My 3 year old watched an episode of Blippi where he went to a trampoline park and then it was all he talked about for weeks. So, we found Sky Zone. It isn't the easiest to find. It is on Hwy 27 in Clermont, but it is behind a church, so a little difficult to find. The first thing you have to do is fill out a waiver. Then you can purchase jumping time. I was very thankful that my 3 year old qualified for the $12 rate, but once you hit 5 years old it's pretty expensive, about $20 for an hour. Socks are required, but my son lost his in the foam pit real fast, so we ended up having to buy $3 Sky Zone socks. I love that they have designated jumping zones for different ages. My son was obsessed with the foam pit. There was also an indoor playground climbing area that he really enjoyed. What I didn't love was how crowded it was. It was a Saturday, and a cold, rainy one, so I guess it is to be expected, but my kid ended up bumping into other kids several times, not on purpose, but because he is 3 and doesn't know how to control where he lands which led to tears from both him and the kids he would bump into. The other thing I didn't love was the set up. I feel like it could be organized a little better, like all the under 5 on one side and the above 5 on the other. My 3 year old was running all over the place. There was stuff he could do almost everywhere and it was hard to find a place where I could park myself and still be able to see him. The foam pit he loved had a line to jump from a high rise. He was too little for that, but he liked the foam pit and ladder so I'm standing in a corner trying to watch him and people think I am in line. This brings me to my final point which is that there wasn't a good place for me to be. I wasn't jumping, but my child is only 3 so I wanted to be able to see him. This meant I stood just off the trampolines where I always seemed to be in people's way, or I sat by the climbing area, but I couldn't see any of the trampolines from there, only the climbing space. Where do I go where I can keep a visual on my child, but not be in the way? Overall, my son loved it and would happily come back. I will definitely be checking out some of the other trampoline parks to see how they are set up .

What an awful experience. Wanted to go to Glow night. Bought the tix and signed the waivers in advance. Showed up early at 7:45 for 8pm start. It's 8:35 and I'm still standing in line waiting to check in. There are 2 ppl working the register. 2 working the snack counter and 1 is walking behind the counter like a deer in headlights that occasionally fills a soft drink. Now there's a mgr behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Terrible experience terrible staffing and planning. Would not recommend this to anyone.

4 year old is having a blast. First time here. When I told her we were going to the sky zone she became skeptical and said, we don't know how to fly! Ha ha ha They make you buy sky zone socks. $2.00 or $3.00 a pair. Paid $18.00 For the hour. I was told $7.00. I have to figure out what the extra expense was other then the socks. They do not allow outside food or drink. Great place for parties as well. I asked what the added expense was and they said a fee. Made no sense to me.

Just got an annual pass and it's a great trampoline park. We go there basically every week and it has a lot to offer.

My 4 year olds had a great time, but at times they were overwhelmed by the older kids running, jumping, and playing more aggressively. Overall, it's a fun place to keep kids entertained for a few hours, especially on hot or rainy days. If you have younger toddlers, just be prepared to supervise them a little more in the busier play areas.

Once inside, it's big, spacious, and packed with activities to keep kids busy and entertained. There's also plenty of seating for adults, good food specials, and even light adult beverages. The kids had a great time, and it felt age-appropriate for my nine-year-old as well as younger kids. My only gripe was that it was very warm inside, and the airflow didn't seem to be working well. I understand Florida heat, but some extra fans or better cooling would make a big difference. Overall, it's a fun spot for indoor play with kids, and we'd go back again.

I am extremely disappointed with Urban Air and will never be returning…read more I signed my daughter up for Urban Air's $99 summer pass for three months. Based on the way the promotion was presented, I understood this to be a one-time $99 purchase for the three-month summer pass. Instead, after the three months, Urban Air began charging my credit card $26 per month for a membership I never knowingly agreed to continue. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I went into the app to remove my credit card, there was no option to do so. I called customer service expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told that somewhere in the fine print, purchasing the summer pass authorizes Urban Air to continue charging the customer monthly for a membership. If that is truly the business model, it should be made absolutely clear and unmistakable at the time of purchase, rather than relying on customers to discover recurring charges later. The customer service experience was just as disappointing. The representative was rude, refused to refund the charge, and but did cancell my membership--but would not assist me in removing my credit card information from the app. I was told that I now have to email customer service and wait for someone to contact me just to address my payment information. That is an unacceptable customer experience. A company should not make it difficult for customers to stop recurring charges or remove their payment information, and customers should not have to jump through hoops to resolve a charge they did not understand they were authorizing. Whether this is buried in the fine print or not, the way this was handled feels incredibly misleading and leaves a very bad impression of Urban Air's business practices. It feels less like a customer-friendly membership program and more like a system designed to continue collecting money from people who don't realize they've been enrolled in recurring billing. Urban Air has lost my business permanently. I will also be warning other parents to read every bit of the fine print and carefully monitor their credit card statements before signing up for any Urban Air promotion. Very disappointing. I expected better.
