I wanted to like these guys. But once I got home, I realized I was played like a fool. He showed me two used tires that were "the best" and great condition. Almost new condition. I noticed one tire had 2 nails in it and asked if he could fix that. He did. But I inspected the second tire and noticed another nail. He said it was a rock. Well when I get home To install the wheels and tires back on the car I noticed he didn't do anything about the "rock". So I check it out and of course, it's a nail. I live 45 min away. They definitely don't give a crap about their customers and they WILL sell you tires with nails in them. Carefree. Def won't ever come back here again. read more

I have used this tire shop for 10+ years because they are close and a local small business however I had new tires put on my daughters horse trailer, price was comparable to other shops but again I choose this one to support small business, 3 of the 4 tires have lost air at different times but not completely flat so I just pump them up when needed I know I should have gone back and asked them to check but honestly I just forgot until I used it again.. well we picked up a new horse yesterday and had to fill up one of the tires before we left then we got back to Fontana area got gas and noticed the other tire was low so tried to put air in and the valve stem pushed through the tire wall and tire instantly completely flat, we had to call an emergency tire service to come fix it so we could get our new horse home, cost use $587, the guy told us the tire shop used wrong valve stems and not to touch them just go straight home so we did, I called this am and spoke to Alex who told me to bring it in, when I got there he immediately had an attitude telling me he put new valve stems in I told him when 3 of the 4 tires they put on have been flat within an month there's something wrong, so he pulled them off and agreed to put new valve stems in to "fix" it, about 10 min later he came out and said "with the wheels you have you need metal valve stems and I don't have them" said if I go get some he'll put them on for me.. I'm sorry, shouldn't you have known that when you put them on? He quickly had to leave ( I think he was just trying to get away from me) so a young man helping actually found some metal valve stems and put them on but Alex never returned and when I spoke to him about reimbursing part of the bill from road side service he chuckled and said he can't pay that and why didn't I call them when I broke down..it's such a shame when we try to support these local businesses than they stupid stuff, get caught and won't help make it right.. I will NEVER return to this shop and DO NOT recommend them, they are not honest they're just trying to make quick $$ and don't care about customers or their safety read more

Second time coming too this shop. First time was for rims, loved the price so I had to get some. Second visit was to repair lower and upper control arms as well as some ball joints. VERY HAPPY to say, car is just like NEW! The owner Alex was very helpful, took care of everything I needed done on my vehicle. Not to many people or even tire places up in the high desert are reasonable with the pricings. Some might high ball you and take advantage if you don't know anything about cars. But for The Express Tire Shop, I had 100% confidence in their work. Alex broke down everything that needed to be done as well as call updates. (Which was very much needed since I had to be at work.) SCAMMERS!!! I had my bmw towed here for a blown tire. I ended up getting 4 new tires the guy tells me it's $134 per tire so he calculated it on his calculator and tells me that it's $650 he upcharged an extra $100 and I didn't realize till the next day but I also told him to go ahead and fix the brakes and roters and he tells me it'll be $300 for parts and labor so I tell him that's fine. Next thing you know he's telling me the price of everything is $1100!!! I'm like huh $650 +300 is $950??? So like I said it wasn't until the next day when I look at my receipt which didn't have any breakdown of anything on it only said all the work that was done and then price was 1100 at the bottom so I called and told them they made a mistake something didn't add up so the guy who scammed me told me to come in and they'll fix it if it was indeed a mistake made this man tried to give me $140 back and tells me "I'll make you a deal sounds good I'll give you $140 back" that wasn't a deal they overcharged me $200 and was still trying to scam me some more!!! Definitely because they seen I was a female. So my advice is AVOID they are thieves and scammers!!! read more

We came here when Alex the owner just opened it about a couple of months ago and he was very helpful and had we thought was integrity and cared about customer service. Alex asked me to give him a great review on yelp so I did. We sent our son there to buy 2 tires and Alex is the specialist in tires so he said "these are the same tires you have on your truck but... Read differently" We took his word for it. It was pulling to the right so we thought need an alignment so we go and take it to get an alignment a week after.. They tell us they are 2 different tire size from the other 2. We called Alex and he daid was going to make it right whatever he can do... Next day he changed his tone and basically said I can't help you.. Im not giving your money back or try to find your tire size... So this guy sold us wrong tires and didn't want to make it right. So I am giving him a bad review because he does not keep to his word and would rather lose our business to not make things right. Bad service. Last time I was there, they charged me $20 for tire rotation and a peach for one of my flat tire and they did balance for my front tires but this time they did the same work but they charged me $30. They do not have a price list to follow. She charged you depend on her mode. read more

Bad service, I showed up to get mire tire patched up because it was losing air, and next thing i know hes trying to sell me 2 tires. Not to mention 3 weeks i bought a tire from them and then the guy says that one of the tires were bad already and i said well i got it here. So yeah they aren't there to help just want money.
