Been here a couple times for birthday parties. They do a good job even though their party rooms a kinda tiny and dungeon-like. All good though, the kids have a ton of fun on all the balance devices, jumping things, and slides and all the other stuff. Plenty of seating for parents all around, and they even have a lot of TVs. Be prepared to burn some calories! Lots of different obstacles to explore and things to do. My nephew loved the dodgeball bounce court and spent the majority of our visit there. Lots of fun for active adults as well, my husband and I enjoyed battling it out on one of the obstacles (picture attached). There was a lot of older kids jumping but it looked like they were in one area and the younger kids were in another area. The kids loved it and had fun. The young African American girl at the high jump is a jerk and is mean to the kids. Made my son cry. Some of the employees are nice but most very antisocial and seem annoyed with everyone. The bathrooms are disgusting. We enjoyed coming here for a little bit I think it's time to find some where else. We are over the staff attitudes towards the customers. read more

It is very unfortunate that I feel the need to leave a negative review in regards to this facility. Today, November 3, 2025, a crucial attraction is being closed; the Trampoline Wall. If this was not bad enough, the location here is Orlando is so poorly staffed that there is only one team member working the floor. This means that certain sections have to be closed off to families because this one team member cannot be everywhere. With the closing of the Tramp Wall, I will be canceling my membership today. read more

What can improve is when your employees are promoting and selling these memberships that they're disclosing to customers that on the weekends they only can be there for two hours and then on top of it members can't get a discount when they take their kids there on the weekend and I have to pay $85 for two children for the day. I have the monthly subscription. I bring my daughter often, and, well.... This is a great outlet for that stored up energy kids need to get rid of. From a kid's perspective, this place is awesome. Kids will be kept entertained for hours. They can definitely work up a sweat. Weekends tends to be filled to capacity. During the day, it's hosting many birthday parties. As the afternoon and evening approach, the crowd gets older and you'll have more teenagers jumping around. The staff is young. High school age and/or college age. Not the best at providing customer service. At times, Defy will seem understaffed at busy times, meaning kids are running wild with little supervision and structure. They have reduced the seating areas. For parents who choose to watch from the sidelines, the reduction of the seating areas is unacceptable and poorly thought out. The MUSIC! I firmly believe that the choice of music that is played in Defy is determined by whether or not the manager is on duty. I've frequented this place enough to make that call. On Saturdays, when birthday parties are being hosted, the music played is parent appropriate; meaning no cuss words and explicit language. The music will pop & top 40, old school rock and roll, 80's & 90's sounds. But, I've been here on week days in the evening, and, the music is straight hip hop & rap - the uncut & fully explicit version! My daughter is happy, she enjoys Defy. It has become a reward for good behavior and stellar academic performance. Defy could definitely improve, but worth the $20 monthly subscription if you visit often. read more

This place is great! More than just the usually jumping and pits. They actually have an obstacle course. They have lots of different options to appease kids out every age group. Adult kids included. They have free lockers to keep your belongings safe while you jump. Just find an empty one and set your special code. We were able to get a Groupon deal for 7 jumpers which was perfect for my son's birthday. They do host birthday parties in the back, but we opted against that. They don't have concessions here at all but they do have a few limited vending machines in back. Wal-Mart grocery store id's next door for a cheaper route if you like saving money however possible like me. The place has a balance beam, basket ball, trampoline feats, dodge ball and a whole lot more. They have a seating area belowthe action, but if u want to be close to the action as a spectator only, you only need to fill out a waiver to do so. This is especially great for keeping an eye on your kids without embarrassing yourself (and them). Go. If you haven't been. You should go. They offer monthly memberships too for $20 - $25. I've been to this place twice before this visit and had an amazing time this time they had completely new staff and they were absolutely disgusting. They harassed me and my three kids the entire time, we know all the rules and regulations and follow them accordingly and were still harassed, spoke to the manager, and was greeted by another disrespectful person who didn't even allow me to speak, as he was just repeating "they are doing their job" before I can even say anything. Monday night outing after work with the family! We bought tickets for the 7pm slot and signed all the waivers on line prior to coming, but we still had to wait in the line to get banded and to obtain the Defy gripped socks. I don't believe you can bring your own socks. It's a one time purchase of 3.00 and they have an assortment of designs. Just wash and rewear for next time. There are free lockers to store your valuables while you "take flight". As soon as 7pm hits my kids we're off. So much to do. Warp walls, zip lines, dodge ball, American Ninja warrior type obstacles and just plan trampolines galore....there is something for everyone. We had a blast and what a great workout. There are sofa, chairs and square foam block all around it you need to rest. You are allowed to bring your phones out so you can take pictures and vids! Really Nice Place! Trampolines, Swings, Ropes and even Silks. So many things to do... Your kids WILL come out tired! If not send them to the wall for Rock Climbing, free falling, dodge ball or basketball. Music was loud enough to be heard and enjoyed but not so loud that communication was impossible. We celebrated my twins 8th birthday at Sky zone. The check in was great! Both young men at the counter were friendly and kind. They spoke very nicely to all of the kids and if you can imagine having a 26 jumper party, its a lot of eight year olds. We didn't know what to expect especially after some of the reviews about workers being rude. I did not run into one rude person. There were a few mix ups but with the help of Laura we got everything figured out. The only thing I wish was that you pay at the beginning and everywhere else I have had parties it was always at the end and then you could tip the party host. However I didn't have any cash on me and honestly was exhausted so I didn't even think about it until I got home that night. I felt bad about that. Overall I would totally do another party there and am sure I probably will in the next few years. It seemed clean to me and everyone that we invited had a great time. Also for 27 dollars you can get 90 min of jump time. I will definitely be scheduling some family days there during this coming year. All of my kids had a great time and they range in age from 8, 13, 16, and 18! Definitely an affordable family fun day! read more

None of the vending machines had water, the last drink vending machine had nothing but caffeinated drinks. With 2 sweating thirsty kids, I was settling for a soda. Welp, the soda got stuck in the machine. Assuming I was speaking to a manager, he in great detail told me my drink got stuck and they couldn't refund me unless I had paid cash and to call the number on the vending machine. So when I said I was out of luck, he said "I just told you, you can call...." and was rude as if I was some pain in the butt who actually cared about $2.00. What would have been nice was for him to offer a 50¢ water bottle, I'm sure they have some on hand (if not, that's also poor planning with 2 empty vending machines). Anyway, I won't give them money again. For $48, I'll go to SkyZone near me or drive further for more professionalism. Oh and there is one electrical outlet for anyone trying to occupy their time working while the kids play. We took the kids to Defy on a Saturday afternoon and arrived around 1 pm. We came with a Groupon and got a great deal for 90 minutes of play. The kids had a great time. We had 6 kids from age 4 to 13 and all of them enjoyed the arena. Defy is similar to a trampoline jump zone but they also add elements from the tv show "Wipeout" and "American Ninja Warrior". The kids really loved those elements. They had an obstacle course, a zip line, and basketball hoops. The trapeze was popular with the girls in my party while the boys liked the spinning bars reminiscent of wipeout. There were elements for the little ones too such as foam pits and smaller trampolines. The whole family enjoyed the time there, I think I'll be joining the fun next time. read more

I grew up doing gymnastics, so being able to bounce around, flip into foam pits, and climb obstacles was right up my alley. It was also super nostalgic and brought out the inner child in me and all my friends. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us the run down of what we should do and how much time we should purchase. We did 1.5 hours and it was plenty of time to try out everything. It took us awhile to get here because of traffic on the turnpike - but parking wasn't a big headache. They share a parking lot with other businesses. Holy cow, all of central Florida was inside DEFY today. It was jam packed full of people. When you first walk in you have to sign a waiver and then jump into the Flyers lane where you pay and purchase socks. I signed the waivers and my boys got in line to save time. Get to the register, told the guy I had 2 groupons - that I literally purchased not even a hour prior and only had to pay for socks. Flyers have 7 pairs of socks to choose from. You have the option to get a locker for your belongings or trust the strangers. I wasn't jumping so I held onto my boys shoes/socks. There are a variety of jump zones from small to big. Can we talk about the ample supply of seating for parents?? Thank you!! We had 2 Groupons for 90 minutes of jumping and they really got about 2 hours worth - they don't really monitor your wristband colors; they go by the honor system of leaving when they call your wristband color time is up. Today, the boys got extra time and then we left when someone decided it would be funny to pull the fire alarms?? Really, who does that? They have obstacle course, zip line, high dive/jump, basketball, american ninja, dodge ball, regular jumping, circus type thing and many more. They aren't very clear about the amount of time you get the room for - there three hours get the room for 1 hour for set up, food and cake. don't waste your money on this package it is not worth it. The service at the check in area was fine when we first got there but once a second "hostess" got there the service was terrible, extremely rude. i expect there to be somewhat of an odor considering we got there around opening and there was a strong odor tells me they do not clean well.
