The repairs were nothing more than a band aid to get me out the door. I decided to have him sell my other vehicle because I was moving out of state. Paul said that he would call as soon as it was sold. I had to call him after a week because my truck was not on his web site. Then a week later because the info was wrong. Then 2 weeks after that to find out that he had sold it. He was only able to send me half of the money then and said I would have the rest in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later he sent half of the remainder. It then took another month to get the rest of it. He kept telling me that it would go out the "next day". I am very disappointed in their business practices and would not recommend them.

When I was buying my car I noticed the coolant level was down. when I was purchasing the car they wanted to sell me an extension warranty. I said I didn't want it and I went in to sign papers I noticed that the warranty was on the total sale I said I didn't want this. the guys excuse oh sorry we must have missed understood you or didn't hear you which is b******* they knew what they were doing their crooks. I went ahead got the warranty anyways my car after the first few days was leaking. I looked in there and I was pretty sure the water pump was bad which it was it took it in to get repaired. The guy that did the work at the automotive place was very professional and got authorization from the warranty company to repair. I was going to take it to the auto credit but the salesman said are service guy is on vacation for the week so that's why I went to a different place. Then they were mad at me and said that the guy never got authorization which he did and he sent an email to the guy at auto credit that said there was not any email saying that it was authorized. so basically he was saying that the mechanic fixing the car was lying I had the mechanic call auto credit and talk to them and the guy ended up did finding the email showing that it was authorized. The mechanic that fixed my car I called in and asked if he ended up talk to him he said yeah wow what a dick he was. so all I'm saying do not do business with these guys they put on a show and they're nothing but crooks.

After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver. She spent the entire day on the phone with the other credit union, mind you to resolve their issue, so my funds could make it where they were intended. She remained in contact with me and continued to provide timely status updates; truly making me feel like a valued member all throughout the process. When I had to go back to the lot on Market the man there was rude and barely spoke to me. They were supposed to detail the car and when I got it back the seats were soaked and the detail was terrible. I tried for a week to arrange to pick up my paycheck with no answer, when I sent a text to the owner saying I will get legal representation if I don't receive a phone call about when I can pick up my check, he immediately called me and and started calling me all different kinds of names and acted very unprofessional. Do not be fooled by his "kindness" or "friendliness" because it is all lie. If you are not careful or pay attention, he will rob you blind. Ask for the vehicles, I would never buy anything from them and I used to work there. Most of the vehicles there have issues that they try to cover up. I looked at several vehicles While I was working there and most of them had issues or check engine lights. Now I understand it is a used car lot but, it my entire experience in Auto Sales, whether it was used or new, should not be in that condition to sell to the public, I did not quit because of an incident or falling out I quit because I could not consciously or on good faith sell vehicles to the public when the vehicles are in poor condition. When I sell a vehicle, I want my customers to be happy and want to come back, not put them in a poor condition or unsafe vehicle, and have them be upset.
