We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. The owner, Ed, and his two helpers, showed up on time and laid all four rugs out in the allotted space so that we could compare them, side by side. Who does that? They do! Needless to say, we loved one of the rugs and purchased it. They even took our old rug away. We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience. From the beginning, Andi was great to work with. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, and she was always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer questions or talk through the details. What started as a somewhat general idea for a curved sofa turned into exactly what I was hoping for, thanks in large part to her collaboration! Now that we have the finished furniture, the quality of the workmanship really stands out. The metalwork is beautiful, the upholstery is very well done, and everything feels solid, substantial, and built to last. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exactly what I was hoping for when I first visited the showroom. And the final product looks **fantastic** around the fire pit. The curved design fits the space perfectly and really brought the whole area together. It's always nice when a great design experience translates into an equally great finished product. Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion.
