I have always had a terribly difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable and fit properly, and I have often felt like I was left to figure it out on my own. Madison went above and beyond to make sure I found something that worked well for me, and I am so very grateful for her help. Fleet Feet has a wonderful selection of shoes and activewear, and the customer service was just exceptional. I am so pleased with my experience and will absolutely be returning. I could kick myself for not buying a Kavu bag when it was marked down from $50.00 to $20.00! When I went back, they were all gone! The staff is incredibly friendly. I've been to the other location multiple times and have bought quite a few items there- three north face sweaters, reef flip flops for my fiancé and some trucker hats. Last night we were browsing but did not buy anything. There were two cute bulldogs in the store my friend and I stopped to pet, and the guy working seemed nice enough to let us do so. A young girl came over and asked us if she could help us with anything, and I told her we were "just browsing." After a total of about 5 minutes we said, "thank you for letting us look around" and headed for the door so we could get to dinner. Before we left I asked the man if I could "quickly use the ladies room because I'm 7 months pregnant and peeing is like a new hobby." He looked at me with a cold straight face and said, "we do not have a bathroom here and we are closing." As we left, my friend told me she knew exactly where the bathroom was located in the store and we both agreed the man was extremely rude, short with me, and obviously aggravated we didn't buy anything. I understand he probably had to get to his Tinder date or something but as a woman who is 7 months pregnant, having to wait to pee until we drove to the restaurant was very uncomfortable. I was shocked by this mans demeanor and based on principle alone I will never shop at Bink's again. What a jerk.

Just recently I returned an ill-fitting item I purchased online and an employee helped me find a better option for me in store - somewhere I never would have looked.
