I was charged extra for the tip replacement. Three days later, two nails broke. When I went back, I was told I would need to pay $5.50 per nail because it wasn't their fault due to my nails being grown out underneath. They also said they weren't sure why the employee had told me they would last two weeks. I ended up paying $11 to fix two nails less than five days after my appointment. While another employee did give a short back massage, I was still asked to tip. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
