We were so high. This is the ultimate place to go for a sneaky workout and to get your kids tired and ready for bed! When you get here be prepared to buy some special trampoline socks and witness the insanity that is 1K kids losing their minds! There are thirty or so trampolines, dodgeball trampoline areas, ballet all hoops, and a American ninja tramp set up. My 4-year-old son loves this place and is able to literally bounce and enjoy almost all sections at the park. Its pretty safe from what I can see, soft rubber padding around the entire trampoline area, thick blue padding on all metal or hard surfaces, and workers constantly walking around the perimeter. If you plan on coming here often, the membership plan is where it's at. A single day pass for a 60-minute jump is $17 and the membership is $15 for the month. It's a no brainer! Teenager was talked into a membership and was told the cost was only a one time price. Cancellation of membership was requested immediately and were initially told it would be cancelled if we emailed a cancellation request. Email sent and cancellation was denied. We were charged 3 months. Each email response took 1-2 weeks. Very disappointed that a company for children's entertainment would be so deceptive. read more

The place was dirty. Trash piled high on the trash cans where they didn't get taken out. Brooms leaning up here and there, mops and mop buckets here and there. The play floor around the trampoline hadn't been vacuumed at all, there was candy and trash on the trampolines and floors. Not very kid friendly like this. At the fire exit there was about 6 vacuum cleaners sitting in the walk way blocking the door. This is the first and last time I will go here. read more

First, they WILL NOT cancel over the phone (like most everyone else in the free world), they require you to come to them and this phrase in the contract basically says they will CONTINUE TO BILL FOR 60 DAYS before cancellation. read more

Brought my four children and two family friends for a jumping session. The price was fair (used military discount) and the kids jumped for two hours. The area is large and provided plenty of space for everyone to move freely without issue. The facility is well taken care of and the staff is very helpful. The kids enjoyed it so much we paid for an additional two hours. We will definitely visit this establishment again. read more

Parents drop kids off and then leave. Employees know this happens and allow it even though it's against policy. When those kids cause problems and harass other kids and it's reported NOTHING happens. Kids are allowed to keep jumping and parents never contacted. I guess they run a daycare. The employees in orange shirts walking around are not looking for safety issues or stopping any bullying. They only look for wristbands to make sure you paid for your kid to bullied. read more

OK, that was fun (for my 5yo) - rock climbing walls with foam pits to fall in, mini Ninja Warrior areas, trampolines as far as the eye could see, elevated battle areas, diving boards, trapeze swings, lawdy. The only thing I'd do to this place is there's still a lot of empty space - maybe gameroom it up, add bouncy castles for the lil ones, or something similar. They've got the space. Worst customer service ever. I was visiting from out of state and stumbled upon a trampoline park to take my child for a little fun. One of the attractions said to "see staff for assistance" but the staff members response was "no." My child was denied because it was time to "vacuum" even though they didn't close for at least another hour. Benito at the Front desk assured me the attraction would be running before closing but that never happened. There was no disclaimer that certain attractions were closed upon arrival, no apology, no compromise, nothing. This place lacks customer service and I will not be returning. read more

Took my daughter there for a Saturday night outing. It was quite busy, but that's to be expected for a Saturday. There were a few birthday parties going on as well. We were there for almost an hour. My daughter was able to jump freely without feeling like we were on top of any of the other kids. This is my daughters favorite jump place to come and we will be back. read more

This was our first time at Altitude and probably our third time at a trampoline park. I would've given them 5 stars had they had designated employees attending to each obstacle course. With there being so many children of all ages there, I felt a little monitoring/guidance would've helped. We attended a kids birthday party there and we really enjoyed the party room. We were allowed outside food and drinks, as well as decorations. There were also tables, benches, and other seats for everyone else through out the establishment. Pricing was also very decent compared to other trampoline parks. They may need more than 3 waiver computers to help elevate some waiting time. Also, they have massage chairs in the front. Last, you can also trade your socks from other trampoline parks for their socks for free. There's food and drinks there as well. read more

This place is the worse place for customer service. They only had 2 workers and the place was packed. My grandkids waited for 15 minutes to be waited on for concessions. I finally went up to concessions and said something to a young black lady working there. She was rude and no caring. She finally waited on us and I ordered 2 nacho and cheese. She told me the cheese was not ready yet and told me to come back in 5 minutes. I came back after 5 minutes and she was rude and told me it had only been 2 minutes. I told her to just give me a refund and she rudely said ... you will have to wait. My question is why is the food not ready when you have been open for 1.5 hours? Plus she was rude as hell. Place was very unsupervised and because of this several several kids got up jumping right at my daughter behind the slide and she tells them to quit and tries to leave area as 1 jumps high beside her causing her to get her foot stuck in ledge of area and breaking it. She is a 8 yr old competitive cheerleader and former competitive dancer and has never had 1 broken bone until today. Booked my son's birthday party there for 2 hours. Arrived, realized quickly the place was a mess. No adults working, only kids that were clueless. After finally being checked in, we were told to go over to a table (which was supposed to be ready) and the "host" would give us a safety briefing and tell us what to do next. The host started cleaning, halfway through he just left, leaving the trash and broom sitting on the table. No safety briefing, nothing. So we just told the kids to go jump, then got stopped because they weren't wearing the special socks. Could have been covered in the safety briefing. So they got us socks. Pizza was supposed to be ready by 5pm. By 6pm the party was over and still no pizza. The employees were so confused, no one took ownership. Found out our host was drug into our party because the assigned host "just left" so I understand he had more things to do than to tend to our table. Although they did credit some off the bill, we were left with hyped up hungry kids. Just as we were walking out the pizza arrived. All our sons friends had already left. This would be a great place to take your kids for burning energy, but be cautious on booking parties. read more

We went on a Saturday around 2-3 and it was pandemonium ! The workers that were supposed to be watching the areas were not attentive and ignored their friends doing reckless things that the video that is playing in the lobby explicitly say don't do ! A girl in a continual backflip knocked over children and the heel of her foot came down on my my sons arm and fractured his elbow . I know things happen and if it was a simple "two kids bumping into each other" i wouldn't have been bothered at all but the girl was not told to stop and continued to be reckless around a group of small children . read more

I have taken my kids and their friends several times. With 13 & 15 yr olds they went somewhere to go where they have a little bit of freedom and space. I am thankful for the staff there as they are very attentive to the crowd and keep an eye on everyone. We have also had a birthday party here. Reserved the party room and received top service. While we were jumping my friend and I had our wallets stolen out of our shoes from the cubbies. We told the staff who checked the cameras said the boys that took our money had already left. Left a note for the manager who never called I had to call him and he was still no help. Also never got back with me when after he said he was going to check the forms and cameras for more details. I'm so glad that this place opened. My 2 year old daughter loves to jump her energy out. I go to their toddler time often but get told a different price every single time we go. During toddler time, it's supposed to be free for her(she's under 3) and $2 for me to jump with her. We bring our previously purchased socks, so there's no charge for those. I think that the staff is not properly trained because I have been told a different price every time I go. Make sure that you inform them if you're child is under 3 and you're there during toddler time. read more

Altitude Trampoline I'm very disappointed in the way we were treated when my daughter got hurt at your establishment. She was playing in the wipe out area when the bar hit her shin so badly it knocked her off her feet. She couldn't walk back to the open area yet the attendant saw what happened and never offered any assistance . She slowly crawled to me in tears. The only person who offered help was the custodian. The managers were not concerned about us and the custodian had to pester him several times before he agreed to take an incident report. I understand this is a risky sport and my daughter's injuries were quite severe but I wasn't looking to get anyone in trouble. I have great insurance and my daughter is getting excellent care. All I wanted was for someone to show compassion to my 9 year old. I felt very let down. This is my daughters favorite place and we are there quite often and have recommend it to many people. But after my experience, we will not be coming back. I had even recommended it as a place my employer should contact for youth activities but I'm withdrawing my recommendation. read more

This was the worst experience, called a few weeks ago to let them know we were coming for a birthday party gave them times and phone number and date. They said perfect. Send out invites with date and time. Show up to the location and they tell me and others that they were having a birthday party as well at this location that I'm sorry you can't come in for another hour someone booked a private party and rented the whole space. So since you didn't book the whole place or their party package which is over $200 for the lowest package they will screw you for more money. So they were not letting anyone in not me and my party, not the other party until the "private event" was over. Not to mention they never said anything about the place being booked out when I called or I would have gladly changed the times. They tell me to come back in a hour, when I come back it was on no you can't come in they still have 30 mins left. Well dont you think you should have said an hour and a half. And oh by the way one of the other workers is the one that let me in. So at this point all of the guest to both birthday parties are standing out in the heat sweating their asses off pissed off, as well as other customers who just wanted to enjoy the day. read more
