There is a separate waiting area with plenty of chairs, and walk-ins are welcome (of course customers who made reservations get first service). They have five barber's chairs and they were all full, but the three of us who didn't have appointments got in, I would estimate, in around 20 minutes. From my observation the barbers all have mad skills. The gentleman who cut my hair, well, he was like Edward Scissorhands. I've never seen anyone with the skills and speed he displayed cutting my hair, with little snippets of hair flying all around us. It was truly amazing. None of that matters if I didn't like my cut, but it's in the top 2 or 3 I've ever had.
