One of the tips was placed crookedly- the technician noticed and redid it. It takes me forever to decide on a color. My sister (who was with me) recommended I don't go with my usual beige tones and do an ombré nail. Well, I'm not a fan of pink and all the options she showed me were. The first round; the technician did clear- didn't look good. No questions, no comments, she redid it with the beige color I chose, added the ombré again, and it was perfect. Smooth, not bulky, evenly rounded oval nails. 100% recommend. Rosa did an excellent job.

I always get a specialty pedicure (usually the Green Tea) because of bad calluses (I know-TMI) and they do an amazing job. Usually Michael does my pedicure but everyone there is great. One of my biggest pet peeves is people talking on their cell phones while getting my pedi. Since they have a loyal client base, this rarely happens and, for me, it makes all the difference!
