I was worried about being disappointed after seeing some of the other negative reviews but I ended up being very pleasantly surprised! I'm 22 and came here with my 2-year-old, my 23-year-old best friend and her 6-year-old nephew on a Friday from 7pm-9pm. It was $28 for a jump pass for the 6-year-old, but my 2-year-old was free. Socks are only $4 a pair, so I spent ~$8 on socks for my toddler and I. I asked one of the employees if I was able to accompany my toddler and she said yes, of course. This place was so cool! There are three large play place/jungle gym type buildings with slides, bridges, little swings, etc inside that are so much fun to explore. And lots of trampolines, including a "7 and under" area for little ones. I was really glad that it wasn't too crowded when we went. I am a germ freak and was glad that the bathrooms were clean and garbages were maintained unlike some other reviews had mentioned. I am curious about their cleaning/sanitizing details/schedule for all the surfaces of the park, arcade, and everything BUT nothing seemed dirty to me. The employees were friendly and helpful! I do agree with some other reviews that their employees seem to be predominantly young teenagers, and interested in chatting with each other but I did not find this to be an issue at all. I think parents definitely need to keep an eye on their own kids--I could see how bullying could occur with larger kids and little kids, but in my opinion it is the parent's responsibility to watch their own kids and make sure they are not bullying or being bullied. If you have little kids running around the park you should keep an eye on them for safety anyways, since trampolining is technically an extreme sport. I liked that the employees were attentive and doing their patrols and yet didn't come across as 'hovering'. As a young mom who likes to join in on the trampoline and play areas with my child, I can sometimes get self-conscious and feel like I'm being judged for seeming too childish but I didn't feel that way at all here. The arcade area is also cool, we got two $10 cards and they didn't last very long lol. Was nice that everything accepted Apple Pay. Overall, I think this place is wonderful and I am even considering getting a monthly subscription! read more

Fun for the kids but watch out for the membership. If you cancel, stand there until it actually takes effect. They'll tell you it'll be taken care of and it's policy that they have nothing to provide you with in writing at the moment....then they'll keep charging you on the monthly and it's all on you like the conversation never happened. So. Much. Fun. Their assistant manager (Peyton) will attempt to give you the run around as well about not knowing when the last time a membership was used (fyi, they sure do keep track of that). We paid for the all day pass-- which was supposed to include the "sky experience" and some other features that weren't even open. When we asked if the sky course would open, the girl at the counter said: "it might... it depends if the employee scheduled to come in at 1:00 comes... he usually doesn't...." The kids really enjoyed the trampolines but i feel like I paid for more than they got. Overall, it was a fun time for the girls... but the place doesn't smell great (lots of sweat in there) and there's not a whole lot to do if you're a parent who's not jumping. read more

Had a couple small kids and a couple middle age so perfect for my two boys! Most poorly ran trampoline park I've ever been to. When I walked in they said u have to pay and extra fee of 10 dollars for no reason. They purposely over charged a slushie by 4 times. Pretty good trampoline park! They have some features that Sky Zone and Flying Squirrel don't. Like a slide that you go down sitting in a tube. A rotating pillar that has arms that force you to jump over(see pictures or videos) and some other things that trampoline parks usually have like a basketball hoop and dodge ball. They have a small inflatable zone near the catapult slide. But it doesn't really go anywhere. Don't get me wrong though! I still gave this place 4 stars because it is a fun park! My son and I had a great time. I took off a star because they don't really have a lot going on for younger kids. And the facility is on the small side. But I enjoyed my visit, I just go to flying squirrel more often because they got an inflatable zone and play gym for my 3 year old. read more

We go to a lot of indoor trampoline parks in the area, and this was by far the worst. We understand that you assume risk by going in, and it's up to you to make sure your kid is safe. But there were *zero* employees enforcing rules and making sure things are relatively safe. At one point a group of huge teenage boys took over the area for little kids (clearly marked 7 and under.) They were launching themselves from the trampoline over the wall into a bouncing pit, which could have been a disaster in so many ways. About 20 minutes before we left a loud beeping alarm started to go off from one corner and was still going when we left. There was a security guard who never moved or looked up from the movie he appeared to be watching on his phone for the hour + we were there. read more

Wanted to enjoy this place! When attending a small party I noticed it was extremely dirty. The bathrooms need a lot of work. It is evident that this place is run by a group of younger persons. If my children weren't invited to parties here, I wouldn't come. DO NOT BOOK FOR A PARTY! We enjoy the trampoline park occasionally on a rainy day. We decided to book for our sons birthday party and it said we'd get 2 pizzas, 2 hours of Jump time and water. The pizzas were really awful. If it had been $150-$200 I wouldn't be complaining. but we spent over $400 on just booking the party. We expected a lot more for the price and were extremely disappointed! The party tables are way too close together and totally overbooked. It was a horrific experience and we will not be doing it again. I hope they make it better so that's the reason I am writing a review.They should either make it cheaper for that horrible experience. It is run by high school kids and 2 14 year old boys where using fowl language on my wife this evening , the staff kicked the kids out but they are friends with one of the staff ( Conner ) they came back in many times pointing at my wife and High Fiving Conner . That is when my Wife got nervous about her own safety and called me at home to take her place watching our 6 and 8 year olds . My wife had issues before - when our son cut his finger and the staff at the time just ignored her . The General Manager ( Chloe ) has been in her job for three months and it shows that the owners have spent no time or money training her . The kids were leaning up against the windows outside - as if the intimidate me and she refused to turn around to see them and kept insisting that they had left . It is the sixth GM I have seen here . It is sad we cancelled our 5 year plus membership today . Looks like Everett tramp park here we come . read more

Booked a party in advance and somehow it got double booked. So we didn't get the room that was promised to us. I guess more frustrating for parents than kids. Kid didn't care as long as they can go jump. Not the biggest trampoline park we have ever been to. It is kind of small but long as they control amount of kids or parents play then everything is OK. I feel the place could be a little more cleaner and be more organized on reserving parties. Good place for kids to come have fun if you are in the local area. read more

This placed has improved a lot since the last time we were here (July 2024). They've added games and prizes!

The staff is young and willing to learn. They have gone above and beyond for our family, especially this summer. They are working to upgrade the facility to have an arcade, and they are going to bring back massage chairs for parents! It is so worth getting the $25/mo membership (per child) to come unlimited times. They have affordable snacks, and yummy drinks. They have a security guard there and that means they take their safety seriously. I love that there is only one way in/out, putting parents' minds at ease. The trampoline also allows for parents to easily keep a close eye on their kiddos from the outskirts! If you work remotely it's great to be able to come and work while your kids get some energy out. Cannot say enough about the staff and this location! read more

We came for a birthday it was very busy and lots of kids everywhere. There was a big incident that happened and Baily was amazing she handled everything very professional and her customer service was great. I would come back just because she was amazing. Out of the 80ish people in here, there were less than 10 wearing masks. They don't enforce the current mask mandate, despite there being a small sign that says they require masks. A fight broke out that resulted in the cops showing up. One of the cops mentioned to me that they're there often for this kind of nonsense. Employees do not do a very good job ensuring the safety of the kids. To be fair, all of the employees are just kids themselves. It's teens and maybe early 20's running the place. There needs to be some accountability and responsibility in this place. It's absolutely impossible to disinfect this place and keep it clean. This is a fun facility with lots of jumping opportunities and various extras, such as basketball and dodgeball areas. While staff at the front desk check in were friendly, the two men monitoring (but doing absolutely no intervention, even when specific areas were overcrowded) were clearly disinterested in their jobs. No smiles whatsoever and just ambled around avoiding eye contact. There was zero social distance monitoring anywhere, but in small jumping areas, it seems especially worrisome. And while there was a bucket with cleaning supplies sitting out, in the two and a half hours I was there today I never saw anything wiped down or cleaned. HOWEVER---- We have come to grips with parents and kids having to enforce safety measures themselves and the reality that this type of activity involves physical risks. Would still GO. However- the capacity during Covid is back up to significant levels. Masking is not enforced and there were always 20-25 people at minimum not wearing masks the entire time we went. These weren't medical exemptions as they all wore masks entering the building. It is frustrating for people who rely on the businesses posted requirements to make their decision to take their children only to be told by management that they won't enforce it. Have plenty of photos but wont.post publicly as these all include kids 6-17ish and its not fair to them. read more

My 3 years old son went there first time yesterday and he loved the place until horrible thing happened. He went to big kids area and there was no one from the staff to stop him and i was on my way to take him out there in mater of second 10 years old kid just jumped on him. Did even thought that he could hurt little kid. So we end up in hospital and my son has broken bone now he has to wear cast for 6 week or more because of the stupid kid. The eating area had food and trash on the floor, the carpet on the stairs never seem to be vacuumed and the trampolines had hair and dust in the corners. Which literally has 1,000's of coupons and I have never had an issue with one out of the 5 years I've bought the book. The cashier told me that they've had MANY people come in with that coupon and they could not honor it because it was NOT their company that authorized the coupon. ??? Avoid this place! Went in on 3rd for Toddler time and they refused to honor the $7/hour rate. Instead made me pay $28 for two kids for one hour. I showed her the dates posted online and she said that it was a mistake and she would not honor it. We went there for a field trip with 137 students and they over-charged us by adding 12 more jumpers! The manager was so rude and unsympathetic to the fact that we had several students with disabilities out there jumping. We wanted to just be out there to supervise them and keep them safe and he charged us for it without telling us until the end when we were getting on our buses. There was a sign that said they were hiring for a general manager, I see why. I will never go again! The customer service was so bad. We came for a birthday party. After waiting in line at the birthday counter check in, we were finally greeted after ten minutes. Our reservation included water, balloons and pizza. We had to ask multiple times before our water was delivered to us after 40 minutes. The balloons came even later. Lol. The trash cans were piled high with garbage, the floors had trash all over.
