He's been installing water heaters for 20+ years. My husband and I originally wanted a tankless water heater, but Chris took the time to explain the pros and cons. I asked about other options and he explained various hot water tank options. Chris advised a high-recovery 50-gallon water heater alone would likely meet our needs, but we chose to add a mixing valve for even more available hot water. I needed the ENTIRE water line replaced all the way from the house to the street, which was going to be complicated because we live on a slope and have rocky landscaping.
