Most of the self service car washes I used are either shut down or in such bad shape and I wouldn't wash a pigs butt at most of them. This place is kept up, its clean, everything works including the money changer machine. They even have plenty of room where you can pull all the way up in back and dry your car off, this place was made and designed to be self service, you go to some and you have no where to dry your car off, because they want you to leave the property. I believe the parent company is in Alton, IL and they service all the way here in Florrisant, MO They vacuum cleaners, foaming brush, spot free rinse, and wax, tire cleaner, engine cleaner and of course your high pressure soap and rinse and even a presoak. The price is $1.75 and you get 4 minutes too. This is the only place I hand wash my car and do it myself. Sometimes there is even a guy that will dry it off for you for some extra cash, but I need all the exercise I can get.

Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). Buyer beware - this is NOT how you do business.

When you first arrive, you'll have a variety of packages to select from to make your car shine. You can also, do various add-ons to make your vehicle shine even more. After your ride thru the auto wash, there are many vacuums to use and clean the inside of your ride. Best thing about that is, they are FREE. In this day and age, we rarely get anything free, so take advantage and get that debris off the floor. The packages are priced reasonably and they have a club membership you can join, too. The prices are so reasonable, that at times I just get the cheapest one when my car just looks a little dusty. Do Not Use this car wash, we all know accidents happen but I have never received such poor customer…read moreservice. The hood of my car was scratched after using the car wash. The scratches were so deep they were unable to buff them out. When talking to the "manager", he suggested I had cat prints on my car when driving into the car wash that he thought that might be the reason for the scratches. I have asked multiple times to speak with someone else and have been denied the ability to escalated the issue. This has been such a horrible experience.
