We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. The owner, Ed, and his two helpers, showed up on time and laid all four rugs out in the allotted space so that we could compare them, side by side. Who does that? They do! Needless to say, we loved one of the rugs and purchased it. They even took our old rug away. We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience. Not only did he point out where the edges had been damaged (the others did not do that). When we picked the rugs up you could not see where the repairs were made.
