Brett and his employees were exactly what we hoped. They were professional, extremely hardworking, timely and efficient. This was a huge job. I originally had 11 rooms to paint. The first company I hired quoted a cheaper price, said it would take 3 weeks and "finished" 1.5 rooms in 2 days which we had to repaint ourselves. Needless to say that company did not remain on the job. We personally finished 2 additional rooms, leaving 7 rooms to be painted (this included a huge great room with a vaulted ceiling and tons of mud work). It was too much for my husband and I to do. I found Expert on Google. I called and spoke with Leslie, who by the way was great and on the ball. She set us up with Brett for a quote. He gave us a fair price and said they would have the job done in 5 days. We were skeptical because of promises made by the first company's owner, but gave Expert a try. Expert lived up to their name. They finished the job in 3.5 days to include incidental touch ups I requested throughout the process. Every employee I encountered was truly top notch. Thank you to the team for the great work.

This company is very expensive! The ending product's great but getting to this point was a little…read moreiffy. There was caulk left on the side of our washing machine and paint splattered on the laundry room wall and down a NEW WHITE CABINET, from washing out brushes or something. The gentleman that they sent to do the final clean up left a big glob of caulk in my rug from sealing the trim that was missed near the back door (which means he did not lay down anything underneath him). When prepping the sliding patio door, they somehow took the sensor for my alarm off the frame of the door and left with it (we received the sensor a couple of days later but there was no magnet to attach it back and it took three weeks before we could get it repaired from the security company). They bent the frame to the blinds for the sliding door and lost the pieces that hold the finish. We found 4 tiny screws in our carpet, that apparently go to something, we just haven't figured out what yet. My Yorky was chewing on them that's how we discovered it. But the straw that broke the camels back was on day two when we woke up to hearing someone downstairs in our house. It turned out to be two of the painters. They walked in without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Apparently the deadbolt on the door wasn't fully locked because it was covered with tape. They typically work from 9am to 4pm, and usually there's 2 to 3 company cars at the house., but this morning they were these two guys were the only painters for a Couple of hours. According to my camera, It looked like the one painter was going to knock at the door then changed his mind, grabbed the door handle, twisted it and walked in. My cameras have audio, so that verified that he did not knock. Had we not looked over the banister, seeing that it was them, it could've been all bad. I think this upsetted us more than anything. Although we had this company paint Several areas of our home, there are a few other rooms we still need Painted but I'm sorry to say we would not be calling them back out.

The siding looks wonderful, the front and back porches look like new, and my doors are perfect. They were extremely thorough - they spent lots of time on the roof cleaning the second floor in addition to what could be seen/cleaned from the ground - and they gave me reports on potential issues with my gutters and roof as well, even though they don't do those types of repairs. They were a bit on the expensive side compared to some of the other quotes I received, but I think given how infrequently I have the exterior of my house professionally cleaned, it's worth paying a bit more for a super quality job.

We hired Larry for a kitchen remodel and it seemed like he had good reviews. We had another…read morecontractor out to the house who was very knowledgeable and professional, but only hired Larry because the quote came in lower. Now we seriously regret it. His work was sub-standard at best. His quote was at 3,500 originally, for a tiny kitchen, but when it was time to write the check we were charged an extra $650 in materials. We purchased all of the materials except some wood trim. I don't think mud, and screws, and a little bit of trim warrants $650, an extra charge that we were not informed about in advance, or an itemized list of what materials that he used to justify the extra costs. If screws, mud, and some wood trim warrants a $650 charge he must base his prices on what the government charges people which is seriously over inflated and ridiculous! I asked simple advice during the cabinet install and his excuse quoting him was " I'm a contractor not a designer". I never asked him to design our kitchen. The other contractor came out and actually designed the kitchen even before we hired him. We had a few cabinets that needed to be returned to Home Depot, which all contractors do. His excuse was " my truck is full I can't help you". Also our refrigerator was moved around the kitchen and both handles are now broken, possibly leaving us with having to replace it. The wheels on the refrigerator suddenly stopped turning because there was so much debris under them they seized up because of the lousy clean up of the floor was. Larry installed the new sink, and all new sinks come with garbage disposal covers, and he didn't even look for it in the box, therefore it was not installed leaving us to get someone else to install it. So I found out his honesty level is extremely poor, his work is cheaply done, and his attitude is unprofessional at best. His personality is over inflated just like his material costs! I only paid it because we were so fed up at that point with all of this mess, we just wanted to get rid of him! I asked him how much a tiny backsplash would be , just for my own curiosity and entertainment, and he came in at $2,500! He seriously thought I would even consider that after all the happened! Well, we cheated out hiring a contractor who did sub-standard work and broke our refrigerator handles, and left gouges in our new cabinets, and with a terrible attitude, besides other things. Never do that again! It was well worth hiring the other contractor, who would have done everything for us. We are seniors and my husband has Parkinson's and other health issues which he clearly seen. I would never, ever recommend him to anyone! One star is actually too good for him! Do yourself a favor, do your due diligence when hiring a contractor!

My husband reached out to Done Rite and was told he didn't service our area and wasn't sure he could totally do what we needed. Okay no problem. He said he'd come anyway since he had some open time and we greatly appreciated it, it had been tough to find a reputable and reasonably priced plumber. Larry is the owner, my husband spoke with him over the phone. He said he wasn't sure he could do what we were asking but said he would come anyway. My husband plumbed commercially many many years ago. With work and our kids, our plates are very full so we decided to hire this portion of our basement reno out. We were definitely happy we got somewhere who was available and seemed to be pretty personable and friendly. Larry told us his prices and we accepted them. Larry came by with 3 other guys, so total 4 guys including Larry. One guy attempted to do the work while Larry and the others stood around watching. When my husband realized they'd need some assistance he jumped right in to help. The other guys Larry brought were very friendly and nice, a far cry from what we've experienced before. Larry literally stood around and watched the one guy work, not giving any direction, smoked a few cigs outside our walkout and answered phone calls while these young and obviously inexperienced plumbers tried their best. One guy had more knowledge but you could tell he was still learning. Hours began passing and we realize this is not going to get done quickly if my husband doesn't help. Being the person that my husband is, he steps in to assist the obviously stumped guys at what else to do. My husband then had to say to Larry hey man why don't you get started on that section while these guys finish up here? Literally so much time was wasted. My husband ended up sweating some of the lines himself so they could be done faster smh. After all that Larry's sweating was poorly done to say the least. Finished product looked terrible. Then when we got the bill it was almost $700! And Larry did one copper pipe!! What a waste of money and he still charged us. We pay because we're honest people but we were not happy. We felt taken advantage of big time. Then a pipe starts leaking. We called Larry back, they had just left so we tried to catch them before they got too far. Larry sends back the one guy who did more of the work to fix the pipe. After the fixed issue, Larry asked if he can charge us for another hour! What a waste of time and money. It took them from 9am to close to 3/4pm to finish this job. And it would have taken longer if my husband hadn't stepped in and started telling them what to do. My husband did about 70% of the soldering. Larry's way of doing business is a sham. There is no way we should have been charged so much for him doing ZERO work and then he wanted to charge us $100 more after they had to come back and fix something. Of course we were not paying him anymore money for him to stand around while his worker tried to figure out what to do. The others who were very pleasant, looked lost and Larry gave them no guidance whatsoever. He definitely ripped us off. We should have just stopped them at 2 hours smh. Once we realized Larry was leaving these guys to just figure this out, my husband stepped in. Being nice and we got taken advantage of. Lesson learned. The one star was for the guys being friendly and coming to our area. Update: we now have a leak smh
