Before…read morecoming here, I shopped a local Mom and Pop hardware store and another Big Box and neither of them had the size I needed/wanted. When I came here, they had a variety of sizes and brands for me to choose from. They made my life easier. The store is directly located across the street from their competitors, so when one doesn't have what you want, you can easily drive across the street and hopefully find what you need. I get lost in this store, so it takes me awhile to find what I am looking for, but I eventually find it. The friendly associates in orange vest, are always ready to assist. They ask me what I am looking for and I tell them, I always look lost. The store is clean and well organized for a Big Box. If you're an early riser, they open at 6AM.

I asked the person waiting on me if she could call somebody to help us because the return was a huge struggle. I asked her name she refused, I went closer to read on her apron and let her know I was going to wright a bad review and she said go ahead.....because of her lack of professionalism and terrible manors she shared... when she had nothing to do with my return and lack Of help with her associates if she could have done a better job defusing or solving the problem.... What happened to customer service ??? If you don't like your job , you shouldn't be in customer contact. One bad apple will spoil the atmosphere... it becomes contaminated and contagious...

They had just what we wanted and gave us a great deal. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, way more the the big places. He took awesome care of us and it was delivered within a few days! I love my new stove! If you are in need of appliances, I highly recommend Mark's. The repair guy came back today and fixed the dishwasher. Hopefully this is the last time for awhile. So we have a happy ending. I want to make an amendment to the prior update. It turns out the electrician who checked our House didn't do a good job! I will be reviewing them next! Anyway, it ended up being our electricity and not the two dishwashers! I feel terrible about this and want everyone to know that Mark's appliance is a wonderful store!

I asked them would they mind putting shoe covers on. Again, the answer was no. I have never had an issue with any service person and the shoe covers. I said, "hmmm... I've never heard of that before " He proceeds to tell me that I must not be in that industry & he could leave if it was an issue. Because I needed my oven fixed, I told him to go ahead and fix the oven, but stated to him that people's floors can get messed up. He told me that if a person knows a service person is coming they should protect their floors. I did not want to have a confrontation so I left the room. The job was fixed & very quickly. I called the company and Rusty told me that she has never had anyone have a problem with the shoe situation & that he is the owner so...
