I got a confirmation text the day prior to hotel pick up to airport, as well as when driver arrived. Chris picked me up right on time, maybe even a few minutes early which gives peace of mind, as I had a really early morning flight scheduled so the ride to airport was important, I had concerns about such an early pick up time, I had originally booked a pre scheduled Uber but all the mentions of "not a guarentee of pick up" made me change my mind. Had a great ride with Peter! He was early to our 6:30am pickup and had already completed some of the car seat/booster seat installation which was a huge help early in the morning with two kids. The van was clean and it was a great ride (and conversation! He even sung Happy Birthday to my son!) to the airport from our hotel. This is the only way to leave the airport after a flight with 2 children. Our Driver met us promptly outside baggage claim- comfortable, air conditioned, sparkling mini van with 2 booster seats, water, and friendly service. On our last visit to San Diego we decided to rent a car from the airport. We were forced to wait in line for a rental car shuttle for over 90 mins with whiney 2 kids, once we arrived to rental car terminal we sat in another line for - an additional hour. This is no way to start a family vacation! Save yourself the headache and book this car service so your vacation can start ASAP! Our family was much happier upon arrival. Although there was traffic we enjoyed our ride from the airport to the hotel. We were able to grab a rental car the next day from rental place closer to our hotel. Booking our airport pick up was so easy! I found the service through yelp, I requested an estimate and received a prompt reply. I communicated our flight details and delays via text message during our arrival. Our car showed up within minutes of leaving baggage claim and we had a comfortable safe ride from airport to hotel located 45 minutes away for the same price as an Uber. Best part was we didn't have to lug car seats with us on our travels or wait in any lines. Peter and Chris were great to work with and made sure we had a very pleasant ride from airport to hotel! I didn't make the reservation for our airport pickup until two days before and was running out of my normal options. I found Peter on Yelp; he had a large number of 5-star ratings. I called him; he picked up the phone right away and told me how to reserve on his website. He confirmed the reservation right away and was at the airport promptly before we came out with our luggage. His van was very comfortable and easy for us senior citizens to get into. He took care of the bags and brought them up to the front door of our house. He didn't have the radio on which I found very considerate. He was very friendly and made us feel at ease right away. We enjoyed our ride and would use him again.
