Upon arrival and checking in via the app where I made our appointments, I didn't see us listed in the reserved appointments on their tablet. I asked the woman behind the front desk and she said "yeah, that's too bad, huh. You'll have to sign in as a walk-in. It's a three hour wait right now". When i tried to ask why we couldn't be seen during our scheduled appointment time, she cut me off and answered the phone. What I don't understand was why my appointments weren't validated, and why anyone else who hadn't made an appointment was put as priority when they were a walk in. This place is an absolute joke. The staff is rude, their management is questionable at best. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh, and as I returned to the car, I checked the website for their "live wait" time and was quoted 15 minutes. Garbage. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Best blood draw I've ever had and I've had many…read more Edna was completely on top of her game. She efficiently added all my information to ACL's system and verified my information with me. Then she found a nice plump vein in my right arm. Every nurse and phlebotomist finds that vein and it usually rolls away from them when they insert the needle. Edna had me keep my arm straight but told me to rotate my wrist so my palm faced my body. It was like a miracle! She got the vein on the first try and quickly filled the 4 vials needed for testing. I was in and out in 5 (FIVE!) minutes. I didn't even know there was an ACL in the Good Samaritan Hospital outpatient center until today; I found it in the ACL website. I'm so pleased with this location and with Edna.
