Always Beautiful is a wonderful place. The people in the office are too. I started going here a little over a year ago. I have learned alot about my skin and treatments from many in the office over the last year. I have been seeing Angela for some IPLs on my face to rid my face of brown spots from aging and sun damage over the years. I am currently 59 years old and am having difficulties accepting the aging process. Angela had also had done a classic treatment to get rid of some unsightly little bumps on my face (sebaceus hyperplasia). I have been very pleased with the results and return regularly to keep up on my treatments. On one of my visits, I had a consult with Ali about fillers and Botox. I am a chronic cheek chewer and the years of doing this has taken a toll. I was most concerned about the lines around my lips. I had never done anything like this and was terrified. I didn't want to look different. I wanted a subtle change that people would notice I looked a bit younger but wouldn't notice how/why. I wanted to look like me, just a little younger. Ali recommended "Juvederm Volbella". I was still scared the day of treatment, but Ali was so easy to talk to and she put me at ease. I am very very pleased with the results. They sent me home with aftercare instructions, some VitaMedica products to help with bruising and checked in on me for a few days afterwards (including sending them pics). I was so pleased with the whole process. The swelling and bruising did not last more than a week. On one phone call, a couple days after, I stated that I liked the results at that time and was hoping the swelling was over with. It was not. The improvement after a couple months are subtle but that is what I asked for. I am so pleased that I will likely do an additional treatment to get that fullness I saw a couple days after treatment... But first, I will try some Botox for my TMJ. I am hoping that not only will it relieve some pain, but also help with my cheek chewing. read more

I had gone to two different places to get my eyebrows done and the last place really messed me up. I had to wait 5 years to allow them to fade and I still had to deal with uneven eyebrows. The lady who worked on my eyebrows the last time messed me up good and even told me I had a lazy eye. She knew she messed up and she took my money anyway. I didn't want to repeat that mistake and I researched new techniques and I searched online for a good place and I came to this website where I found Ali. Ali is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She will let you know if something will not work and then works with you and really listens to what you want so that she can give you the results you will love! She will help you make the right choices in terms of design and color. She really goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy with your results. She takes her time and works very hard to get the best results. She will not stop until it is perfect! I had to give her a hug after my eyebrows were done because I was so happy with my eyebrows. I cried on the way home. I was looking for normal and got AMAZING! I will forever be a client of hers and will tell everyone who will listen about how great my experience was. I came to Always Beautiful Medspa because I knew the owner Ali and had been a client of hers a long time ago. My consult was scheduled with Angela I have been a client of Angela Lauer's since December 2019. I cannot begin to explain just how grateful I am for her. Here's a little history and timeline. I had never had acne and my skin had been luckily very easy to take care of until about 5 years ago. I began to get acne but all things considered it was a nuisance more than anything. Then about 3-4 years ago it rapidly got worse. I read all the articles and tried every product for "severe acne" and "sensitive skin." Nothing worked. Most of it actually made things worse. Cherry on top was that I developed the bad habits of popping and picking. That's when I decided a professional was my only chance. Angela's expertise and skills are unmatched. My appointments: once a month for the first two months; every 2 weeks February through March. Then Covid hit and I was sure my face would go back to square one but what I didn't realize was Angela's magic had already worked. As it turns out, after using Angela's recommended skincare products and her custom chemical peel treatments for 4 months, while listening to her instructions and guidance for home care in between appointments (including breaking my bad habits) my acne had subsided. I have been going to Always Beautiful Medspa for over a year for botox treatments. I had reconstructive Jaw surgery years ago for trauma to my jaw. After my surgery healed, it was clear that something was very wrong with my chin. My muscles were pulling very hard to one side making a large dent on one side of my chin, pulling my whole face to one side and making it very hard to chew. I consulted with a different surgeon to see if this could be fixed as the point of my surgery was to make it so I could chew again with out discomfort and pain. I now had the same problem plus a large dent that made me self conscious and made my whole face off balance. The doctor said he could do more extensive surgery but it was possible it would make it worse. I had a friend recommend that I go see Ali at Always Beautiful Medspa. She said she's good, I bet she can fix that and you can avoid a no guarantee and long recovery surgery. I figured it was worth a shot. Ali was so kind and spent a lot of time figuring out how to fix my issue with my chin. She finally decided on trying botox and we went for it. Within 7 days my dent was completely gone, my chewing was normal and comfortable and my face was more balanced and not pulled to the side. This was truly life changing for me. I love this place! Very nice and professional team. I always walk out feeling better and more beautiful than I did when I walked in. I get my eyebrows done here. I tweezed my eyebrows to the point where the hair just stopped growing. I came here with hopes they could save me from having to draw and struggle with creating eyebrows everyday. Ali and her team did beautifully. The permanent make up looks like real hair and I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. I dont have to battle with drawing them on every day and I feel so beautiful without makeup because I have eyebrows on my face now after I wash! Haha. I have been going to Ali for a little over year...so this review is way overdue! I started going to Ali for help because of work done by another woman "well known" for her permanent makeup. I had been going to the other woman for years but in a few months, my eyebrows would turn pink or a salmon color and then I would have to go back to have them done again. After realizing that this was not my skin just adjusting to the color (as she tried to infer), I sought out Ali to see if she could help. I'll tell you, I gave her a tough assignment but after some diligence on her part, she went to work. I am happy to report that my eyebrows have never looked better (and I have been having them done for years) and the pink is almost completely gone. After my recent visits to see Ali and Jessica I knew I was in good hands for permanent makeup. I was extremely nervous, obviously, it's on my face (eyebrows) forever! Ali spent time to explain everything about the procedure, showed me pictures of her previous clients and showed me color and shape examples. Together we chose what color and shape best complimented my facial features. She sample draws on the shape I wanted over my brows so I can see what the end result will look like. I am extremely happy with the service I received at Always Beautiful Medspa. They are extremely profession in every way. I had Ali redue my eyebrows after they were really messed up by two other people at two other spas. She told me immediately she didn't know if she could fix them and recommended I go see someone to have them lasered off first, so she could start with a clean slate. But, I decided to just let her try to fix them instead of going through the whole process and expense of having them lasered off. And I am so glad I trusted her, because she did an amazing job. My brows look so good, you would never believe they were such a mess to begin with. Ali, is extremely fast, her prices are great, and I couldn't be happier. I've had a great experience at Always Beautiful. I have struggled with redness and weird texture on my face for years. Angela is so kind and understanding. She listened to all my concerns, discussed my options with me, and helped me decide on a plan that would work. We settled on Vivace RF microneedling. I am SO pleased by the difference 3 treatments has made! My pores and fine lines are less noticable, my skin is less red, and the texture of my skin has GREATLY improved. I had really bad eyeliner job done by a different salon lady. I then went to Ali at Always Beautiful for help & she was good at figuring how what colors to use to help fix my problem & make me look better. I was very happy with the results. Because the other lady used carbon ink, I have to come back every year to touch up my "correction" eyeliner and I've never had a bad session with Ali. She keeps good notes on what she does for you & I've been seeing her for 8 years now. She's very pleasant, listens to you, takes her time & doesn't rush thru the session. I had an IPL laser treatment done on my face. Angela is awesome! I am fairly new to Aurora and asked around for recommendations on spas that do laser treatments. I didn't get any results so I went online. I was so happy to find one close to my home that had such great reviews. I love the location, receptionists were very friendly and I can't say enough nice things about Angela. She made me feel very relaxed because she is very practiced and knowledgeable at her expertise. Back in the summer of 2008, I was going on a vacation that would involve lots of snorkeling and water activities. At that time, my eyebrows were near to invisible and sort of half there. I wanted to look more eyebrow defined whenever I got out of the water. I had Ali McCoy give me permanent eyebrows and to this day they still look incredible!!! She takes the time to assess my needs during each appointment, and the results are outstanding. I really appreciate when she proposes more time between visits when clinically appropriate, i.e. scheduling appointments 4 months apart instead of 3 months apart.
