I have been in to Alx multiple times after his shop was recommended by a colleague. I always get fast and reliable service at a reasonable price. My friend from England was visiting and started having issues with his phone. Thought he was going to have to replace the phone while here visiting. We took it to Alex and it was a quick $10 fix. My friend was so grateful and wishes they had an Alx near him in England. I will be going in again for my 3rd new glass on my iPad and I know it will be done right. I hate leaving bad reviews for companies and I really hoped I wouldn't have to. I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max in about a month ago for a new back screen which took overnight, I picked it up the next afternoon. The camera wasn't focusing because of a piece of dust so I took it back. While fixing that issue, they cracked my front screen but replaced it. The new front screen had terrible LCD quality, my screen was glitchy, and the touchscreen wasn't working correctly. They told me I'd have to wait a few days while they order an Apple replacement screen. A few days passed and I took it in for the replacement screen, they fix it, and good to go. Fast forward to now, the screen completely gave out and I took it to get fixed at an authorized Apple repair shop and they said the screen was not Apple. My Face ID and back camera do not work and at this point I need an entire new phone, mind you these phones are around $1.3k. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop, go to a reputable, authorized place with good quality even if that means spending more money. read more

Owner's employee did not replace the battery on my iPhone 6! How do I know? My battery level was the same after I went there and I was experiencing the same battery drain issues. I went back a couple of days later and had the owner replace the battery again. Did not have the same issues so I know it was really replaced this time. The moral of the story? So recently I bought a iPhone 6 Plus from a guy off Craigslist and it seem to be working fine until I got home and found out it had the dreaded touch disease. It happens to most iPhone 6 Plus or will eventually happen due to those money hungry cats at Apple using a flimsy rubber backing instead of a metal one to protect an important piece called the ic touch sensor for the iPhone. This issue can be worst if you don't have a case for your phone or drop it repeatedly. I was referred to ALX cellular repair and was told they do great work. I live an hr and a half away so I decided to ship my phone to them instead and they got it back to me in 5 days. 1 day to fix and 4 days of shipping back and forth. They even installed a brand new metal backing so it wouldn't happen again. Everything was totaled at $120, which is a LOT better than what Apple is offering. Apple has a program where you pay $150 and what people don't know is that they'll give you a refurbished phone that can eventually develop the touch disease. Read the forums, everyone is saying that. Why not pay pros to fix it the right way and protect you for the future. They even left me a little note of and their services are backed by a 60 day warranty. ALX saved the day! I took my IPad Air to another repair ( near Costco, you know the one) due to a cracked screen. I was leaving on a trip, so they did it in a day and a half. Everything seemed to work fine. But when i left on my trip for two weeks the screen started acting up. It was fine before the glass was replaced. It would go back to the home screen at will! The other shop refused to honor their warranty. I left and took it to ALX. Guess what? It was the screen, caused by a botched repair. Very professional. Knew what they were doing. Then I asked if I had the rigt number to the repair shop and the guy said yes. He then continued telling me he's busy with something else and said he would call me back though he did not asked me for my phone number. I could only assumed he used his caller I.D. Suggestion to Alex, answer your phone professionally if you are running a business and even if you have to call back a customer, don't assume that the number I called from is the best number to call back.
