I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I called yesterday explaining my situation and they were kind to me and picked up my laundry for me. That's customer service that is rare and real.
