Best Phone Repair provided me with really great customer service and experience. In all honesty, I have never experienced better service as I did here. It is a shame that not all phone repair locations treat their customers with a high level of respect as Alex does. Anyways, my phone broke so I took it in for a fix. he told me it would be a max of 30 minutes so i waited. However, he had finished fixing my phone in less than 25 minutes. Who does that?! So, I'm not a big Yelper. However I was really impressed today. I came to Manteca to visit my parents (I live 2 hours away). I wanted to get my I-pad repaired, the screen was completely shattered. My lg g4 phone was acting up I couldn't get it to power up for a couple of days. I went to Verizon and they couldn't help me they suggested I go to the battery store on hammer lane. So I went there and they tested my battery they said it was good and they didn't know what the problem was. Am out of luck and the only thing that matters to me were my kids pictures I didn't care if the phone worked or not I just needed to get them out I feel so blah for not backing them up when I should of. Well anyways I found ALX thru here and read the reviews thought I gave this place a try. Gave Alex a couple of hours and he was able to power up my phone but warn me it wouldn't last. He also backed up my pictures. Cost was $100 brought it in on a Monday @ around 10:45am picked up phone at about 5:10pm. Im very hsrd on my piggie phones. These guys have replaced 3 screens for me on my samsung. They generally have it done in less than an hour. If you provide your own lcd digitizer tgey only charge 35 bucks. I used to drive to ceres to have fabian repair my phone- he's also good. But these guys are here locally so it's much more convenient to come here plus they have great service as well. I highly recommend them. read more

They quoted me $35 to replace a iphone charging port (which is a good deal), however, when I returned in 30 minutes they informed me that the repair would only be $5 as a new port was not needed after all. WOW!! PS - I taught high school math to Alex so I know just how smart and honest he is (he was working on repairs even back then). Update 8/12/2016: I thought this store would be like any other phone repair shop. Turns out I was wrong, the owner was kind enough to reach out to me and wants to get my phone working again. This is THE place for any of your cell phone repairs! I was ready to buy a new iPhone when I found this place on google, came to give it a try and this young man had my phone up and running! When I went back to pick it up, he could have made up some story but he did not, he told me how he just opened my phone, moved the battery around and it started charging and working! I had the LCD screen of a Samsung Galaxy S4 replaced. Highly recommend these guys. This place is great. Has a professional feel as soon as you walk in. The guys were nice, friendly and professional. Great service with a smile. They said it would take 1-2 hrs, but finished sooner. These guys don't seem to "mill around" - They get to work right away. I mentioned I needed the phone repaired to get the photos off and they offered to temporarily fix the phone by giving me the part on loan/rent at a lower cost to me than a full repair would be (fix it, I do what I need, bring it back and they un-fix it by putting my broken screen back on). Alex was amazing! I drove from Stockton to have my battery replaced and 30mins later he calls me and tells me that he cleaned the inside of my phone and the battery wasn't the problem. Came in to get my Galaxy S5 shattered glass fixed along with getting the battery replaced and home button fixed on my 5th generation iPod Touch. First thing, Alex was the only one I could find that would just replace the glass without doing the LCD screen. Got both devices done along with a new screen protector for less than I would of had to pay for just getting the Galaxy fixed.
