He explained in detail my new roof choices, quoted me a better price for a upgraded roof based on other estimates that I've received. And he promptly answered all my questions via phone and text! Very thorough, trustworthy and confident guy. Needless to say that I signed my contract in 24 hours which could've been timed more perfectly as they had an open spot within 5 days. On the day prior to my project I received a confirmation call and email from the office that provided a timeline of events to expect on Installation day - from when the work crew would show up to when the dumpster and materials would arrive. Installation day - The work crew showed up on time. They were very professional, friendly and took the extra precautions to avoid mishaps. When they left for the day, it was like they had never been there - all the debris had been removed! Tom, the owner came out for final expection prior to the crew wrapping up for the day. And even he was professional, confident, friendly, and took the time to review our project in detail and answer any questions we had. The next day, Tom returned for final expection and to ensure we were satisfied with the job. I was so excited, I couldn't stop talking about how wonderful of a job his company did!
