I was nervous about the older cement pipes because I had been told that hydro-jetting could damage weak points in the line. When he came to do the estimate he was specific about what needed to be done and provided reasonable pricing. And he was very efficient and thorough when he returned to do the actual work. But what sets Ron apart is how conscientious he is. He takes the time and care to do the job properly, was extremely tidy (not a trace that he'd been there when the job was done), and explained in helpful detail the work he completed. (He also just finished jetting the sewer line at my second house and things went smoothly there as well.) It's worth mentioning that he's also a really nice guy. We have an old (1953) house. Bathroom sinks weren't draining and I couldn't remove the clean out. We called Ron Kazemian to come take a look. He was very upfront about the risks of unclogging old pipes, an then very careful to minimize those risks. Pipes are now clear and no complications. Our toilet backflow whenever it was flushed. The sewage would seep out from the side of the toilet too. The bathtub and kitchen sink pipelines are clogged as well. I called on a Sunday and Ron (owner as well as the tech) responded quickly and we were scheduled for an appointment the next morning. This company is my FIRST EVER home fixture repair company that I called who did not require a diagnosis fee! What a big bonus! Ron is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and honest. According to his diagnosis, he said the problem is at further downstream of the sewer line which everything connected to. Not like many other companies which tried to rip us off, he clearly laid down the cost and only charge for necessary services. Other companies would probably quote us for toilet, bathtub and kitchen pipeline separately, but he only charged us for that one downstream clog because that's the solution for all issues! His quote is EXTREMELY reasonable that I am going to introduce him to all my friends and family. He spent time to ensure all issues have resolved. At the end, he showed us with his camera that the clog was around 50 feet downstream. It was clogged due to root growing into pipeline. I had been worried that we had a kitchen clog, but upon inspection, I learned that my child had used baby wipes, which had clogged the main pipe. There's a concrete pathway that he initially thought he had to break it and will refer someone to do the concrete for us afterwards. I called in the late afternoon on Saturday, and Ron promptly picked up. He came by the next morning on Sunday to assess the situation. We ended up doing a main sewer line clean, a camera inspection, and hydro jetting for two downspout drains that have been backed up for years. It took about 3 hours total. Really appreciate Ron's work ethic and attitude. One of my downspout drains had a huge rootball and he did not stop until it was resolved. He was patient throughout and took the time to explain everything to me. The camera inspection showed that my property has multiple pipe segments of different material.
