This business is deceptive. I lost my car keys and called and spoke to OJ to get a quote and he gave me a price over the phone but when he showed up gave me the bait n switch and quoted me a higher price which cost me n xtra $170 and i really had no chance other than let him do the work since it was the weekend. Originally quoted @ $349 but with the bait n switch came to $545.70,and then when he finished the work he said he replaced tge batteries which was a lie!!!! The one remote battery was dead and the other remote battery was needed to be replaced too as my car said it should be replaced. Avoid this business as they are dishonest and will take your money and charge you more than they first quote you a price I was charged an additional $196 from as i stated the original price. Went to get the keypad fixed for our safe. All that needed to be done was solder a wire that came loose. Because he had to work in a tiny area he wanted to charge $85.00. My husband thought it was too much, so he said $75.00 . We left the part there, and the next day we called and they said he couldn't fix it (they didn't charge us) and would have to get a new keypad. We ended up going to Foothill Locksmith's in Hayward where we originally bought the safe and they fixed it for $17.00. Customer beware of AMPM. read more

I was instructed to text my name and address which I did, immediately following the phone call. 15 mins after appointment set time, I called /texted (no reply) I did receive a call half an hour after the set appointment time to which AMPM asked me (bluntly) "what is it you need?" First time was to make an extra car key, second time was to troubleshoot my sliding door since the locking mechanism broke - plus my mailbox lock broke. Ken and Vijay helped me. I went to this place to get these special keys, made for my company on a Tuesday. I needed 10 copies. He made one and had me go check it at the job site to make sure that it worked which it did. He said the rest of the keys would be ready by the end of the day. I told him that I couldn't wait and that I would have somebody pick them up the next day and employee went to pick them up. The keys were not ready. They called a few more times and the keys were still not ready so Thursday rolls around still no keys mind you I pre-paid for them first because the employee did not have a credit card that was picking up the keys.
