all personnel safe. This is a family place and mainly for children. So all this F and B words should be kept for a different setting. The staff was rude and nit picking about how many adults were part of the party even though some parents paid for their own pass and they wanted to charge the mom for those parents again. (Adults have to pay to be there) They cut the kids bands off before the time was up and didn't even have the water or drinks available for kids until the end. Terrible service especially considering how much they charge for parties. They were not helpful or kind at all. The facility is great for kids like my son and also the place is very entertaining. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because their customer service is not good at all! The lines were very long and while that is not the staff fault, in terms of the amount of people there, they were very slow to basically check-in people so we can receive the wristbands. Secondly, it took forever to also get drinks to my kids, as a matter of fact, while I was making the line, one of their staff even skip me to get drinks while I was waiting, I even told him like "dude, you skip me", he replied saying "oh I'm sorry" and still proceeded to buy himself a drink. The only reason I come back is because my son loves the place, but if it was up to me or if there was a similar place with better employees I would never come back or I would go to a place that treats their guest better. read more

I have done my son's birthday party 3 times in Altitude at the Kissimmee Location, of the 3 I have to say this was the worst and last. The quality of the party's have gone from good to just ok at best. First the host wasn't really attentive, seemed shy and not very helpful. They made me give her a tip, when I didn't feel I should give one, for the lack of presence. First they called to ask me about the balloon colors but when I got there they said that now the tables do not include them, so why call me? If I had known I would have taken my own, but sadly I expected the balloons like previous years and was let down. Second, the package now only includes 1 pizza and no soda, so I added a soda. The host didn't bring it out until after everyone had pizza and was done eating, then I had to ask her twice to remove it, and even then when I went to get charged they tried to charge me for it. Also the pizza was burnt, aside from coming out late, I had to find her to put the pizza order in even though when arriving I told her that at a certain time I would like the pizza when I sang happy birthday. Third which was my biggest let down, I was charged for 2 extra jumpers at $31 each. I had only made a 8 jumper package, and the host didn't consult me about adding extras. I'm the one paying, so it should be addressed to me whether I wanted to pay for extra ones or not. So if she wanted to keep adding people without my consent I was just supposed to pay for them? This should be something the host talks to the main person about, it wasn't in my budget and I had to pay extra for her just adding them without talking to me first. If she had I would have told them to pay their own or not jump. The lack of consideration is appalling. Last when I went to pay and gave a bad review, I felt almost harassed with the lady asking me why I didn't like the host. I just had a bad experience, I told her I had previously had better ones and it was just ok. She kept asking like she didn't believe me which upset me more, then she said it was to teach them, but I felt she didn't really care about my concerns. Also it was hard to try to clean up, pay and rush out while also trying to remember all of this. Not sure if this will help anyone thinking of doing a bday but I don't suggest it, sadly the experience is too expensive for what it is. The lack of service, rushed in 2 hours and poorly handled customer service isn't worth close to $400. BEWARE that you will end up paying at least a 10% tip even if the service wasn't even ok. read more

Great addition to the Kissimmee Loop Area! Located right behind Bonefish Grill... We selected the Levitate package for our sons 8th Birthday. We had a few kids his age and some teens. Package includes 2 Papa John's pizza pies and water for all jumpers. We added an additional pie at $11 and it was definitely a good idea. Everyone was able to eat more than 1 slice and adults ate too. Special gift is a drawstring bag with a T-shirt, small foam ball and a coupon for a free 1/2 hour with the min purchase of an hour. Kids had a blast! There was plenty to do. Our party host was very nice and attentive. I felt that it would have been more helpful if they came to get the kids for food time as opposed to me looking for the host. Also it would have saved a little time if the food was already at the table once the kids got back to the table. It's already tough getting them to stop their fun to get them to eat and then they get to the table and they have to wait...if you're a parent you know what I mean. As I mentioned before, there is a lot to do so make sure you tell your guests to arrive about 15 min before to get the bands and socks. I do have to say that they were very attentive to cleaning and spraying areas every 15-20 min. Masks were worn by staff and guests. Just a note, deposit is 50% of total package. I thought I would mention this because most trampoline parks charge $75 for deposit. Also those that are not jumping will be given a band so they know you are a spectator. Shoes will not be allowed in spectator areas so plan on wearing socks so you are not barefoot. Overall, great place and convenient location! read more

This is such a fun place to take your kids and we always have fun! Kids ranging from 3-15 and no one leaves disappointed . Only issue I have here is the bathrooms always so dirty and messy! Like if a herd of Buffalo all used the bathroom. We've gone several times and not once have they been clean. Let's say it's a busy Friday night only or a Saturday mid day, but nope ALWAYA Once they had to close them ause of piping issues. How can you have this many issues abs not find a resolution? If they would routinely clean the bathrooms I'd say 5 stars but can't. With little kids needing to use them I'd say it's kinda important. If the toilets aren't over flowing then it's trash all on the floor and the bathroom smells.
