Not sure what the confusion at this location or in general was, I was not delivered enough syringe and needles to administer my medications. Medications that cost thousands of dollars. When I went to pick up more from the physical location, they claimed they didn't have any in stock , then they were very confused to provide a different option that can work. I can't administer my medications without these tools. All of a sudden they provided me what they had which turned out to be the syringe and needles I had been using! Get it together here, I shouldn't have to reuse syringes b/c people are incompetent at doing their job or finding solutions. read more

Sad to say...Unless you speak Spanish, I would not recommend Alto. Their third party delivery people do not speak English. I live in a secured condo building & the delivery person, on two occasions, did not know or could not read the code to enter in spite of it being in my record. read more

Ordered rx and paid extra for same delivery. The delivery window was 6pm-10pm. Shortly after 6 I got a message my rx couldn't be delivered and to reschedule for another day. I immediately called customer service to have them get in touch with the driver and to deliver the rx. I was home the entire time and nobody ever showed up. I called customer service and was on hold for 13 minutes. The agent said he'd try to get in touch with the driver and call me back. Never got a call back. I sent customer service a message on the app. Didn't hear from them until the next day with the message my rx was ready to reschedule. Who has time to chase down an rx, especially after paying extra to receive it same day. I messaged on the app again telling them I was disappointed, they didn't offer an expedited redelivery, didn't offer a discount. NOTHING! All they said was the delivery was out of their hands and can't do anything about it. I'm so done with them. Order at your own risk. Customer Service is non existent. And now I have to wait up to 10 days for the refund! read more

I like the idea, but don't you dare call in to speak with a pharmacist if you need a specialty med, they clam up and talk to you like the DEA is listening, and who knows, maybe they are! Calling in for service seemed like a good idea, until the pharmacist or tech just refers you to billing for no reason at all. Anyway, personal experience aside... I can see why this business could be amazing. You just have to have the right meds (e.g profitable) and you're in business. Then, you will likely receive the service you deserve. read more

At your own risk. Poor customer service, terrible communication. They have refused to call in refills. They arbitrarily canceled my confirmed, scheduled deliveries without even asking if I wanted to pay out-of-pocket. When my refill amount went from 30 pills to 90 pills, they refused to communicate to my insurance that it was not too soon (because the previous refill was only 30 pills) and Alto offered absolutely no alternatives or suggestions. These are just a few of my experiences with Alto. If your prescriptions never change at all, and you don't really need them it might be OK. read more

After searching everywhere for a particular medication that apparently is in low availability right now, my doctor directed me to Alto. The med was in stock! Using their super user friendly app, I was able to get the prescription filled. The delivery system was also online and easy to use, and my medication was delivered right when they said it would be....packaged securely and with ice , as this medication needs to be refrigerated. I never would have thought I would be leaving a five-star review for a pharmacy, but here we are! Alto is THAT good. Not only do they include delicious caramels with your orders but they also have very kind and competent employees and free same-evening delivery ($5 courier tip encouraged). I had a last-minute change to my previously placed prescription order at 4:00 p.m., and they were able to make the change and still get it to me by 6:30. WOW! The customer service for this pharmacy is something I've never experienced before. They are freaking AWESOME! The app is also amazing. It reminds you of when you are running low on meds and might want to order a refill. I had specialty meds and so one package came via courier and i got a text to let me know when to expect the delivery (very specific like 7:17pm), when the driver was 15mins away, & when the driver was approaching. Love being notified when my RX is out for delivery and that I can follow the driver to be sure I'm home, or to send a message to the driver as to where to leave the RX if no one is at home. I could not have asked Alto pharmacy to provide better service. Managing medications - especially for conditions where multiple medications are needed - can be challenging and a nuisance. Alto made it simple, with easy in-app ordering, free same-day delivery, timely text notifications, and clear instructions in the packing. Everyone I interacted with during my orders, including customer service agents, pharmacists, and delivery drivers were friendly, informative, and responsive. My Cardiologist introduced me to Alto Pharmacy and I'm so glad he did. 1. Easy Rx transfer. 2. No more annoying robo calls for each med reminding me my Rx is due for refill or ready to pick up. 3. Then I was lied to saying the submitted to my insurance (two times over the past couple weeks), only to be told today that they had not. Was supposed to get my first delivery today they canceled it because a few of the items were unable to be shipped today but it had medication that I needed tonight that were available so I had to reach out to them and tell them they still needed to send this medication otherwise I'm gonna end up in the hospital so they rescheduled the delivery for tonight and I was told that it would be here between 6-9 I called at 8:45 when I saw they haven't even packed it and they forgot to do it so now I have to drive 45 minutes away to a cvs to go pick it up myself this is absolutely ridiculous it's my first time using it and I hate it stick with your pharmacy and hire Instacart or something at least they show up when you order thanks alto read more

Thanks to Dr. Baban who gave us options regarding dealing with my husband's multiple cardiac medications, which at first, Alto Pharmacy? We have not heard it before. From Alto pharmacy, Brock handled it well, on top of things, keeping us updated, to the courier ( John) he courteous, patient and everybody knows it is not easy to deliver something if it is late at night (Alto has an app to track the delivery and it is FREE), but it was delivered on a timely manner. Alto's communication is outstanding. They alert you to the window to expect your delivery to arrive, then when they are fifteen minutes out, and finally when they arrive.
