I watched an older child physically assault a small kid, the worker there laughed and when the parent confronted both of the, the guy said the big bully kid just did not know any better. Even though he aimed and hit the little child in the face. I told the parent she should file a complaint and I was her witness. The workers did nothing and there was no accountability for the big bully. Staff did nothing the Evan person responsible hid behind the snack counter area back room and I took my own kids and left as that boy was being unruly and NOT a soul did a thing. There are children who are unruly and clearly poorly behaved with no parental or guardian or adult guidance what so ever. My 3 year old watched an episode of Blippi where he went to a trampoline park and then it was all he talked about for weeks. So, we found Sky Zone. It isn't the easiest to find. It is on Hwy 27 in Clermont, but it is behind a church, so a little difficult to find. The first thing you have to do is fill out a waiver. Then you can purchase jumping time. I was very thankful that my 3 year old qualified for the $12 rate, but once you hit 5 years old it's pretty expensive, about $20 for an hour. Socks are required, but my son lost his in the foam pit real fast, so we ended up having to buy $3 Sky Zone socks. I love that they have designated jumping zones for different ages. My son was obsessed with the foam pit. There was also an indoor playground climbing area that he really enjoyed. What I didn't love was how crowded it was. It was a Saturday, and a cold, rainy one, so I guess it is to be expected, but my kid ended up bumping into other kids several times, not on purpose, but because he is 3 and doesn't know how to control where he lands which led to tears from both him and the kids he would bump into. The other thing I didn't love was the set up. I feel like it could be organized a little better, like all the under 5 on one side and the above 5 on the other. My 3 year old was running all over the place. There was stuff he could do almost everywhere and it was hard to find a place where I could park myself and still be able to see him. The foam pit he loved had a line to jump from a high rise. He was too little for that, but he liked the foam pit and ladder so I'm standing in a corner trying to watch him and people think I am in line. This brings me to my final point which is that there wasn't a good place for me to be. I wasn't jumping, but my child is only 3 so I wanted to be able to see him. This meant I stood just off the trampolines where I always seemed to be in people's way, or I sat by the climbing area, but I couldn't see any of the trampolines from there, only the climbing space. Where do I go where I can keep a visual on my child, but not be in the way? Overall, my son loved it and would happily come back. I will definitely be checking out some of the other trampoline parks to see how they are set up . read more

I give this place a 3.5-3.8. It definitely looos fun and for kids a blast. Lots to do and a good way to burn up that Kent up energy. It does smell quite bad from the sweat so not sure if a better air replacement system might help. No sign for masks to be worn which is somewhat of a surprise. What an awful experience. Wanted to go to Glow night. Bought the tix and signed the waivers in advance. Showed up early at 7:45 for 8pm start. It's 8:35 and I'm still standing in line waiting to check in. There are 2 ppl working the register. 2 working the snack counter and 1 is walking behind the counter like a deer in headlights that occasionally fills a soft drink. If you're one of those wimpy parents who thinks everything is "too dangerous" ... this is the place for you. If your kid isn't a pansy, they're gonna get bored after about 30 mins. This place is good for wimps and little kids but, most boys who are over the age of 12, are going to just think it's OK. This place needs larger / higher-end trampolines. We love Sky Zone and spend a ton of time here with our kids. I love the cleaning protocols that they have in place and that they take the safety of all their guests seriously. A previous post complained that an employee asked them to stop running and then sat them out. In my experience, the only time they ask someone to sit out is if they have asked them multiple times to stop doing something that is unsafe. Rant. Sky zone Clermont. I never thought I'd have to write anything bad about sky zone however I just encountered the strangest lack of customer service I've ever seen. I showed up for a close friend's birthday party for her son. She paid online for what she thought was the birthday package for 15 kids to jump for 120 minutes plus the room and pizza etc.. ($450). She checks in with her QR code to then be told they changed their system she didn't actually book the birthday package but only for 15 kids to jump. Her receipt states 15 kids for 120min so she assumed it was the package which contained the same 15 kids for 120 mins. But since she herself booked online on their changed system they weren't honoring anything. We all were arriving - 15 kids plus parents so we pretty much took the whole lobby. The staff was persistent in telling her she made the mistake so it was on her and her fault. My friend was willing to pay the extra money to order the pizza and drinks and whatever room they could put us in since we were all already there. Staff then brings in the supervisor, who looks to be 12 years old, is actually a 16 year old kid who told us she wouldn't be giving us a room but would block off the table upstairs. Beautiful, that's great but She said it's "usually" empty and we shouldn't have a problem and tried to send us on our way. However it's been raining all day and the place was in fact very busy so I asked her if she checked upstairs before she offered it to us. She said she did not check upstairs, so I was concerned that there were people already using the table. She insisted that the table is barely used, I asked her to take us to the area. (Why would you offer something you didn't know was available and then send all of us up there without checking the area after you said you'd block it off but send us to fend for ourselves) The table was in fact being used with trash and shoes and clothing all over it. Whoops, sorry no table...so now what? So now we've been promised to have a table that was in use because the inexperienced kid "supervisor" didn't follow through. I told this kid I needed the manager, she told me she didn't need to get the manager because the manager is going to tell me the same thing as rude as possible, that we booked it wrong therefore now there's nothing they can do. Then don't offer me something you couldn't fulfill first of all second, I want to speak to an adult. The manager came up we showed him the receipt with the same exact information paid for as the birthday package but not being honored. We were willing to pay the difference for food and drinks but we just needed an area. Told him his supervisor told us she'd block off this table but didn't even check if it was available, came up to a fully occupied table and was left with nothing. No apologies were made by this manager and then proceeded to tell us they weren't going to give us an area until WE apologized to the kid who was crying in the back because she was offended that we were mad - 1. Wasn't available, didn't check if it was available 2. Was told they would it blocked off 3. Was apparently made to fend for ourselves to block off the area because she just stood there after seeing the area occupied. I'm not understanding why a company would have a kid as a supervisor who has no experience nor can take the heat of complaints. That's what a supervisor is there for. My friend has booked 3 parties in the last few years at sky zone but after this none of us will ever return. We got our refund and went somewhere else. read more

On the second day of my 5 year old attending, he walked out with 3 employees on duty plus a few additional snack bar attendants and was roaming us 27 by himself!!! We're so fortunate that a nice woman and her teenage daughter spotted him and he somehow knew his way home. We were shocked to see him delivered to us. When we went back to explain what happened, the owner got involved and apologized, gave us a refund and said' "maybe we should put a desk with an employee by the door?" After watching the tape. Sky Zone saved the day! I was celebrating my son birthday and meeting up with some friends and family at a different trampoline park in Orlando. We had made reservations ahead of time only to show up and be denied asses. We called over to sky zone in a panic and spoke with Cory about the situation and why we were denied at the other place. We have been to many Sky Zone parks before in different parts of the country so we consider ourselves a decent critic of this franchise. This Clermont location has nice friendly staff so that is good to start. The place is clean which is a plus too but most of all this is the smallest one I have ever been too. They only have one dodgeball court, one jump area and a small jump area for little kids. They do not have any basketball hoops or a ball pit for the kids so the kids get burnt out fast here. We have not been to a bday party here so I'm not sure how this place gets when it's crowded but I would t want to experience that. There is a larger Sky zone in Orlando so we would probably go there if we went again. The Air Heads location in Orlando in not great but comparable to here. If you can get a Groupon here than it's worth it. read more

I was recommended this location over the Tampa location, and to be honest it was worth the drive. Staff is amazing, they play with the kids while also making sure they're safe all the time. They are strict about the rules but I was told by one of the team members that it was for their safety, they didn't want the kids to get hurt and not have fun. Last week some of my friends and I ventured over to Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park for some "Skyrobics" - in other words, trampoline aerobics. Sadly, classes were canceled for the holidays, but a manager named Jeff went above and beyond by giving the four of us an hour of free jump time on a private court - 16 connected trampolines, surrounded by trampoline walls - WOW. He also took the time to show us some of the moves that are frequently used in the Skyrobics class so that we could practice for the future. We were giggling like little kids the entire time and got a great cardio workout while having fun. I can't wait to return for an actual class. Prices are reasonable ($10/class - $5 for first timers) and the staff is friendly. The facility is large, clean and organized. There's a separate section for small children to jump to ensure they don't get trampled by the big kids. There's also a dodgeball court and a large "main court." There's plenty of couches and seating for parents, as well as Wi-Fi. I've been to other trampoline facilities and was not nearly as impressed as I was with Sky Zone. Check this place out! My son loves Sky Zone. We used to frequent the Orlando establishment all the time, and I loved being able to be on the same court with my kid, running around and playing dodgeball. We loved the fact that we could jump TOGETHER. Play dodgeball TOGETHER. They had foam pits and everything. It was clean, organized, and friendly. Unfortunately, SkyZone Orlando closed, and we decided to visit various trampoline arenas in the area to replace it. SZ Orlando, Outer Limits, Rebounderz all allowed us to jump together. Since sunday is my only time with my son, this was always a great experience. We drove out to SkyZone Clermont expecting the same experience. I was very, very disappointed. Now, I understood it would be smaller than Orlando, and not offer the same experiences, but I figured the rules would be the same. After driving a half hour there, I found out they were completely different from other Sky Zone arenas- everyone was segregated by age, even in the main jumping area, which was usually where we played. My son is 10, which meant he could only jump on one side of the arena. Since I couldn't jump with him, I couldn't play with him, so why bother paying another $20 for a 90 minute session. I had to sit on the sidelines and watch. On top of that, Dodgeball at SZ Orlando always stated that "headshots don't count". It's a safety issue, and no kid should be outed from Dodgeball because a kid wanted to whip one at his head. It protects the kids from getting overjealous. For a facility that prided themselves on safely seperating every kid and parent due to age, I found it ironic that they want to keep the big kids (and parents) away from little kids, but they didn't care if kids got whipped in the head. On the plus side, the concessions staff was friendly and it was clean, but I would not go back. I want to have fun with my son, not watch from the sidelines. read more

Dropped the kids off for midnight madness lock in. They had fun but a couple things were but as advertised. They said it was unlimited soda and pizza. They each got 1-2 slices and 1 small cup of soda for the entire 10 hours. Also, I did not realize it was part of some sort of church, and that they prayed before the activities and the waiting area was in some sort of sanctuary, I just thought that was odd. I helped my sister plan my nephews birthday party here and of course the children had a wonderful time jumping, my sister spent about 500.00 for a private party room which isn't cheap considering that our party host was almost impossible to locate all night. she was a very sweet young lady, just couldn't find her when we needed her. the party room HAD NO AC it was so hot In The room that our decorations were literally falling off the walls and the icing from our cake started melting, our guest where using plates as fans to keep cool, and when I asked if they had at least a fan to provide, the party host said unfortunately no they did not. she was very aware the room had NO AC because apparently none of the party rooms do and she did not know why that was. I honestly feel that should have been mentioned at the time we booked. It was very uncomfortable, and a major inconvenience. I could not believe the lack of safety in the facility, my nephew turned 8 so we had a group of younger children, their was a lot of teenagers running, pushing, shoving, play fighting, and cursing inside and outside the facility their was spilled drinks on the floor and a few of our guest socks were all wet we requested clean socks and the host never brought them. Upon our arrival they was no precautionary measures in place to help prevent the spread of Covid . No temps taken upon entry and literally no one had on mask the sanitizer stations were empty and the facility was jam packed ! It literally was a disappointing experience when considering safety and comfort. read more
