Scott was able to come over last minute with equipment and help me move in two hours. He was very fast, polite, friendly and accommodating. Do not use, you will regret it. We called and set up time and date for our move. Sent over all the…read morerequested info and was told it was all good to go. The day of the move I hadn't heard anything so I messaged about an hour before the scheduled time. Didn't get any answer. 15 mins before the movers called and tried to cancel because it was "suppose" to rain. I told them I didn't have any other chose because I had to be out that day. They finally showed up, walked around the apartment and said I had too much big items and they wouldn't take it all. We didn't have any other choice so we told them just take what they would. After loading 15 boxes they said they wouldn't take the clothes. When we questioned why at this point they got mad about asking a question and said they wouldn't move us. Said they are not "slaves". I don't think asking people to move the items they are getting paid to move should make them feel like slaves. Needless to say they left without moving anything leaving us last minute moving everything on our own. Tried to reach back out to company and have had no response in three weeks.

We had two 10x20 storage units full of items to move into a house. The movers showed up 15-20…read moreminutes late and were chatting/goofing off, and moving very slow. Just to give you an idea of how slow, myself and two family members probably twice the age of the hired movers were able to clear out one 10x20 storage unit ourselves into our own truck and were waiting on the help hands movers to finish one of the 10x20 units. I was billed for 3.5hrs to clear out one 10x20 storage unit, drive 20minutes to the house and unload. This is very slow work and unacceptable especially with 3 movers.
