He installed after market parts in my car repeatedly with repairs lasting barely two years. THERE IS A PATTERN HERE OF CHEAP PARTS, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, MYSTERY CHARGES AND ZERO TRANSPARENCY. The Facts Defective Turbo Installation and Catastrophic Damage: The turbo installed in my vehicle has suffered a catastrophic failure in just over two years, despite the fact that I rarely drive my car. The failure has caused 3 liters of oil to pour into the catalytic converter and seep into the tubing, leaving my vehicle in a disastrous state and requiring extensive corrective work. Thankfully, we had purchased a warranty plan ($7500) that should cover most repairs. Good thing we did. The vehicle needed a new transmission. They did cover the deductible for the repair, due to sending the car to a dealer outside of their warranty program. They gave me a loaner also. Based upon all the work we have had to do since the transmission, such as the side rear mirrors weren't working properly, the heater/air conditioner blower needed to be replaced and if I had not purchased the warranty, this vehicle would have cost us about $9000.00. For a used vehicle almost 14 years old. Therefore, I could not return to this dealer to purchase another used vehicle.

Valley Auto also lost the original title to My 2022 Luxury Hybrid Sports Car when appraising it, and so now I have to pay to order a new one at the driver's licensing branch. I ended up finding another 2006 Honda Element EX-P near Seattle with literally 1/2 the miles, and after Valley Auto released My Deposit, they jacked the price of this *ALREADY* jacked up car, jacked it up even higher to $8500 - Unbelieveable - Highway Theft / Robbery! I literally purchased a vehicle near Seattle with HALF the mileage for $9993! Valley Auto's 2006 Element has 256,000 miles............ and Valley Auto is charging customer's an outrageous $8500?! They tried to sell her a blown out 2012 Ford F350 6.7 diesel that had a destroyed turbo. Claimed it had 120k miles. Scratches and rust all over. Said it's a local Spokane truck. Research on the VIN showed it was owned by a large Montana cattle ranch and sold through a Dealer Auto Auction, this is how reputable dealers sell their junk trade ins they can't sell on their lot and still keep a good reputation. They do this to keep large repeat customers coming back by accepting their worn out trade in. The fenders had the paint blasted off from all the gravel and rock driving. It was making 11psi of boost max (instead of 32+) and blowing blue smoke. The shocks, steering and suspension are destroyed, pulls all over the freeway. The front springs were so worn out it was sitting 1/4" above the axle bump stops (mechanics will understand this). This thing was hammered if it truly has 120k. They tried to convince us this all was normal and it's a "really great truck". They really fed her a line of BS. Also, the whole front end grill, radiator, crossmember had been replaced and had spray painted fenders. The bottom of the engine was loaded with grease and leaking on the ground. At a traffic light the smoke engulfed the whole intersection at one point. The truck has half the power it should. Turbos for these are in the $7700 range. Check engine light popped on during the drive. It also had a trailer brake module error so the trailer brakes aren't even working on this tow vehicle. I'm so glad I went with her so this scammership couldn't take advantage of our retiring friend. Shame on them. If someone wants to invest $10-15k in this truck it could be a good ride. Not a good deal for $22,000 sale price before any fees or taxes.

Ken and Mario were great and treated me very well and gave me a very fair price for a used truck in truly great condition. They run a tight ship at Corwin Ford, and I would not hesitate buying another vehicle there in the future.

We contacted the dealership multiple times by phone and email over several days trying to discuss the issue. When the manager finally returned our call, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening to our concerns or showing any willingness to help, he immediately became defensive, accused my husband of lying, and repeatedly stated, "You signed 5 pieces of paper." We fully understand the vehicle was sold "as is," and we are not disputing that. What was upsetting was the dismissive attitude and complete lack of professionalism in handling a legitimate concern that arose almost immediately after purchase. We understand older used vehicles can develop problems, but customer service still matters. We came into this purchase excited to buy a vehicle for our daughter, and unfortunately the experience afterward left us feeling misled and disrespected. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a used vehicle from Corwin Ford pay for an independent inspection before signing paperwork. Unlike a downtown dealer, I've never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. Like most auto maintenance you can pay for convenience or DIY. They don't over pressure you either way, so I pick and choose what I have them do vs what I do myself. No scare tactics or anything like that ever used when I discuss with them what I will do vs what they will do. For instance, I personally hate doing oil changes myself, so will use them for that if I need other work done. Also had them install a OEM hitch because I have the lift gate kick sensor as well and had to be moved when the hitch was installed. I selected the OEM hitch because it looks much better than the aftermarket ones.

When I get there they turf me to AutoNation Acura next door, who are all confused because no one from Honda gave them any heads up about my coming over. Yesterday same thing happens. I made the mistake of believing the person I spoke to who said "come on in". Service ppl are again confused, say they don't have the bracket but can order one and tell me just show up to Acura and they'll install it. Tell me why I showed up to Acura today, they have 2013 and 2015 brackets but not 2014. Those Honda clowns either didn't order it or ordered the wrong one. Acura is ordering for me directly and ill show up tomorrow to have it installed. I trust them, but not Honda. I regret buying from autonation Honda. Worst experience ever.
