Mike came out on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer, explained it, fixed it, and educated us on preventative measures---and in our case, all for just the $59 service fee. Since our washer is getting older, he gave us options on whether or not it was worth it to pay for expensive additional repairs now or just get a new washer a year or two later when this one finally breaks. The cost was nearly the same, so we happily opted for the latter. Very thankful to him for educating us and letting us make that decision. Why was this not addressed on first call/repair as the real problem? Will advise (7/10 in am) on cost to replace or glue/tape!? Why am I going to be charged again for an incomplete repair that did not solve the problem and seems to be misdiagnosed? (I need to know if the original valve part replaced was actually the problem and did not need to be replaced?) 10.
