This Houston-based chain has a location at the mall right next to Jos. A. Bank, facing the freestanding Krispy Kreme. I found this comfy, neat shirt, but I thought it was slightly overpriced. There seemed to be lots of sales going on, and there was a discount rack in the back too. A big chunk of the clothing inventory were dresses so if you're going to an event in the future, checking out Francesca's could be an option. She insisted that the marks were not a discoloration, that sometimes they just came from the factory like that... which to me means that it's a manufacturer error and the merchandise should probably be discounted. She was extremely rude and abrupt, she acted as though any discounts she gives come straight out of her own paycheck. Terrible customer service, and from a manager too!
