Pretty standard as far as gas stations go. This Arco is ultra convenient and almost next door to the 170 freeways. I've been here all different hours and it's never super busy. The only bone to pick I have with Arco stations in general is that you have to walk to a kiosk to pay for your gas, and there's rarely anything to wash your windows with. This location is right down the street from my house and I've been to this location a few times and spent lots of Money on gas. On Wed June 22nd, I walked in and attempted to purchase a few Items and I handed the cashier this 10 Dollar bill and she would NOT accept it. I've worked for a Bank for many years and we never denied US currency. I told the cashier I would wait and she can feel free to test it and see if it is real. She told me, she know its real but it would be hard to give it to another customer. I told her thats not My Problem and obviously another store gave it to me and I accepted it. It looks like the guys that work here has been rude for at least 4 years according to the reviews. I can't even fathom how they keep this business around. I saw him be continuously rude to countless patrons. When my boyfriend tried to tell them they couldn't treat people like that & it was unprofessional, he proceeded to call the cops on us. They will NEVER get a cent from me again. One girl even said that she would stick around to testify his rudeness to the police if that says anything. read more

ZERO stars, i didnt think reviewing a gas station would ever be necessary. Nothing in this place works. 6 out of 7 times ive been there something is always wrong. the card machines are always down and you can only pay with cash (who carrys cash). they only take debit card when it does work (you accept debit but not credit cards WTF). drinks are not cold, pump didnt work. stay away from this place, i would rather spend an extra 20 cents a gallon down the street then go to this place. read more

The absolute rudest clerks I have ever encountered anywhere ever! I only go there once in a while to put gas in my mother's car because she's 81 and hardly uses any gas and I don't want to use my fuel points at Shell. This AMPM has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The attendant is the most RUDE person I have ever met. I have continuously watched him be plain horrible to countless people, yell at them, treat people with absolute disrespect, throw items he scans toward a person's direction after he scans the items, his demeanor is horrible, he never smiles, he is just a very mean and angry, miserable man. So I was just there to purchase some gas. 1st off - why don't they accept credit cards?!? They force you to pay with an ATM debit card with a .35 cent fee! 2nd - before I got to select which grade of gas I would like, the grade of gas was picked for me. I was going to select regular and it forced me to purchase the unleaded plus. I immediately stopped to pump at 1 gallon and went inside to speak with the attendant named Anik (sp?). Apparently he was having issues with other pumps at the station and decided to shut down the entire station! When I addressed my issue with him and he became immediately irate & decided to give me the finger and told me to call customer service to handle it myself. He didn't give me any information to the customer service number whatsoever. The Shell gas station up the street sells the same exact unleaded gasoline for eight cents less per gallon. Go there from now on because this Arco station apparently does not care about their customers. Instead they'd rather flip you the bird and tell you to handle it yourself. read more

Was meeting a friend for yoga next door to this gas station. Went inside and was looking at cold drinks. Cashier comes behind me staring, like I'm going to steal something. I'm approaching middle age and do not think I would be mistaken for a criminal. I ask him if they have any unsweetened green tea and he shook his head no. I then asked if he even heard what I asked. I wish I could give negative stars. Where do I begin? The night "manager" is the worst person I've ever came in contact with. I have never gotten in a fight with a employee in all of my 26 years and I had to sit there and argue until I was blue in the face with this man. I walked in around 8:55PM and handed him my $20 told him pump 7 and walked out (I come in here every week and I've never had an issue so I never had to ask for a receipt) but when I went to the pump to use it, it never worked. I walked inside to ask for help and before I could get the words out of my mouth, He told me that it was working and the pump was "reset". So I walked back to my car and the pump continued not to work. I went to walk back inside and the doors were locked?! Um, what?! So I waited and he finally came back and I went inside to tell him that the pump wasnt working and he proceeded to tell me that I never paid him ( I literally went in 10 minutes before that, how does he not remember that?!). I had to sit there and argue with him and I saw guys outside that witnessed me paying, so I brought them in and they were trying to tell him that I paid and he proceeded to say that I never paid. I even told him to look at the cameras and he acted like he was going to look at the cameras. I also asked for someone higher up than him to call and he just "pretended" to give me a number. After arguing with him for about five minutes, he FINALLY gave me my gas when at the end of the day- I really just wanted my $20 dollars back. Side note, as we were arguing, there were about 5 people and a couple of people outside witnessing our argument, so I really REALLY REALLY hope these people remember this and never return to this gas station. I don't care if you're about to break down. Break down and walk to another gas station to get gas. This man is awful and worthless. *****I really doubt ACRO AM/PM really cares about bad yelp reviews considering all the reviews on here share the same sentiments but I really do hope someone from the company reads and strides to make right with their customers. read more
