Excellent customer service, very quick repair. It took only 10 minutes to fix my XS max with a new lcd and glass. Way better repair than the last store I went too on pacific, and cheaper. They also give you a warranty on the screen in case it starts to glitch which is what exactly happened when I got my device back from the repair store on Robinhood and Pacific. Guys are honest and show you what their cost is. I will be back for future service like battery replacement (hopefully not another screen repair) but if I have to get another screen repair, I will be going tho these guys first. Also. found this business on yelp and I needed a simple battery replacement for my iPod classic. The first guy dealt with, Darin said "sure we could do that." I paid $45.00... Darin calls me and states that the battery replacement came and when he switched the battery it came off the motherboard. He said it needed to be soldered and that was beyond his skill set. He stated his boss Omar could, fix it... a week goes by and I hear absolutely nothing... I call the Lodi store and a guy named "Wesley," states, "Darin no longer works here." he said we got your stuff here... he said he does not do soldering but Omar does that stuff.. I play phone tag for two weeks... I call the Stockton store and what do you know, Omar answers the phone he stated he has no idea about my iPod and he will look into it. Wesley from the Lodi store calls me (I called the Lodi store first and Wesley returned my call)and I ask him about my iPod and he replied that Omar said he was going to send it out to Sacramento.. I said I just got off the phone with Omar and he said he knew nothing about my iPod and about any soldering. So the owner flat out lied to me... another two weeks pass I finally get a call from Wesley he stated he got my iPod back from Sacramento and it was ready for pick up. I arrive at the store and my iPod looks like some eight year old tried to glue it back together... the top clip wouldn't even snap on... I told Wesley this was unacceptable and that he could not make me whole.. he stated he would refund my $45.00.. it's has been two weeks and have not received my refund... very unprofessional business. Will never use them again or refer anybody to them.... Update after a week and a half I called Wesley to find out why I had not been refunded my money. Wesley said come by and he will pay me. He indeed did pay me... but my iPod does not even charge or show any signs of music. I since took it to another place so hopefully this pans out. Just horrible. If I can give 0/5 stars that's definitely would've been it. Came to get one thing fix, and it's the iPad screen. After awhile the middle of the screen can barely slide or Digital Touch. Came back, to get that fixed just to tell me there's nothing they can do because they tried whatever they did. The side of my ipad was never super dented either. 4.5 star reviews are definitely a lie. They must be limited on how to repair because they don't know what they're doing. They had to fix the button on my iPad because it "supposedly" ripped during fixing my iPad screen. Honestly if you don't know what you're doing, please don't open up no damn screen repair. I thought my phone was done for when my screen cracked and went completely glitchy and I could not tell what was what. Luckily I know someone who works here and they reassured me that it was nothing more than a screen replacement that was needed, I was sceptial but for 32$ I really couldn't say it wouldn't be worth a shot. If I could give zero starts I would in a heart beat. Stay away from this place! it's been 4 months since we brought my son's iPad in for repair that only required a screen replacement as it was cracked. The iPad was working perfectly when we brought it in and fast forward to now, the iPad doesn't work at all. Mohammad stated and I quote " iPad are not meant to be repaired, but we repair them anyways". He states their is a 95% chance of a successful repair. When they returned the iPad to us over a month later it seemed to work in that exact moment, but when we got home and plugged the iPad in, it began re-booting and not turning on anymore. It simply displays the apple logo as if it was launching up, but never manages to turn on. When we called them to report this, they asked us to bring it back in... saying it may have something to do with the home button.... they ended up replacing the home button and that didn't work. Next, they said it's a bad battery and claimed they would replace the battery at no extra cost since they felt this was on them. Weeks go by and not a phone call or anything to give us an update on the iPad. I called and they promised without a doubt it would be ready by Wednesday of that week. Well as you guessed it. Another month went by and still nothing. Finally, today I decide to call to follow up on the iPad and they state they could not repair it..... This iPad was brought to them in working order and returned to us in-operable. I asked him what he planned to do about it as now we were out an iPad and he said he does not plan to replace the iPad, but simply offered a refund. So let me get this straight... We bring you the iPad in working order and you return it broken and we are just supposed to be satisfied with a refund? This place is not even an authorized apple repair dealer. Clearly not within capacity to handle apple products. read more

Well I chose this repair shop because right off of the bat they quoted me $100 for my iPhone X Screen + Digi replacement. I'm told they have a Lodi and Stockton location. Employee was at the Stockton and so was I since I live here. I ask what tine they close and I'm told 6pm. I R U S H down there. Get there at 5:46pm store is locked no one is here. No answer to my phone call. Complete waste of time I could've had another close shop repair it for the same price TODAY like I needed it done but I chose this one because he seemed honest. My mistake. Waste of time and money. I lost money on a sale and gas racing down here. This guy cost me $350. Don't go here if it's important your phone get fixed on time. Today I had my iPhone XS Max iPhone screen replaced by Mo he was very professional during the services and even before services. He responds promptly to your questions and concerns on yelp. I got quoted for $194 and he even threw in a screen protector at no cost, some how I was under the impression it was $195 out the door. Long story short Mo went ahead it took the $200 vs $212 out the door so everything worked out great. FYI only took him 15-20mins to replace my phone screen as well looks brand new again.
