Whoever worked at this location around Tuesday 3 am should not be allowed to speak to costumers. Talked on the phone the whole time, gave TERRIBLE attitude to my friend and I. Started me in eyes like he is about to punch me. I felt beyond uncomfortable and disrespectful. Now I know it's a 7-eleven and I don't expect first class service but imagine how outrageous his behavior was that I went on yelp and complained. He gotta be fired.

This woman became aggressive in her tone. She was rude to the customers in there. The man would not give my grandbaby a straw.

I entered the store to get some drinks for my grandaughter (3yrs.) and friend(10yrs.old)The two employees were being rude to a lady in a wheel chair and another lady. I thought they may have done something. Minding my own buisness tried to get a slushie but it was watery. I took it to the front to see if they could dump it in the sink behind the counter. The lady jumped down my throat telling me to dump it at the machine. I was shocked by the aggressive tone. Then i asked the man for straws and he threw one down. My granddaughter did not have a straw. I repeated myself asking him to give her a straw. He told me no, go get your drink then i will give it to you. What? No i threw the cup away and came back to the counter. I asked them why they were so angry? The man said he was not angry but wouldnt give my 3yr old granddaughter a straw. They then tried to charge me $3.90 for the small dollar cups. I told them they were over charging me. He then changed the price. Wth? The lady began yelling and telling me who do i think i was telling them they were rude and telling me not to come back. In front of my kids. She got some damn nerve. Do not give money to buisness. People deserve to be treated with respect. There was absolutely no reason me and my kids should have been spoken to in this manner. Respect goes a long way. If you cannot treat people well, then dont be in the customer service industry.

This place is so racist and so rude. I was patiently waiting in line with chips and chocolate for my girlfriend, and I was supposed to be next in line, and this young guy completely ignored me and helps the next person, and I told him I was next in line , and the everyone in line agreed with me , but he still ignored me. He helped the white guy who who was supposed to be after me. I felt so bad and discriminated by this fellow guy, and his co- worker kept apologizing for his behavior. I am very polite and professional and I don't think I deserve this service. He looked Indian to me, and I don't think I can ever go back here again. I am so sad and mad at same time that this kind of people still exist in this world. I wanted to hate him, but I'm not like that, and I wish he could get fired from this place. He is so unprofessional and rude, and most definitely ignorant. I am not mad at all, I just want to raise awareness to his behavior. It's so gross. He ruined my day. I went back to talk to him, and he made me feel worse.

This is what it looks like when you try to get a soda most of the time. **Wasn't even going to post this photo, but their staff... wow.

Dropped by on a weekend and had to park on the street like normal anywhere in LA. We walked down the street to find a very, very busy cafe and super packed but that's a sign, right? Absolutely. 100%. We hopped in line to order and a girl from afar complimented our pokemon shirts lol immediately put a smile on my face. We ordered and the drinks came out pretty quick! Got the Saint Latte and Pistachio Latte and let me tell you. This is hands down the best pistachio latte I've ever had!! Super creamy and the strongness was perfect. They have lots of seating inside and out but we enjoyed ours to go (went to hang out at universal studios for the day). Great spot and can't wait to visit again!! IG: @ammysalamii

My husband and I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, although almost all the pastries were already sold out, so I'm guessing the real rush is in the mornings. Overall, I personally wasn't a fan, mainly because the drinks and most of the food felt pretty underwhelming and lacked flavor. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly the most bland matcha I've had, which is surprising considering there was strawberry puree in it. It didn't taste low quality, just very muted and not something I'd order again, especially since I get matcha (and strawberry matcha) pretty often elsewhere. My husband got the pistachio latte and liked it, but mentioned it leaned a bit too sweet for his taste. For food, we tried the breakfast bagel and I genuinely can't believe how bland it was. It had all the components you'd expect, everything bagel, eggs, cheese, aioli, bacon, and more, but somehow it just fell flat. I kept wanting to add salt or some kind of sauce to bring it to life. I actually stopped eating it because it didn't feel worth it to keep going for something so flavorless. The one highlight was the spinach quiche. I really enjoyed it and would come back for that specifically, although it did feel a little pricey for what it was. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if someone else wanted to go, I wouldn't object.

For two large iced coffees, I paid around $12.50, which is hard to beat for the quality. One of my favorite things about this spot is the atmosphere. The ambiance is warm, welcoming, and makes it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. My go-to drinks are the Caramel Royale and the Vanilla Rose Latte over ice. Both are flavorful, well-balanced, and never overly sweet. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of milk options, including 2%, which isn't always easy to find at other coffee shops.. Overall, this place delivers on quality, affordability, and customer service. If you're looking for great coffee without the premium price tag, I highly recommend stopping by. The sauteed onions and peppers amplify the savory dish, the poached eggs are not runny, and the whole plate is enlivened by the mildly spicy "Santa Fe" Hollandaise sauce. You order at the counter and grab a seat in one of the many seating areas (indoor and out). We opted for al fresco dining right on Tujunga Avenue, because sitting under the trees and watching the world go by is one of the most pleasant aspects of Aroma! But there is also greenery of every type in the back and side areas, too. Don't worry too much about the line. After you order and grab a table, the servers bring out your coffee/tea orders promptly, and the food comes quickly thereafter. Servers are busy but friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of enticing choices on the breakfast/brunch menu, so we look forward to returning to Aroma.

A lot of gluten free and vegan options. I'm always hesitant about those options but the vegan biscoff cinnamon roll looked delightful that I had to give it a try. I got it to go to share with my husband. Let me just say that this one cinnamon roll could single handedly convert me to a vegan! It was everything and so much more! It was to die for!
