We agreed to paid services and I was accommodating of his time and let him know I'd leave work so he can come to my house and run a diagnostic on my 2017 Infiniti Q50. We spoke around 8:30am and agreed around 1pm would work. I even asked him if he only takes cash so I can stop and get cash and he said he takes Zelle. Great. We agreed I'd send him my address prior to him making his way over. He called me right after we ended a 20 minute conversation. I did not answer because I went back to work and I called him less than a hour later. He did not answer the phone so I figured he was working on cars, totally understandable. I send him a text letting him know I apologize for not answering. I never received a call back and it shows that he read my text message and he never texted back. I don't know where along those lines did we no longer agree to services. He could've easily responded with a text saying I'm on my way send me your address. Perfect.. boom would've left work and met him at my house like we agreed. Instead I get no response, no phone call. Ohh and today Sunday 6/28 he responds to my yelp messages asking how can he help ? I think he's finally connected the dots. I still even agreed to his services after he was assuming the maintenance on my car has not been up to date. I told him sir I've taken my car to the dealership for maintenance I know how important is it for those type of cars to keep up with. He then started talking about how the prior owner neglected maintenance, I told him sir I've had this car for 6 years and prior to me owning it, it was a lease for an Infiniti Dealership. It had no prior owner besides the dealership as it was a lease for 3 years. I bought the car with under 10k miles in 2020. I still just wanted him to run a diagnostic instead of the dealership charging me a lot! So no I don't want help anymore from your business. read more

I had a difficult time even getting a price for parts AND labor from him. I was in a hurry to get my starter replaced and thought a local independent mobile mechanic might be a good route. I asked for a quote through YELP, and I also contacted him directly to see if I could get a faster reply. On YELP he replied "140 flat rate." I agreed to that price and gave him my address. I never got a confirmation or ETA in over an hour and a half. So I informed him I was going with someone else. Via sms he replied "$140 labor." I told him that was different than the flat rate he gave me on Yelp, and that I didn't have the part (and no vehicle to get the part). I asked him, twice, for a quote for parts AND labor. He never got back to me. I don't understand why a mechanic would only give me a price quote for labor without a price for parts. ( He actually got back to me and apologized 3 hours later, as I was writing this review; $200 parts + 140 labor = $340. Which is the highest quote of the 4 quotes I requested. ) read more

I've been having a hard time finding an honest mechanic that will work on my 1987 Toyota MR2. I found Adrian with great reviews and found out he's mobile. It was perfect since my car was overheating and couldn't go far. He checked everything and showed me everything he was checking to better understand. He bled my filler neck which was recently replaced from a well known shop. The shop I was taking it to would keep my car for months at a time and tell me what they replaced and Adrian and I looked at what they claimed they replaced and it looks like it hasn't been changed in a while. He easily fixed my stereo which other mechanics were charging $200 an hour for within 5 minutes! He also figured out why my dash was going out which was caused by a loose lever. What he did in 2 hours is what past mechanics couldn't do in the 5 months I had my car. His price is very fair and I will definitely be recommending his to everybody that needs car fixing. Adrian is my new mechanic! Although I am located in Oak Hills and Adrian is located in Apple Valley he agreed to come and help me out with his mobile mechanic service in Oak Hills. Same Day. I honestly wasn't expecting him to come the same day, but I really needed him so I could get back to work. He repaired what I asked him to, then after he fixed it we realized I was directing him to fix the wrong issue. He assessed the problem then promised he would be back early the next morning to fix that as well. He was on time, communicated well, and my car was running excellent an hour later. No messing around for Adrian. I didn't really want to put this positive rating in for him because now i think he will get too busy, but he honestly deserves it so there is my experience with him.
