Antonio came out and gave me an updated quote. We wanted to remove the balance of our popcorn ceilings and paint walls, a closet and baseboards and Both Antonio and Sandra were very tolerant of my many questions. We have 3 cats so I was trying to get a feel for what the house would be like while they worked. Brian our foreman worked with me so I could move the cats the first day and work from home. Thank goodness we have our RV out back. Note to anyone taking down these ceilings. You will NOT be able to be in the house while they are working, it is very messy and not breathable. We all moved out to the RV for the week with our 3 cats. The crew was friendly and worked tirelessly on our home. They worked hard to clean up everything before they left at the end of the project. Had our interior walls and ceiling painted, and baseboards removed and downstairs baseboards replaced and painted. The paint looks great from afar. I do notice white spots around the house, maybe because of the textured walls.. I assumed that they covered everything correctly, but as I cleaned house after they completed the job, I started noticing paint on some of my stuff like my light fixture, my knife set, my refrigerator and more. I was able to remove paint on majority of my items. The estimated completion time was three days and it was done in three days but definitely rushed. Prior to this, I spoke with Antonio and he reassured me that if I ran into any issue he would fix it. I messaged him and received no reply. I needed someone to come and paint baseboards and shoe molding that was removed to have our wood floors refinished. I requested painting the exterior of my house plus my stucco block walls. I made it clear that good preparation was important to me. The preparation was minimal so that was disappointing. After power washing some of the house, there were 6 lights that flashed on and off repeatedly. AM Pro left it that way until the job was finished 12 days later. It was annoying and my neighbors complained about it. Each day, the work site was left a mess. It takes little time to clean up each day and most homeowners expect it. On the second walk through the job was acceptable. I'm still waiting for someone to come back and put my concrete benches back in place. They are too heavy for me to do alone. I've asked twice. Antonio said he would do it today but it was a no show. I'm irritated at the disregard for me and my property. I give the overall job a B rating. read more
