I am beyond frustrated and appalled by the absolute shitshow you've put me through since December. Two engines, two defective piles of garbage. The first one was busted out of the box, the second one no better. After I posted a scathing review calling out your pathetic lack of quality control and support, Clifton Carter reaches out that as per the owner that I never spoke too, demanding I remove my previous review before he'd "fix" the mess. I did, hoping to salvage this nightmare. Then I get the replacement engine--an embarrassed joke with over 100k miles, not the 18k promised. After slapping it in, it's clear you shipped me another dumpster fire: cracked manifold, seized pulleys, bent valves--you name it. I've sent photos to Clifton who just passes along generic, dismissive emails from Daniel. Apparently, QC is a joke to you since Clifton admits they never see these engines of the parts they ship. This engine haven't seen oil for years. I've already sunk $3,600 into this bullshit. I offered a local engine for $6,500 to end this circus, only to be told they're forced to buy from their shady vendors. Now Daniel has the audacity to demand I pay return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee? After delivering not one but two unusable engines? That's beyond deceptive; it's downright criminal business practice. Here's the deal: I expect you to refund every damn cent I laid out. Anything less is unacceptable. Fix this. Now.

An email from AMUAP, admitting they sent the wrong part.

PREDATORY PRACTICES & CONTRACTUAL BREACH: THEY ADMITTED THE ERROR AND STILL STOLE $1,198+ DO NOT DO BUSINESS with AM Used Auto Parts (AMUAP). This company--specifically Business Operations Manager Clifton Carter--is engaged in what I believe is a systematic "fee-trapping" scheme designed to strip consumers of their money even when the company admits it is 100% at fault. The Facts: The Admission: Clifton Carter explicitly admitted in writing that they shipped me an incorrect transmission that "does not match [my] vehicle". The Contractual Fraud: My signed contract states that for merchant errors, the part "will be picked up at no cost to customer and a full refund will be issued". The Bad Faith: Clifton ignored the "Full Refund" mandate and instead applied a "7-day notification" rule that, per the contract, only applies to customer ordering errors. He used "courtesy" language to disguise the fact that he was breaking his own contract. The Financial Theft Breakdown (Ref #4639793): 1) $819.67 Withheld: They only refunded $899.25 of my $1,718.92 payment. 2) $399.75 "Restocking Fee": Charged for a part they admitted they shipped incorrectly. 3) $300.00 "Shipping Fee": Deducted despite the contract promising "no cost" returns for their errors. 4) $119.92 Sales Tax: Stolen under the false claim that tax is "non-refundable" on a rescinded transaction. 5) $379.05 Out-of-Pocket: I had to pay this to return their incorrect unit because they refused to provide a Bill of Lading. I am a disable veteran, which they asked me to prove and I did. This company has left me without my only means of transportation and is directly responsible for $100/day in mechanic storage fees. Staff Involved: Clifton Carter (Operations Manager): 813-463-0955 Ext. 4086. TJ Johnson (Sales/Processing): 813-463-0955 Ext. 4075. Daniel (Claims): 813-412-5089. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the FDACS for violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). If you value your money or your sanity, go elsewhere. If they have done this to you, I encourage you to do the same.

Bought used engine at a price lower than the competition. Engine was installed no problem and runs great.

They do not deserve any stars. They will send you junk, then when you want to send it back, they steal 25% of your money. They are crooks
