My grandson had a birthday party on Saturday 6-20-26. I ordered wings on my ticket but because I was seated at the birthday party the stars and strikes added an automatic charge of over 20% of $35.99 wings. It would have been fine had stars and strikes been transparent and if the hosts had stated the additional cost up front. A $35.99 wings tray cost me $ 46.61. I've to this bowling alley a couple times and it's always fun. Their menu has many tasty items to choose from. I usually get the ceaser chicken wrap. Highly recommend it. The issues I have with it though is it far too much cheese, and the tortilla used doesn't feel right. Feels like it could use a spinach tortilla instead. I also had a caesar salad as a side and it had more cheese than lettuce or dressing. I always receive great service at each outlet (bar, bowling, arcade, etc.) I tried their BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger and I was not impressed at all and the fried pickles were extremely salty so I'm not sure if I caught them on an off day or the food is just a hard pass. The arcade games are fun and the card prices are pretty feasible. They also have discount days (Tuesday/Wednesday) that really allow you to get the most bang for your buck. Was able to get a lane with minimal wait time on a Saturday evening which was made for a great start! They have VIP lanes which are more private and traditional lanes. Plenty of games and dining space, including a bar, to keep the whole family occupied. I was pleased with how clean the facility as and the friendliness of the staff. Food and beverage service at the lane was solid. We had a group of 4 and the lane seating area was kind of tight. For groups of 5 or more I wold suggest getting two lanes. Pricing was very fair so no worries on spending an arm and a leg here. Overall great experience and would definitely come back if I'm in the area again. read more

Absolutely horrible service and experience. Me and my friend went on a Tuesday for their unlimited arcade experience and even paid extra to be able to do bumper cars and laser tag(which were both closed the entire night) , half of the machines were not working because the card reader was not connected to wifi, some of the games did not even have the equipment with it that you needed to play the game, and everything was just messy in general. At times our cards would not even read. When we walked up to the front desk to address this issue, the worker saw us coming and simply just walked away. We waited for 15 minutes with another mom and son who were trying to redeem their points for gift, he finally decided to come back and he did not even apologize or be nice. He also left the point redemption area unattended where we could have walked out with anything and no one would have noticed(or cared). It was very evident on each workers face that they did not want to be there. We spent $40 just to be completely disappointed. I emailed them to ask for my money back and I got an email back basically saying, "thanks for the feedback but no thanks". It is obvious where these workers get their terrible training from. I have been to S&S multiple times on different days. During the week wait times are minimal if at all. If you go on the weekend expect to wait. Everyone else has the same idea as you and wants to go bowling, big deal. The staff has been nothing but nice and super friendly. The servers are also very pleasant. Very clean establishment with pretty great deals if you go on the right day. Food deals seem decent considering you also can get a game card with most. Game Center is fun with about 50 machines. ~25 different games. Your credits can go pretty far. The fall special $20 a person is a great deal. VIP bowling can also be fun but not really worth the price. Haven't played laser tag or bumper cars so no opinion there. Last September my family and I were paying guests at this establishment and I was charged for food that I never received or ate. I asked for a refund and it was never issued. I called today to pursue that refund which in hindsight was ten months later so I was told that I needed the initial receipt. Which after ten months I'm sure a lot of others would lose as well. I explained the bank statement is still available and they could simply watch the cameras since I knew the exact date and also the time and I was refused. The few times I visited it was also dirty. Haven't been back since and don't plan to. If you order food from this establishment make sure you eat it before leaving or hold onto that receipt! read more

Manager on Duty Jennifer is a JOKE!! After spending less than 2 hours in this establishment we spent well over 350 bucks via shots. During one of our rounds of drinks, we realized that we were missing ONE shot, I capitalize "one" because who knew that is what would lead to this review. After simply telling our bartender that we needed to order another round of shots BUT she'd need to send an extra one because we were missing one. The bartender proceed to say that the Manager would be by to speak with us, but not without "warning" me that there were cameras that needed to be reviewed. How insulting!!! After a few mins, the a manager arrived at our table and stated "I reviewed the tapes and we see that the bartender gave the appropriate number of shots"...she said this with a straight face. IF you looked at a the camera, tell me where the drink went!!! She couldn't tell me anything, except for implying that I was a liar, which really upsets me! I attempted to explain that I thought it was inappropriate for her to start the conversation of attempting to make this right by speaking of a camera. I also called her bluff by saying "if you were able to see how many shots were giving, did you see where we sent one back, refusing it?" She said: "we are not talking about that shot, only the one you're are saying you guys missed". Another round, hmph, no thank you! I love 53 mins exactly from this place and you couldn't pay me to come back. If you look at the places I visit, you'll see that 8 dollar shots is not something I'd EVER. And I'll spare you the details of how good we ordered at 8p NEVER came, so it's not like they were close to closing. At one point my friend said our host said "all food will take at least an hour". If you're going here for an adult outing, RE-THINK your decision! If this is what 8 bucks means to them, Lord forbid something worth real value comes up missing. Smyrna needed a new family fun center and this place is really decent for the whole family. There's plenty of parking. Inside, there's the restaurant, arcade, laser tag, concessions, bar, private bowling lanes, escape room, public bowling lanes and bathrooms throughout. There's even a prize wheel. They have a wheelchair ramp. I like the fact they have security as well. They offer bowling specials and event nights. The prices were decent for the restaurant. The arcade was a little high. It's still a fairly new place so the wait is long. It's a fun place to go to anytime of the day and week. We've been there for multiple birthday parties now. The private bowling lanes are like VIP areas. The waitresses have been nice both times. Last, you can reuse the game cards. read more

Some friends and I bought a Groupon to get an hour of bowling, bumper car rides and some money for playing arcade games for a pretty cheap price. Overall, it was a good deal. But I'm not sure I'll be in a hurry to come back. From the start, I was less than impressed. We came when it was some kind of special glow in the dark bowling time. It was busy and full when we tried to get two lanes together for our families. There was a completely unused curtained bowling area. We asked if we could go in there instead of waiting. The manager/lead said no. We asked what the difference was. He said that area was the glow in the dark area. So, gesturing at the regular area, we asked, "Isn't this glow in the dark bowling right now?" He said yes. So what's the difference? He didn't have an answer but we still had to wait. Why not open other lanes if there isn't a party? Bowling was exactly as expected. It is on a timer so you don't get a full hour as you need to get the names in and pick balls, etc. But whatever. We got in about 1.5 games. The bumper cars were crazy! There are only a few cars and it is a small area. We let the kids go and they had fun. Then the adults went and I'll tell you what I could totally have tipped over. You are crammed tightly into a small car with a tall back. If you get hit in just the right way all the weight is shifted to the back seat and we had a few big wheelies where I felt like it could have fallen over. The operator seemed concerned as well so told us to lean forward. How is that better for our backs? I wasn't impressed. There needs to be better weight dispersal for adults who ride, in my opinion. As for me, I just stopped crashing into people from behind. The arcade was fun enough. $10 or so meant about 20 minutes of playing for the kids. They had fun and all got small candies with their tickets. If we had come and payed full price I would have been so disappointed. On a Groupon, it was about right ($40 or something like that.) I doubt I'll come again, but if I got a Groupon I may. It was a fun enough diversion for a few hours with the family. read more

We just had a birthday party here for my son this weekend. The birthday party started at 12:30 and the second lane of kids didn't start bowling until around 1:00, because our "birthday assistant" kept walking away instead of putting their names on the lane. My child also received a ticket voucher for 500 tickets that day that he forgot to use while he was there. I kindly asked if we could use it that next day in an email, and was told I couldn't when I spent over $270 the day before. Needless to say I will not be back. Poor service all around. read more

I went to Stars and Strikes with 3 other people on Saturday, 9/29. We had to show our ID's before even entering the center which was interesting to me. There was also 2 police cars out front and an officer just inside the door which made me wonder if something had already happened in the few short weeks it has been open. We wanted to bowl so we waited in line to put our name on the list. They estimated the wait to be about 2 hours which was fine because there is obviously a lot to do, games, dining, etc. We were all hungry so we decided to eat at the restaurant. Our waiter, Raven, was super friendly and seemed to know what he was doing with it only be his second day on the job. It took longer than expected to get our beers but the appetizers came out quickly. The pretzel and buffalo dip were really good. Our buzzer for bowling ended up going off less than an hour into our wait so they send they would send our food to our lanes which was nice. The bowling area isn't huge and the seating at the lanes are tight in my opinion. We paid for an hour of bowling and about 10 minutes in to our bowling we ordered a 96oz tower of beer. 30 minutes went by and we still did not have the tower of beer. I could see our new waiting running around getting drinks and food for his other customers which gave me hope that the beer would arrive soon. We had about 10-15 minutes left in our bowling game and still no beer. I flagged down our waiter and asked him what was going on. He said the bar was super backed up and apologized for the inconvenience. I told him to cancel the tower as there was no way we would be able to drink it during the remainder of our time at the bowling lane and it's not like we could walk around with it in the game area. He understood and apologized again. I know this place is new but it does need some service work. The waiters we had were awesome and did their best to make our experience great. I did see a bunch of other works in blue polos standing around which was frustrating after seeing waiters run around trying to create a great customer service experience. We might be back but not anytime soon. read more

Took our family there on 12/4/2022. This place definitely has potential if it was staffed and maintained correctly. The bowling was fun when it was working but unfortunately most of the bowling lanes had serious maintenance issues due to constant malfunctioning. The rental bowling shoes were severely cracked and poorly maintained. The staff that was present were very friendly. The arcade room was small and quite expensive given the small amount of games to play. May give them another try in the future once the fix up the place. read more

Wanted to give them 5 stars but they only had 2 registers going at once and it is way too many customers to have that plus the bowling is a little expensive. Must say though. I was impressed with the arcade and the pricing for the games. Very reasonable plus I have a toddler and he had plenty of games there he could play by himself and he was able to win one of those big balls in the middle. I thought the big ball claw game was really dope for them to do. It was easy as hell for him to win one and he was stoked about it. Made his day and made mind. He had so much fun that when it was time to go, he was cool with it. Take the kids and maybe hold off on bowling, not sure about the other attractions but happy hour was straight and they have cornhole. This place was SO fun! Get the vip bowling! It's only 1.50 more than regular bowling per person and so worth it. Comes with shoes too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it the staff was really rude when I kept telling them what false information the woman at the counter gave me about a few things when I was just being nice trying to clarify. Maybe the daytime crew is just mad they have to be there dealing with people, idk. I guess I'd suggest going more at night time when they have to focus. read more

If going here with just a small family, things are great! My niece and nephew had friends and family to celebrate their birthdays on two separate occasions. The first time the server at the lanes couldn't get any of the bills right and even double charged cards on a few different people, he had to be hunted down due to, being tired and off but came in due to being called in anyway right after a large tattoo was done. Truly should not have been at work. He was upset with us because he couldn't get the bills right and then told people their cards must be declined! That made me mad! The second time they were very understaffed and out of control. No one at the gift shop, the bartender had to run from bar to snack bar to bowling pay counter, this made the wait ridiculous! I ordered a drink from the bar and 3 ice cubes had frozen bugs in them. I told the manager and showed him, he went to make a new drink from the same ice bin... that I did not want seeing they needed to empty the ice bin out before doing any more of anything... no apology, ice was not changed and I was charged! Guy at the laser tag was also doing bumper cars so you could not have two kids doing different things at the same time. One younger child with us had to wait for the bumper cars while the older ones played two games of laser tag.
