Days ago, I booked four appointments from 9:45-10:30 for four family members to be covid tested this morning. Upon arrival and checking in via the app where I made our appointments, I didn't see us listed in the reserved appointments on their tablet. I asked the woman behind the front desk and she said "yeah, that's too bad, huh. You'll have to sign in as a walk-in. It's a three hour wait right now". When i tried to ask why we couldn't be seen during our scheduled appointment time, she cut me off and answered the phone. What I don't understand was why my appointments weren't validated, and why anyone else who hadn't made an appointment was put as priority when they were a walk in. This place is an absolute joke. The staff is rude, their management is questionable at best. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh, and as I returned to the car, I checked the website for their "live wait" time and was quoted 15 minutes. Garbage. If I could give negative stars, I would. read more

Omg I went there today with my wife the lady who works there on the front desk was so rude. We had to pay before we see the doctor how embarrassing is that. I know she is probably the owner. She brought us to the room and 5 minutes later she went back and said the we need to move to a different room. Not even excuse me or anything but the positive side is the doctor was super nice and cared. I wish the doctor worked with nice people. read more

Went there for covid test for my whole family. Everyone was really nice, especially Tania. She was very assuring and gentle throughout the whole process. Results will be out on Tuesday the lab is closed on Sunday. read more

This place is horrible. First off, everything is unsanitary. One patient leaves and you don't see them wiping anything. Dr. Saleha Khan, the physician whom I and my mother both attended three times and had a bad experience with -First off, I never saw her washing her hands. My mom needed a referral to a surgeon and she signed off on it blindly, and never bothered following up. Then, after 3 months she was confused about the whole surgery and had no idea my mother was going to have surgery WHEN SHE WROTE THE REFERRAL HERSELF. My mom needed medication refills and she gave the wrong dosage by accident. I'm not really sure how this doctor is running this business with this many amounts of mistakes. I had to wait about an hour just because Dr. Saleha Khan was taking a personal phone call. All in all, there is no good about this place, the doctor is terrible. read more

I had disabling back pain for 3 weeks. Finally got an appointment at this dump. Instead of addressing the back issue, Dr. Khan sent me to the ER for a mental health exam and said I was a suicide risk. That was a huge waste of time and the doctors at the ER thought that Dr. Khan was crazy for sending me there. Its now been two week since that ordeal, I've called the office twice to ask what they've learned about my back problem which still has me stuck in bed, and both times they've told me they haven't learned anything because they haven't looked at any of the test results yet. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO DO YOUR JOB!???!?!?!?! Terrible. I'm calling my insurance to make sure they get any money they paid this doctor back, because they aren't doing their job at all. read more

This is the worst clinic ever. The doctors was suppose to give me a call back for results. Never did. I called 3 times and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. I gave one star but this place deserves no stars. Do not go here ever. I learned my lesson. Terrible doctors who doesn't care about patients. read more

I will never go back here! Not only is this place unsanitary, they are very unprofessional. I moved to Woodridge from Crest Hill and needed to find a pcp for me and my daughters and since it was convenient and my insurance was accepted there, and saw they had decent ratings online I figured I would give them a shot. Well I have now had 2 bad experiences there in a 3 month period. The first time I walked in as soon as they opened, which they were ten mins late to begin with then I checked in and the lady stated that the dr wouldnt be in for a few hours and she wasnt sure what time she would be there....I ended up having to go to the ER where they ended up giving me morhine because they realized how much pain I was in. The second time happened yesterday when I called the office to attempt to get my perscription filled, I was told I would be called back in three hours as they were "busy". 4 hours went by and I never recieved a call so I called them, she said she still didnt get an answer and would call me back. she called me an hour later stating the dr refuses to refill my perscription of Chantix, which at this point has successfully helped me stop smoking for 5 days and I didnt want to go back to them but I know without the Chantix it would be hard to do, well the lady proceeded to tell me this nonsense..."she will prescribe you a nicotine patch but not Chantix" why would I want to put nicotine back in my body after being without it for 5 days? thats backwards thinking, and it makes me uncomfortable to ever go there again because they may not be doing the right thing thats best for me. read more
