If you want to get rip off, by all means go to these guys. $30 for a patch? On a 15 inch wheel? Bro I asked the guy how much it was for the patch, ignored the question and kept on doing his work, I thought, "Probably $10-$15 bucks like most shops.. $20 tops" No these guys take it to the next level, Then comes to me saying, "oh your tires are about to pop, could happen anywhere, if you're on the fwy you're dead" as usual shady business trying to scare you... mind you this are tires dated from 2023 not new new, but decent enough and all I wanted was a patch from a nail... I politely refused the estimate... Must have taken business lessons from those door to door Solar Panel sales dudes... Also the tire dude proceeds to overinflated the tire to like 50psi, when normal would be like 35psi, but hey I paid up the $30 and was on my way, lesson learned. read more

These guys unfortunately don't know how to do alignments on anything other that a stock vehicle. When you have questions about certain things, they begin to get defensive and say that you don't know what you're talking about. Do not recommend this place at all. read more

Very helpful! I called because Pep Boys had quoted me 3 hours to install a tire on its wheel that was loose already, 3 hours? Seriously? So I called Alvarez tires , I went right in, not only did they install my tire on the wheel but they installed the whole thing on my car and put the emergency wheel back where it belonged. I didn't expect this from these guys , specially when it's a Sunday at 3 pm when they were closing.... Thanks guys you really took me out of a jam! I really appreciate the service, and will be back. Customer service means a lot to me and they showed how a big chain company should be treating customers. The price was half of what pep boys wanted and they did more for me. Used these guys several times now for mounting and balancing tires on my cars and recently for alignment. They're family owned so they were able to help me with an issue with my wheel locks that bigger corporate stores would not (another place forgot to give me my wheel locks back so when I changed tires those needed to be removed). They gave me the wrong tire size and then they tell me that my wheel is an 8.5 when it was a 7 then put a massive tire on it and doesn't even fit right then tell me they're new tires but are used tires. Worst place every they only care for your money read more

Stopped by looking for an irregular used tire just to get me back on the road. Amazingly they had nearly a thousand tires on hand and knew immediately that they had 2 in the size I was looking for! Even went so far as to do a quick repair on my rim to let the tire bead seat better. Right off Hesperia road I don't know how many times I've driven right past and never paid attention. Do not come here I bought four tires for $200 turns out I couldn't get my car aligned because all four tires were bad the tread are cupped when they installed them they broke 2 wheel studs and stripped 4 didn't offer to replaced them this shop is run by kids that have no idea what they are doing I called them back to tell him and all he said is that they are used tires so save your money and go anywhere else but here is a big FUCK YOU ALVAREZ TIRES read more

Had a nail in my tire took it here to get it plugged. Thought they plugged it and inspected it , but then I went to get my oil changed and the same tire that I just got "plugged" was leaking bad. The place checked it and it had 4 more nails in that same tire. Called them to get my money back and they said no I probably picked up the nail on my way to get my oil changed. Would not recommend these crooks to anyone read more
