Their service is probably best if you just need help with some heavy items that won't matter if it isn't handled with care. I did have to order some spare parts for some things they broke, so yes, it probably would make up the cost difference if other movers handled everything and did so more carefully. But if you are trying to keep costs low and are willing to do the important parts yourself instead, then maybe this service could work for the price. But if you want movers to handle fragile or possible to break items, then go ahead and spend a bit more for other movers. It may save you both money and headache anyway. Do not use, you will regret it. We called and set up time and date for our move. Sent over all the…read morerequested info and was told it was all good to go. The day of the move I hadn't heard anything so I messaged about an hour before the scheduled time. Didn't get any answer. 15 mins before the movers called and tried to cancel because it was "suppose" to rain. I told them I didn't have any other chose because I had to be out that day. They finally showed up, walked around the apartment and said I had too much big items and they wouldn't take it all. We didn't have any other choice so we told them just take what they would. After loading 15 boxes they said they wouldn't take the clothes. When we questioned why at this point they got mad about asking a question and said they wouldn't move us. Said they are not "slaves". I don't think asking people to move the items they are getting paid to move should make them feel like slaves. Needless to say they left without moving anything leaving us last minute moving everything on our own. Tried to reach back out to company and have had no response in three weeks.

They also ended up breaking both of my display cases by taking them apart improperly, which caused the doors to become completely useless and unusable. The warranty process from reading it looks very bare minimum and doesn't appear to be able to cover the damage of my things, which is over $500 now. The people there reached out to me fairly quickly regarding the damage though, which I appreciated. I will update as the process continues.

We hired this company the other day to move us from North Liberty, Iowa to Tiffin, Iowa where we…read morebought a house. They were easy to get a hold of and they showed up on time. They had a nice professional looking truck. They gave us an estimate through their website and their prices were reasonable. We lived on a third floor condo in North Liberty and we had difficult pieces, including two reclining sofas, mechanized queen-sized bed, and a 60" TV that we were worried about. They told us their truck is an air-ride truck which means less vibration during driving. The two guys they sent handled the job with ease. They had special straps for every piece, hand trucks, and they also dressed our TV with shrink wrap and cardboard to prevent any shipping damages. They also used shrink wrap on our reclining sofas to prevent them from reclining while being moved. Those guys have common sense and experience to boot. They were pleasant and easy to get along with. When they arrived at the new house in Tiffin, they backed up their truck in our driveway to save us on time. At the end we offered them beer but they said they don't drink on the job. We highly recommend this company.
